• christian (4/5): Décevant, contrariant - L appartement est bien situé et confortable bien que certains meubles montrent des signes de vétusté (tissu du canapé feutré et un accoudoir enfoncé, table basse instable, lit double mou à notre goût). Dommage, la propriétaire est exécrable et menaçante. Nous n avons jamais vécu ce type expérience lors d une location. N ayant pas d eau chaude nous l avons contactée un matin. Elle nous a imposé l horaire de sa visite, nous empechant ainsi de nous rendre au restaurant réservé depuis 4 mois. Aucun arrangement possible. Une fois dans l appartement, la propriétaire nous a reproché que le chien (2,8 kg, plus leger qu un chat) aille sur le canapé...ou bien reste seul à l appartement alors qu il dort quand on le laisse. Ce qui est inacceptable c est que l appartement est censé être "pet friendly", alors que visiblement la propriétaire ne supporte pas les chiens, elle ne veut pas que le chien reste seul, même s il est habitué, et menace de facturer un supplément si elle trouve un poil de chien sur le canapé (notre chien ne perd pas ses poils et a son panier). Les conditions de la propriétaire doivent être connues par le client avant la réservation. A notre sens ce n est pas "pet friendly".

• VICTOR (10/5): - Comodidad, ubicación, limpieza Nada. Lo único negativo fue que no pudimos usar mucho la terraza porque algún vecino estuvo de obra y caían escombros, pero no fue culpa de los dueños del alojamiento

• Oliver (10/5): Perfect location in city centre, clean and quiet - Central and quiet location. Clean and well equipped apartment. Double bed is rather narrow. But the other room had two separate beds, which was perfect for the kids.
• Alan (9/5): Superb - The host Maria was lovely at met us at the apartment and also gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. The location is great, a short walk to everywhere - the beaches, the old town, the bus stations etc. The terrace gets the afternoon sun so it was the ideal place to relax between outings. Would highly recommend. nothing - we would definitely book here again if we where to come back to San Sebastian.

• Declan (1/5): Bad - Contacted me Day before arrival informing us there was water damage to the apartment, after payment had been taken and no option to cancel, even if we could have cancelled, I don't see how we could have found another location last minute, very dissapointed with last minute information considering we were told damage had occurred months in advance. There was a damp wall in the main bedroom and one of our group was asthmatic. no heating on in the apartment when we arrived on a very cold and wet day, Maria was too busy it seems. Left waiting on the street for an extended period even though we arrived at informed time. Maria once again too busy. Request for an invoice for our stay still not received after a month, Once again I presume Maria is too busy, which is the main reason I'm leaving a bad review, I usually only leave good reviews or not at all, I'm making an exception in this case. I'll be happy to alter my review if I can just get that invoice I requested, it's mindboggling that I have to use this platform to request some paperwork.

Maria is a great host, and communication went very fluently. She also helped with some useful advice. And last but not least: the beds were just perfect. Cleanliness of the apartment was very good. Cleaning staff just missed some spots under the sofa.

Mountain biking, surfing, great food; all close by. - The apartment was large and comfortable for a family of four, and in an excellent location near the beach and the center of town. We were able to walk or bike everywhere. Maria, the host, met us and provided information on the city and things to do. A terrific stay. It all was great!

• De (8/5): Nice apartment in the very center of town - Perfect central location, close to the beach and the old town. Street is traffic free. 2nd bedroom has no window, only door with narrow opening into the central corridor with all the utilities and is rather noisy. The big couch is rather old and would need an upgrade to justify this price level.
