- sekiyama (8/5): 綺麗で快適 - コンパクトながら清潔で快適なお部屋でした 景色は良いわけではなく駅から少し遠かったです

- Yinggamon (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Tokyo! - Spacious and comfortable.
- Patricia Andika Putri (9/5): Excellent Service from the team. Felt very welcomed - Exceptional service from Jane and Bernard. We needed to change our reservation last minute as we were bringing our 1yo. Professional team. Clear communication, very thoughtful. Extra futon and room upgrade options were given. We were happy and very well facilitated throughout our stay even though it was NY holiday. Location was a bit far from metro station around 10 min walk, but it's in a modern, quiet neighborhood with 711 and Lawsons closeby.
- sameer kaushik (7/5): Okay Okay - Easily accessible Room sizes are small
Not that great value for money
- Saknarin (8/5): Comfy, spacious but quiet far from subway station - Cleanliness, bathroom heater, bath tub, spacious room Location (quite far from subway station), No cleaning service even with 6-night stay.

- Neeraj (9/5): Very nice stay very good location - Rooms were clean & the facilities were good
- Voegelchen (7/5): Here for sightseeing — comfy enough, but suitcase doesn’t fully open. - 1. Compact and well-designed, ideal for solo travelers.
2. Spacious balcony, possibly useful for long-term stays and doing laundry.
3. Washing machine available, convenient for long-term guests.
4. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, and rice cooker—suitable for solo long-term stays.
5. Bicycles available for borrowing. 1. A 26–27 inch suitcase cannot be fully opened in the room.
2. The balcony doesn’t serve much purpose for short-term stays.
3. No room service, as it is an apartment-style hotel.
4. Guests must sort and dispose of their own trash on the first floor.
5. Only a reception desk on the ground floor; no lounge or rest area.
6. Several subway stations nearby, but each requires a 10–20 minute walk, so it’s not particularly convenient.
7. The toilet and shower are not separated, so if two people are staying together, one has to wait for the other to finish showering before using the bathroom.
- Gaya (7/5): Good -
- Corbin (10/5): Beautiful apartment and staff went absolutely above and beyond - Beautiful apartment. The staff went above and beyond for our honeymoon to Japan.
- Roman (9/5): Relaxed stay in Tokyo - The room was clean and well-equipped. With the windows closed, there was minimal street noise, making it a peaceful stay. The neighborhood is more relaxed and away from the main tourist areas, with several nice restaurants to explore nearby It’s about 10min walk to the next metro station.
- Vikas (9/5): Great experience. - Amazingly helpful staff. Facilities in the apartment. Location. Size of the room was quite small and tight.
- Alison (8/5): Very good -
- Brenton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (10/5): Practically Faultless - The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful which made for a pleasant welcome after a long travel to the country. The staff were incredibly kind after providing a personal touch since it was one of our birthdays during our stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. The washer/dryer was a little slow but fine if enough time is taken into consideration.

- Taylor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariona (8/5): Very good -
- Boyd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Cleanliness, lay out of the room, the location. I know to have a small dining table won't fit in that studio room but still might be better if it have.
- Tim (8/5): Very good - Very good Location and Price. U only have to keep in mind that its all in one room apartment. For me it was a but to noisy during the Night. (Fridge, Ventialation, AC, Traffic…)
- 岩村 (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (10/5): superb! - Everything was perfect and we got all the things we need! Plus there is 7 11, lawson and subway station nearby! nothing!
- Sanjay (8/5): Very good -
- Sergii (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Helena (7/5): Good -
- Bhansali (10/5): Very good, very highly recommended! - One of the best in Tokyo, value for money. Good location. Extremely well thought out! Every facility possible available from kitchen to bathroom to nice lighting.
- Chananchida (9/5): Superb -
- Takashi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wim (8/5): Small but comfortable and clean space in good location - Good location next to bus stop and easy walk to metro. Very friendly staff and clean facilities . Good cupboard/storage spaces to put away clothes and luggage. 25sqm room
Is a bit small for two people especially because there is no place to sit other than on the bed. Kitchen facilities just ok for easy breakfast and instant meals. No space to prep.
- Huy (10/5): Exceptional - More than anything else, the best reason is location. If you don't like noisy or busy place. This place is good for accessing Azabu dai hills, keio university, Tokyo tower, etc. All places are within 20 minutes walking distance.
Also, the staffs are very kind. The layout of the room is quite different from usual hotels because this is an apartment. The size of room is not that large. If your room is 2nd fl., then you need to keep your window shut because of the privacy reason.
- Jishnu (8/5): The rooms are well-equipped and spacious by Tokyo standards, with the added bonus of a balcony. - I recently stayed at Oakwood Apartments Azadu, and it was an excellent choice for a longer stay in Tokyo. The location is convenient, with everything accessible within 30 minutes. The only downside is the lack of a nearby metro station, but the bus stop right outside offers easy access to key areas. Overall, a lovely stay!
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Tomas (9/5): Easy, convenient and nice. - Nice, easy. Everything you need for a nice stay. There’s a convenience store right in front of it. The staff was super friendly.
Great bed. The room was advertised as 25sq m, but I think that included the balcony that is useless. Is still a good size for Japan, but I reckon is more like a 20sq m apartment. Anyway, everything fits well and is nice.
I wish they helped with luggage forwarding, but the store in front does it.
- Kyriakos (1/5): It can only be described as disappointment - Very disappointed. I was hopeful because of the high score and the Oakwood name but I couldn't have been more wrong.
First of all, the room was incredibly dirty. When you book it is not clear that there is no cleaning so if you stay more than a day the trash pile up. The washing machine smelled awful and any clothes we put in came out smelling bad. The air conditioning made our throats hurt. The room was too small for even a small suitcase and the already small space was occupied by unneeded furniture. The bathtub was very hard to fill up and was incredibly slow.
On top of everything else they refuse to issue invoices for bookings made through this website. They claim that it's not compatible with their invoice system in Japan because the payments are not handled by them, while they are the only ones responsible for selecting an "incompatible" way. I stayed in more than 15 hotels for almost two months, and most were booked through booking, this was the only hotel that refused to issue an invoice. If you cannot issue an invoice for bookings then you should not be on this platform accepting reservations that are clearly marked as traveling for work.
A disappointment for the Oakwood name and my stay here makes me question if I should even consider staying at an Oakwood ever again.
- Quah (7/5): Value for money - The facilities like microwave oven. Large fridge, washing machine. Bathroom dryer and multi-channels of TV programmes. Nothing. Many eateries require a bit of a walk but we're not not too far away. Mita Station is within 15 mins walking distance. Quite accessible.
- Lou'ay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pampha (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were very helpful. One of the best apartment to stay in Tokyo. Nothing to fault. Excellent
- Joel (8/5): Very good - Although locations is not central, there is a lot of connections to travel around Tokyo at a very convenient distance. Also, many different shops at a distance. I believe this is a Tokyo standard, but room size seems to be a bit on the tight side. Still, great value for the money.
- Saif (7/5): Good - Good value for money No daily cleaning and no room service
- Eunhyuk (9/5): Superb - Very clean and modern room, you have everything you needed, very helpful staff. Bathing facility is great.
- Boonrit (8/5): Very good -
- Shim (10/5): Very good place to stay for trvel. - Near by train station & bus stop, and the place is not crowded. Within 3 Min working distance there are 2 convenience stores 7Eleven & Lawson. N/A
- Shah (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is perfect
The rooms r decent size
It has all the facilities
All the staff so friendly and helpful
It's 10 min walk frm nearest station but bus stop is just outside the hotel and well connected
- Olazilber (10/5): Excellent. - Oakwood Apartments were the first place we stayed on our trip to Japan, and it was a wonderful welcome. Although a modest size, it had all the comfort you need, plenty of shelves, kitchenette, and decent size bed. It felt new and pristine, and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful and personable. The area of the apartments is residential and doesn't offer much in terms of places to go out. But it's close to Roppongi and well connected by public transport.
- Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional - I like how complete the apartment was. It had everything you needed, glasses, plates, cutlery, microwave, washer & dryer, etc. The area was also very convenient only a 12 min walk to the train station, a few bus stations available and a lot of convenience stores nearby. nothing, our stay was pretty pleasant.
- Callum (8/5): Very good - Clean rooms, basic cooking equipment, fridge, washing machine, modern bathroom. Expensive for what it is really. 15 minute walk from train station. Arrived early to the accommodation and no one was at the front desk for 40 minutes so couldn’t drop our bags off.
- Farid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manuel (9/5): Excellent friendly staff at a great place to stay! - The front desk staff were excellent and super helpful. They were very friendly and accommodating to our every need. The place was very quiet and clean and there are several convenience stores nearby. The nearest subway station was further than we had hoped for, but not unreasonably far.
- Damian (10/5): Exceptional - They let us check in 30 minutes earlier, which was a shocker for us. Mr. B at the reception was also very friendly and kind.
Great stay in Tokyo, close to everything of major interest as well as well-connected with the airports with the Asakusa line.
We would definitely choose this accommodation again should we visit Tokyo in the future.
- Lamberto (9/5): Superb -
- Suleman (8/5): Overall, reasonable. - Apartment was quite roomy. The closet and the dresser were spacious. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was quite sufficient. Slippers were provided, however it seemed that some previous tenants did not use them because the floors looked like people walked on them in street shoes. The bed was not very comfortable. It felt like it sagged a bit in the middle. There was nowhere to sit except for the bed, which was a little uncomfortable, especially when eating. The headboard of the bed, which was essentially the wall, made sitting up when watching TV quite uncomfortable.
- Tuangporn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yifan (9/5): Superb -
- Zhang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lachlan (10/5): Great place to stay - Comfortable and good customer service.
- Susan (9/5): Superb - Andika-san, who helped with my check-in is superb. He went out of his way to show me how to use all the appliances in the room and assisted me again when I couldn't make the work.
It is great to have a laundry machine in the room because I travel very light and appreciate the ability to do a small load of laundry without having to spend time outside to do that. The appliances are difficult to use when you don't read the instructions on the buttons. The instruction booklet in the room helps but some of the step by step instructions don't match the appliance or just didn't work. The tv and microwave oven is especially problematic.
- Henriette_he (8/5): Very good - Apartment is very clean and fully equipped. The apartment size is so small that I thank myself for not being overweight.
- Maciej (3/5): Poor -
- Nikolaos (7/5): Good - Excellent staff, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed No housekeeping, street noise, no smart TV and location was not great
- Saburo (8/5): Convinient - Conveniently and strategically well located. Good to have a facility to store a bicycle safely. The room is very small. It was not easy to check-in and find a key by myself.
- Anyanti (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liana (8/5): Definitely recommend this apartment to stay in Tokyo - Good location, clean, helpful personal.
- Alessandro (8/5): very good location at reasonable prices - staff and location
- Tuguldur (8/5): Very good - Cleanliness. Comfy bed. Facilities. Room size. The room is very small, with no space around the bed. Although there is plenty of space for other facilities.
- Shirley (8/5): The apartment was cosy and functional. - Clean, simple and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Easy to get buses to Roppongi, Shibuya and Shinjuku directions. A bit far from Azabujuban metro station, took good 15mins brisk walk to reach metro station entrance.
- Mengjiao (8/5): Very good -
- Loh (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Well stocked kitchenette and lots of space in the toilet for toiletries. Location is a little inconvenient if you have a young child. The nearest train is a 10-15 mins walk
- Dennis (10/5): Exceptional -
