Путешествую с собакой (Голден ретривер), разместили без вопросов. Даже миску поставили для воды. 2. Хочется особенно отметить уровень гостеприимства Милана и его супруги Евгении. Никто и никогда так не относился к нам. 100% клиентоориентированность. 3. Идеально чистые апарты, в самом центре города 4. Любая адекватная просьба или какой-то нюанс решается практически моментально, что является большой редкостью. 5. Идеально расположение для знакомства с городом, рядом много магазинов, кафе. Несмотря на самый центр города - расположение на тихий улице, спать можно спокойно. 6. Летающий WIFI 7. Милан очень любезно помог с трансфером и моими вещами. Однозначно рекомендую! Супер хозяин. Stayed for a week. As someone working in the tourism industry, I’d like to highlight a few important points: 1. I was traveling with a dog (Golden Retriever) and was accommodated without any issues. They even provided a water bowl. 2. I would especially like to отметить the level of hospitality shown by Milan and his wife, Evgenia. No one has ever treated us this way before — 100% customer-oriented. 3. Spotlessly clean apartments right in the city center. 4. Any reasonable request or minor issue is resolved almost instantly, which is quite rare. 5. Perfect location for exploring the city — lots of shops and cafés nearby. Despite being in the very center, the apartment is on a quiet street, so you can sleep peacefully. 6. Excellent, fast Wi-Fi. 7. Milan kindly helped with the transfer and my luggage. Highly recommended! A fantastic host.

• Pavel (10/5): Обаятельные хозяева, очень предупредительные, чуткие. В апартаментах стиральная чистота, вежливые соседи, дружелюбная ат - Очень чисто, крайне удобная локация: все «вкусные» места практически в 3-минутной доступности… рекомендую!
• Nikita (10/5): - Удобное место в центре города, вокруг много продуктовых магазинов, прямо через дорогу есть обменник и отделение почты, все переводы и обмены сделал буквально за 10 минут. В квартире есть всё необходимое для длительной остановки: стиральная машина, плита, посуда, чайник, душ. Также в квартире есть телевизор со смарт ТВ, лично я им пользовался каждый день. Отдельно хочу похвалить владельца - очень отзывчивый и приятный человек, отвечает на все вопросы и помогает, если что не так. Я путешествовал один и владелец без проблем объяснил мне все вещи, которые меня волновали, дал советы и по городам Сербии и помог купить билеты на поезд, за что большое спасибо!

• Susan (8/5): Overall, a comfortable and convenient place - This apartment is well set up with a kitchenette, washing machine, desk and eating area. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the tourist areas on a relatively quiet street. Milan picked us up at the bus station, which was a real plus since it's a good distance from the city center. He was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment had a vague smell of cigarettes. It was mostly clean but a bit dusty and dirty around the edges. The shower is very tight (small) although it had good hot water.

• Alice (7/5): It's nice place to stay. - Close to the center. The air conditioner is good. Stuff is nice and fast communication. Kitchen is okay, you can cook stuff and use oven. Wi-fi is fine is fine for a simple needs you need if you not work remotely but just browsing internet. It's not fast but again for simple stuff is okay. For their price this place is good. Also again it's center of the city and this is very good. There is no iron in this apartment, and only one hangers but we got few hangers after asking about. We asked for iron and got old iron that can easily damage clothes so we don't use it. The pots and pans were not clean and wrinkled, so we had to try to clean it. Just saying because most of the hosts/hotels had same issue with that but it's fine. It's not big of the deal.

• David (9/5): Great location - Pros: The host is very kind. The apartment itself is quite cosy and bright, and is equipped with a fridge and a washing machine. The location is outstanding, in a quiet street, less than 5 minutes away from the main square. Towels and shower gel were provided by the host. Cons: The bathroom is cramped and not a lot of legroom in the vicinity of the toilet. The shower is also slightly unpractical.

• Marketa (7/5): Good - The ordinary apartment, it wasn't the cleanest and most comfortable place I've ever been to but it was ok for 3 days. The location is good. In 5 minutes you are at Republic square. The host is helpful and willing to pick you up wherever you need. The shower is located so close to the toilet that you can't sit comfortably on the toilet because there is very little legroom. Next to the bed was a desk that was suitable for working but the table top is too high compared to the chair height so it is necessary to put two pillows or a duvet on the chair.

• Clox (7/5): The place would be good with more effort from the owner. - Good location of the building. Good location of the apartment in the building (especially in summer). Quite a large space. Quietly. Air conditioned. Cleanliness. Installations and equipment. A washing machine that does not work. There is no hot water at the sink. A shampoo box filled with another agent. Lack of toilet paper.. Many small details.

• Dragan (10/5): Recommended. - Great location. A short distance of Knez MIhailova street and Zeleni Venac public market. Vell maintained apartament. A laundry washer and dryer are excellent to have for longer stays. Friendly hosts. Nothing.
