• Katrina (7/5): Great location, plenty of space and frienfly, helpful management staff. - Plenty of space for four adults. Great location! Friendly management team. Comfortable stay. No lifts only stairs - we knew this but didn’t realise the amount of stairs (over90). Would be fine with small bags, however difficult with large heavy suitcases.

• Maree283 (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing - walking distance to all the must-sees, well equipped apartment, nice outlook, restaurants and market nearby. Oh, the stairs - 78 of them, with luggage, was taxing for some in our group. The location and local history made it worthwhile.

Lack of many kitchen utensils. Extremely squeaking doors which are so loud during the night. A missed opportunity to create a more welcoming place to stay as it is spacious living area - just very spartan.
• Jackson (9/5): Superb - The location of the property is as good as it gets in Florence. Cesare was very helpful with recommendations for our stay. The facilities all worked well and the apartment was very clean.
• Nikolaos (9/5): Great time in Florence - We had a Great time. The facilities we excellent and the staff very polite. We did not like that we had to use the stairs to go to the fifth floor.
• Proscia (4/5): No frills but great location - The location is everything! It's also roomy and has sufficient amenities but no frills or perks. My husband liked the air-dryer and I liked the night towels. There are no blinds or curtains in the apartment, which is fine but I would recommend adding some in the bedroom. The shutters let light in when they are closed and we could still see people across the way with them closed so changing in the bedroom was uncomfortable. 2 extra pillows would have been nice. I had to use the pillows from the couch as we both sleep with 3 pillows. We did search the bedroom but only found extra bedding. We didn't have enough toilet paper and it was hard to find more. Also while the shower is fine, there's no cover over the drain and if you step on it it hurts...real bad. The air conditioner kind of stunk too. It only lasts 2 hours so we had to keep the windows open and use the bug thing he had to keep the mosquitoes away. The lighting in the bedroom wasn't great either and even just having a small floor fan would have been helpful. Lastly the stairs...I counted 79 to get to the door. It's worth it for the location but beware it's a lot. I'm also not a fan of doing apartments because I don't believe in throwing away my own trash when I'm also paying for a cleaning fee... so we found this through booking.com. had I known I'd be required to clean I'd not have booked it.
• Kakizawa (10/5): Nice apartment :) - I liked this apartment very much. The location was nice, the room was clean, sunlight coming in, plenty of storage, and enough space for three people. The bed and sofa bed were comfy. Matias the host was always there to support our stay immediately after I made the reservation. He promptly responded to our questions. His colleague Tommaso was also supportive. He showed us the apartment and kindly responded to our questions about where to eat. Next time I come to Firenze, I will again stay at Giorgio Ponte Vecchio Apartment. Nothing in particular.
