• Liz Doherty (8/5): Great Stay in Krakow - The location was excellent, literally around the corner from the main square. Excellent location. Check-in & check out werep smooth. Good direction. Good location for pickups for Auswhitz Tour & Salt Mines. The rooms were large enough for our group of 6. Another set of keys would have been beneficial, as our group split at times with planned sightseeing, but we could have got an additional set of keys at request. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need. Easily organised things to do while here with the company i booked the apartments with, although I did not see them in person, were very responsive to queries via the booking.com app and email. I would stay here and recommend it. Friday/Saturday night club near the apartment was very noisy and difficult to sleep,but I got earplugs at a nearby chemist. Was fine Sunday/Monday, and the beds were a little firm, but again, personal preference.
• Federica (8/5): OTTIMA LOCATION - La location era ottimale, vicinissima al centro. Conoscevo già la zona quindi ambientarmi è stato facile. Anche il self check in è andato bene, seguendo tutte le indicazioni ricevute dalla reception. L'appartamento era spazioso e ben organizzato. Tutto molto buono, forse avrei dato una modernizzata al bagno ma se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto.

• Karanikolopoulou (10/5): Perfect stay in a clean, comfortable apartment near the Old Town - We stayed at this apartment in Krakow and had an excellent experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is a major advantage, very close to the Old Town. You can easily explore everything on foot, which made our trip even more convenient. Communication with the host was excellent — always responsive, helpful, and kind. We would definitely choose this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow.

• Amalia (8/5): Ικανοποιητική - H τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ βολική Η καθαριότητα Η θέρμανση, το ζεστό νερό, άνετα κρεβάτια, συσκευές για πρωινό Κάποιες μικρές λεπτομέρειες όπως οι πετσέτες που ήταν αρκετά φθαρμένες, το ότι δεν υπήρχαν πρίζες στα κομονδίνα και το φως διπλα στα κρεβάτια δεν άναβε.

Расположение дома, окна выходили во двор где стоят мусорники, кроме этого вытяжки с ресторанов и неприятные запах жира, летом наверное там просто ужас.Дополнитено диван ,который был это ужас просто матрас тонкий.Тонкие стены слышно как ходят соседи.

Przestronne mieszkanie, z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Czysto. Miejsce głośne - w okolicy liczne puby/dyskoteki. Jest głośno nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. Kilka drobnych rzeczy do naprawy - np pęknięte płytki w łazience.

Parašius, kad trūksta puodelių, jie buvo iškart pristatyti į apartamentus. Apartamentai pilnai pritaikyti keturiems žmonėms, o ne šešiems. Net atsisėsti prie stalo buvo tik 4 kėdės. Taurių taip pat neužteko šešiems, beveik visos buvo skirtingos ir skirtingų dydžių. Žodžiu, indais aprūpinti reiktų geriau. Smulkmenos, kurios šiek tiek gadino viešnagę.

Beds, they were suppose to be double, but they were (in both bedrooms), 2 single beds put together, despeakable and mattresses very uncomfortable. The whole flat could have been cleaner, bathroom was OK, but otherwise there was dust on the edges of furniture and floor was dusty in the corners too.
• Sviatlana (9/5): Very pleasant. When next time in Krakow, we'll try to stay there again. - Great location, spacious apartment. Clean, has everything one needs. Comfortable beds. I guess some might find it very loud as there is a pub in the inner yard, but it really didn't bother us and our little kids slept through the noise as well without any problems.
• Merete (5/5): Bra beliggenhet, en del støy. Bra pris! - Ligger i kort avstand til torget og transport. Personalet var behjelpelig og var veldig lett å komme i kontakt med. Det var ganske møkkete, vasken var helt grå av støv da vi ankom. Det er mye støy i gaten om natten da det er flere utesteder i samme bygg.

• Alicia (6/5): Clean and Convenient Place to Stay - Location was great and very close to St. Mary's Cathedral and Market Square. It was an easy walk to many other attractions (Galeria Mall, Barbican, Wawel Castel, Vistula River). We requested an early check-in due to an early arrival at the airport and the hosts were very accommodating. Our apartment was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Beds were fairly comfortable. The small kitchenette was nice and had all the necessities. Our apartment had a washing machine and drying rack in the bathroom. The single person elevator to get luggage to upper floors was great. There is a night club next door which doesn't seem to get going until about 11:00 pm and goes until 4:00 am. The music and the people outside are very loud all night long. There is no A/C and it was hot while we were there so we had no choice but to leave the windows open. If you are a light sleeper, this probably is not the place for you. If you are into the club scene, this would be a great place to stumble home to after a night of dancing. If it weren't for the nightclub, I would have given the property an 8.0 or 9.0 rating.

• Anne (7/5): Nice apartment and great location - but does receive LOTS OF LOUD NOISE from local restaurants/clubs - The rooms / bathroom etc were very clean and nicely accommodated. And ELEVATOR for those of us who like to pack lots of shoes 🥰 Beds were very comfortable Location was PERFECT for walking around Old Town and attending our events. LOTS of amazing restaurant choices just steps away. Great communication/ assistance from staff. While location is fantastic for Old Town, and amazing restaurants- that also means the noise from 2 to 3 restaurants / club echoes up the cement walls right into the apartment room. It starts approx 5pm and if there is an event (which there was several nights during our stay) it can go on past 3am!!! And it can be really LOUD!! Noise canceling headphones / earplugs did not even seem to make a dent in the noise 😒 ALSO, the internet was VERY intermittent. Happily, staff assisted on call during early call when I was trying to track flight for friend comming to join me. Also, they did send someone to review the router issue- however, it still had issues after her visit. Also, the only mirror is the one over the bathroom sink. Maybe it's not a big issue, but we were there for formal dance events. We requested an additional mirror but it was never brought up to the apartment. You DO need to go to a separate location for the keys. This isn't a big issue, but just something to know so you can arrange with taxi / Uber beforehand. And you need to make sure they ate in the office so you may receive the keys. The staff DID DO and EXCELLENT job of communicating to ensure they were there when I arrived 😀. Again, the apartment itself was VERY clean and nicely appointed.

• Serhii (5/5): Not bad apartments in the old town, but with some issues that may be critical for a long-term family stay - Apartment is actually in the old town, with all the necessary facilities for a long term residence The renovation was obviously long overdue, as was the replacement of the equipment. It is difficult to call the apartment a “2-bedroom apartment”, because one of the rooms has no door, and the door to the other is sliding without lock. If you are hoping for some privacy - this apartment is unlikely to suit you. The kitchen table is very small and even when unfolded it is difficult for a family of 4 to sit together. At the same time, it's not very comfortable. It's also unlikely to work in it for a long time.

• Helen (5/5): Excellent location, wouldn’t go back as even with earplugs the sound of the clubs and fans were too much - Location was central, easy to use sofa bed. Good basic facilities with n the kitchen. No air con at all the rooms were stifling. We were on the second floor and unable to sleep with the windows open as the bars next to the property were open till 3am with music blasting and the road was busy with drunken pedestrians carrying on. Only two fans available, admittedly we didn’t ask for a third fan. Fans noisy at night.

I reported the shower tray not emptying, blocked and backing up, taking an age to empty on the first day of our stay. It remained like that till the end of our stay 4 nights later. Noisy bars downstairs.

• Kyriacos (8/5): Great location, value for money property for a city break. - The location is on a little street just off the main square. Ideal for a city break, with good links and easy to nip in and out during the day. We have booked for the maximum number of occupants meaning that we would be using the sofa beds as well as the beds. This incurred an additional cost however when we arrived just after midnight the sofa beds were not set up and ready to use. Luckily there were extra bed sheets available so we used those. It would have been nice if these were ready for us.
