Guest Reviews
- Susan (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again - Close to city centre, also very good if you have a little family as there’s an enclosed turfed garden area with plenty of seating
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (9/5): Superb - Host was very nice and provided good customer service.
Property was really nice and very clean
- Kathryn (8/5): Great for us few little issues wouldn’t stop us from stoping again. - The location was great as was the flat having 2 teenage daughters it’s hard to stay in a hotel. The toilet door didn’t close without being locked.
It would have been good to have coat hooks.
Blackout blinds would have been appreciated.
On Saturday night the occupiers of the flat beabove were very noisy and woke us up at 5am!
- Karen (9/5): Great for visiting the city, fairly quiet area. Good pub opposite and nice restaurant nearby Papillon and The Dog and Co - Great location and suitable for our needs
- George (9/5): Good location with all the amenities. - Well-located, clean and well-equipped apartment. Exactly as described. We would be pleased to stay again. Apartment is small but it was fine for four of us.
- Autumn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ellie (9/5): Superb -
- David (1/5): Shitshow - The pub opposite - Peter Kavanagh's - our sanctuary The flat is cold, unclean and claustrophobic. The owners are unprofessional and chaotic - they did not provide us with a key until we chased them after us driving hours to get there - it was eventually dropped off by their dog walker hours later. There was unclean crockery in the sink when we arrived. The fridge, dishwasher and TV were all broken. There's no heating in the flat and it gets cold in Liverpool. The owners conceded to a 50% discount which never materialised. Generally a very poor deal - AVOID like the plague!
- Leonie (8/5): Liverpool apartment - Spacious apartment for a family of three. Very clean. Parking is not at the apartment. You need to leave the vehicle a few minutes away from the apartment.
- Lindsey (10/5): Beautiful house, good location, amazing host - The host, Dawn was amazing - she went out of her way to ensure we had a perfect stay. the house is lovely, very comfy beds and great facilities. The location is an easy 10/15 minute walk to the town centre. She also offered secure parking.
- Michelle (8/5): Good location walking distance from city centre. - Liked the location could walk to the city centre from there, liked the kitchen we didn't cook but if we had of wanted to there was everything you'd need even a dishwasher and bathroom was nice, we were sent 2 taxi company numbers that we used so that was handy. We were sent to the wrong apartment and given the code to get in and when we entered there was other people's belongings everywhere. I rang and she apologised gave us the location of the apartment we had booked luckily it was only a 5 minute walk away.
- James (9/5): Superb - Lovely georgian apartment, well done out in a nice area of Liverpool City Centre. Lovely garden out the back. -
- Margaret (6/5): Pleasant - House itself was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Shower in the family bathroom needs thermostat fixing as the temperature was too hot and could not be adjusted NOISE!!! I was unable to sleep till 3.00 in the morning due to heavy and very loud music coming either from the nearby pub - Peter Kavanaghs - or the group downstairs in the basement. . I tried decamping to the living room sofa but traffic noise was quite. loud there. Shame as the house itself was very good.
- Chris (8/5): Lovely apartment, and great customer service - would happily stay again. - Lovely apartment, perfect for our needs. Dawn was really helpful before, during and after our stay. A bit of a glitch around which apartment we were staying in, and getting into it in the first place. We couldn't use the TV as there were no batteries for the remote control. However, both of these were unusual circumstances that I'm sure won't happen again.
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
