• Giuly (8/5): Nel complesso il soggiorno è andato bene. - L’Ambiente è bellissimo, soprattutto la zona giorno. Camere e bagni piccoli ma curati. Difficoltà ad entrare es uscire dalla struttura: sistema macchinoso di apertura del cancello. Mancavano gli asciugamani per un ospite. Non abbiamo ricevuto informazioni su come accedere alla struttura prima del nostro arrivo.

• Vanessa (6/5): - I thought for the price it was going to be a stylish penthouse... but it was an 'ok' unit on the top floor.. with a complicated entry and exit. Coffee machine didn't work, limited cooking utensils.

• Kim (7/5): We were a bit disappointed and left very tired. - The lounge area was very good also the Kitchen and its facilities. It was a nice gesture of fruit and snacks left Unfortunately we were not able to sleep well especially in the main bedroom as it is right next to a four lane highway. It also had a pump in which is very close to the main bedroom that cuts in and out all night. For our liking, the beds are too hard, the pillows too hard and high and there are no blockout blinds. We did not sleep well at all and after the first night bought earplugs and eye masks. I don’t generally like to give a bad review and the owner seemed nice but it needs to be a bit more open about the location being noisy.
• Alex (9/5): Beautiful and plenty of room - Beautiful apartment with good apartment. It has good facilities. It’s not a five start resort but it is definitely worth the cost. A bit of difficulty with the gate.
• Tony (5/5): Disappointed, the pictures on Booking.com did not represent the property, not suitable for 4 adults - The lounge was large and comfortable with good size TV. Very good sun. Free parking. Secure complex. Within driving distance to Tescos and shopping complex. Washer/dryer and dishwasher, kitchen had a good range of supplies ie: tin foil, handy towels, etc The shower in the ensuite drain was completely blocked and unusable, there was mould on the master bedroom ceiling indicating a leaky roof. The kitchen didn't have utensils and was short on cutlery. The deck needed weeding. There were huge cobwebs in the lounge. Extreme road noise, couldn't leave windows open. The property is tired and needs maintenance. There were towels left in the washer/dryer. No privacy.

• Eric (9/5): Nice out of town penthouse - A lovely big penthouse, South facing but not too hot in early May. No a/c. Very well equipped, plentiful coffee, cereal etc, water views. Comfortable, big towels, washing machine & dishwasher, safe parking, big shopping centre a short drive. Cannot just walk out, 4 lane highway close, hot on sunny afternoons, noise from water pump, one bedroom very much for children
• Roslyn (4/5): Overpriced and False Description - The lounge room with the high ceiling and huge glass expanses were the best part of this property. Loved the large tv and the super sized comfortable couch. Quite a few things unfortunately. This is the first time I've written a poor review about a property. Usually, I go by if you don't have something nice to say, say nothing. However, for the benefit of future guests, they should be aware of what is in store for them. The neighbourhood was very downmarket. There was certainly no panoramic view and this is the major sticking point with me. The view did make it around to some water more easily seen from the neglected, weedy and uninviting terrace. However, front and centre from the big windows (and the bedrooms) were more taller high rise apartment tower blocks. I was tempted to wave hello to the residents we saw going about their daily lives. Over from that was an abandoned and derelict wasteland. Checking in wasn't well explained. We used the underground carpark and went to the lift servicing that area. A kind family let us into the foyer, but the code we were given didn't work. So out we went back into the carpark and another kind resident advised us to try the 'main entrance'. Yes, this is what the instructions said but it was confusing not to be given the code to access the nearest entry. We had to drag our luggage up the vehicle ramp out into the rain and then stand in the rain to enter the code. I don't know what sort of places the other reviewers who were complimentary about this property are used to staying at, but this place in my opinion does not warrant the stars it has received. It is overpriced and underperforms. Little details added to our disappointment. Cheap non block out curtains that were hanging off their rings; a random pill left on the vanity basin; sheets and pillowcases that were a crumpled mess on the beds. We realised why the sheets were like that when we went to do a load of washing. Stuffed full of another set of sheets. We decided against using the washing machine. :) Overall the property felt cheap and poorly maintained.

Looking forward to staying here again in the future The only thing I didn't like was having to leave this fabulous apartment

• Michelle (10/5): Very beautiful property! - Loved staying in this 2 bedroom penthouse. It was beautifully decorated for Halloween and had lots of food and drinks available for use. My daughter loved playing with all the toys in the kids bedroom. The couch was also super comfy! My only critique is we used the oven but we couldn’t find any oven mitts in the kitchen, so we just used a towel.
