Lena (6/5): Pleasant - We had A/C and that they had a kitchen Staff wasn't friendly and not helpful at all with informations. Also you had to text the staff to unlock the door if you wanted to go out and it took them very long to respond. The light in the bathroom didn't work

Karen (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed our stay in this friendly hostel. It is quite basic but exactly as advertised. It was clean and Sandra is a great host. She organised a trip to the Tatacoa desert for us which was amazing and our tour guides really looked after us. It is in the centre of Nieva and we enjoyed wandering around in the city and felt safe in the day.. At night we jumped in a taxi to go places. There isn't alot to see in Neiva but it has a very lively and enjoyable energy. Nothing. All good.
Kai (1/5): Not Recommended !! - The outdoor area, and the welcoming and helpful staff. Our stay in Neiva was extremely disappointing. The room was infested with large cockroaches that roamed around at night, which was absolutely disgusting. Even worse, the door separating the bathroom from the room was electrified, giving a strong and dangerous shock whenever touched—this is a serious safety hazard. To top it off, the room had no windows and was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. Although there was a fan, it was so loud that using it was out of the question. We were thoroughly unhappy with our experience.
