• Sharon (7/5): If they have like a shuttle service every hour or so to go down to town and come back will be really perfect . I really - It’s quiet and nice the room is clean and comfortable. Staff too are nice and helpful. The slope to go up really steep . Very inconvenient if need to go down to buy food so each time need to call the taxi.

Makkelijk te bereiken met een huurauto, parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, die het leuk vinden om je te helpen met vragen over de omgeving en dingen om te doen, Het hotel is erg gehorig en er zit een haan in de ren voor het hotel die vanaf 5:30 begint met kraaien.

• KEAN ENG (8/5): Uncle很随和友善，柜台姐姐微笑迎人。 - 有私人停车位吧，晚上户外确实比较冷。 干净环境的同时要注意空气流通的重要性。 有新电梯，可能在施工中，还没完整弄好全部。 早餐因个人口味，15算便宜，但觉得有些食物有一点咸 尤其是鸡肉和餐肉片😂 那个斜坡入口真的有一点倾斜。😂不过有时段的载送服务。算OK

• Alba (9/5): Excelente alojamiento para visitar las plantaciones de te - El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento, se nota que quieren que todo el mundo esté cómodo. Además el servicio de shuttle con el centro de Tanah Rata es muy cómodo para moverse por allí.

• HELENA (9/5): Bonitas vistas pero un poco ruidoso. - La amabilidad del personal y la cama enorme y cómoda. Te recogen y te llevan a la estación de autobuses lo cual se agradece porque el hotel está en una colina con acceso muy pero que muy empinado. El desayuno es suficiente para coger fuerzas por la mañana para ir haciendo las múltiples caminatas que ofrecen los alrededores. Las habitaciones tienen balcones con vistas a las montañas. El baño sin la mampara separando la ducha. Al menos en éste tuvieron un escurridor para no estar luego chapoteando cada vez que se usa el váter. El gallo cantando a las tantas de la madrugada. El hotel no está insonorizado y se oyen todos los sonidos retumbando desde los pasillos. El que quiera tranquilidad que busque otro sitio.

• Amal (9/5): Magique ! - Le personnel est extrêmement souriant, accueillant et toujours disponible. Le service de navette est un véritable atout qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le lieu est magnifique, idéalement situé à proximité de nombreuses activités, tout en offrant un cadre naturel apaisant. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de la nature. Rien :)

• Iris (8/5): - Es hat eine gute Wasserauffüllmaschine auf jedem Stockwerk und der Balkon war sehr schön. Leider kein Fenster im Zimmer. Das Bad war klein und hatte keinen Abzug, so das es immer feucht war.

• Danielle (7/5): Great value for money - The bed in the dorm was great value for money and pretty quiet. You get your a single bed (not a bunk) in your own seperate space with walls and a curtain for privacy. Needed soap at the sinks in the bathroom, not just in the shower.

• Alexander (10/5): Amazing stay in the Cameron Highlands - Amazing hostel with great common rooms to sleep. The staff is lovely and will make you feel at home. It's clean and the mountain view is amazing. Highly recommended if you are in the area. A bit far away from the centre and restaurant areas (15 minutes walk). Staff not so aware of transport companies or tour options for tourists.

• Chris Klink (9/5): Great stay in Cameron Highlands with helpful shuttle service - We had a very pleasant stay here in Tanah Rata. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable, so we slept very well. The location is also very convenient, close to the center and easy to get around. The free shuttle service was really perfect and made it easy to reach different places without any hassle. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Using Grab was also very easy from here to visit nearby attractions and restaurants. The only small downside was that there is a mosque nearby, so the early morning prayer call can wake you up if you are a light sleeper. Unfortunately the Mossy Forest was closed during our visit, but of course that is not related to the hotel.

• Wieske (7/5): Prima verblijf - Het ligt prachtig op een heuvel. Vriendelijke medewerkers maar verder weinig sfeer in het hotel. Er wordt niet schoongemaakt maar als je erom vraagt krijg je wel gewoon alles (nieuwe koffie/handdoeken etc) Prijs kwaliteit is goed. Ontbijt is prima. Het is gewoon iets minder luxe maar dat is ook prima.

• Weng Hong (7/5): Great location and need improve sound proff - price worth value, location and super friendly staffs Staying at room near staircase can hear people talking and laughing at ground floor lobby area and worst one was 230am that time. Even breakfast consider variety choice worth value but food and plates saw hairs on it. need to improve hygiene. Nothing surrounding the resort, nice glamping and chalets are under different management so cannot walk across to visit. The up hiil only 1 way road need to have some skill to drive up, lucky we did not bump up other cars up down at the same time..

• Jade (9/5): - Literally the kindest, funniest, most helpful staff that you'll probably meet on your travels. The girls at the desk went above and beyond to help me and others out, offering more than what's expected from a hostel. The rooms were spacious and side tables were provided, allowing you to feel properly set up when staying here. The balconies on each floor also afforded a great view of the area. Best of all there was a friendly hostel cat who can even sleep or nap in bed with you. Loved it! The hostel is a bit further out from town than other options, but not by much. The only downside is the steep hill and multiple stairs to your room that can be rough after a day of hiking. Shuttle services to the bus station are provided upon request at arrival and departure though, which is useful! Showers were a bit hit or miss on water pressure, but bathrooms otherwise what's to be expected at a hostel.
