Sim - Location is the only thing we like on this property! Many things. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. The property is very dirty. Dust everywhere. Moulds on some walls. Photos taken! Inside and on the terrace! The property does not have everything you need as a tourist! I asked for an adapters for phone chargers, they said they cannot provide it! There is no cork screw to open a bottle of wine! Then theres the reimbursements of deposit. Which took many exchanges of email from property staff and booking! It took forever to have it back.

- Fabian (4/5): - Groot, modern appartement, ruim balkon. Snelle reparatie van gebreken. Zeer gehoorig, werden feesten boven ons gehouden met harde muziek tot diep in de nacht. Hier werd niks tegen gedaan door de organisatie nadat wij meerdere keren geklaagd hadden. Ook waren meerdere dingen bij aankomst kapot, deurklinken, airco maakte geluid etc. Deze werden wel gefixed na onze melding. De locatie is niet super, overdag veel geluid van bouwwerkzaamheden en een fabriek in de buurt.

INTERACTION WITH OWNERS VERY RESPONSIVE, LOVED WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER, LIKED COMFY CHAIRS ON ROOF TERRACE, SMALL POOL ON ROOF BUT DID NOT USE BECAUSE OUR APARTMENT WAS UNDER THE ROOF POOL THE NOISE WAAS HORRENDOUS ON AN EVENING, 2 EVENINGS TEENAGERS IN POOL TILL 10.30PM SO WE HAD TO GO AND REPREMAND, AS NONE OF OUR PARTY OF 4 COULD SLEEP WITH NOISE. ON A PLUS OWNERS WERE SUPER QUICK TO RESPOND TO OUR CONCERNS. ALSO APARTMENT IS IN MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, A LIDLE A 5 MIN WALK THROUGH FIELD, WHICH WAS SUPER HANDY, BUSSES ON LIDLE ROAD VERY FREQUENT TO EVERYWHERE ON ISLAND. QUARRY WITH LOTS OF DUST 500M AWAY, BUT THATS NOT OWNERS FAULT, HOWVER WAS A LOT OF NOISE FROM IT, BUT ONLY 8-4. OVERALL A LOVELY APARTMENT

- Clara (7/5): Très bel appartement mais travaux bruyants - L'appartement est très grand, moderne, 2 salles de bains avec douche et toilettes dans chacune, des serviettes de bains à dispositions, cuisine très bien équipée, une grande terrasse avec machine à laver, accès à la piscine sur le toit et magasin Lidl juste à côté. L'ensemble de quartier autour est en travaux et nous sommes restés du jeudi au lundi, et tous les matins sauf le dimanche les travaux ont commençaient entre 7h et 8h... Vraiment pas top pour dormir et ça génère énormément de poussière sur la terrasse. Et il n'y a pas de volets juste des rideaux opaques donc le jour passe quand même

The noise from dragging and loud music until 3am has made it difficult for us to rest, the last evening noise was started from 2am till morning and we were disappointed not to be able to use the pool as some others took over each time. Nella strada stanno facendo lavori. La strada è chiusa e abbiamo fatto fatica a capire dove fosse il condominio. Andava comunicato prima!

- sam (7/5): Wouldn't book again - The apartment was lovely, big, spacious, and comfortable, around a 7 minute taxi ride from the airport The location is extremely poor. There is absolutely nothing nearby; no restaurants, bars, or amenities—leaving you completely reliant on taxis, with at least a 20 minute journey required to get anywhere worthwhile. Access to the apartment was unacceptable. Ongoing building work next door had completely cut off the road, forcing us to walk through a muddy construction site every time we entered or left. The road directly outside felt more like an unmaintained track than a proper road. As a result, mud was constantly being brought into the apartment despite our best efforts to clean our shoes, meaning we had to repeatedly sweep the floors just to keep the space usable. Overall, while the apartment itself looks good, the terrible location and unacceptable access issues made the stay frustrating and not worth it. I would not return or recommend it.

- Barbara (9/5): Pobyt oceniamy na bardzo udany i komfortowy! - Podobał mi się standard apartamentu za tę cenę. Wszystko co oferował (sprzęty, widok, komfort-apartament jest naprawdę duży) było zapewnione. Dodatową atrakcją był basen na dachu, który miał być nieczynny o tej porze roku. Woda była bardzo zimna ale w słoneczne dni przyjemnie było tam posiedzieć. Obsługa apartamentu jest bardzo pomocna. Szczególnie Salman, który za każdym razem gdy czegoś potrzebowaliśmy, służył nam radą i pomocą, zawsze przemiły i uśmiechnięty.

The kitchen is fully equiped. The outside of the building is a construction site, so a lot of noise and dirt.

- Larraine (10/5): We will be back!! Thank you x - Really lovely accommodation. Modern, clean, really well equipped kitchen. Any small issues were dealt with by Salman immediately. He is the property manager and his customer service was top notch and he couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely return back again. Really good Air conditioning which we definitely appreciated as some nights were rather chilly. They heated the room very quickly. Would prefer mattress protectors on the beds. As soon as I mentioned this to Salman he came together with his colleague and put protectors onto the mattresses.

Will have to come back in the summer to make use of it Salman the property manager is amazing, making sure we were comfortable and a credit to your company. The en-suite in the main bedroom is the worst planning I’ve ever encountered. There is no room to sit on it comfortably. Can only be used by sitting on it sideways. Bearing in mind the bedroom is huge I just can’t understand why they didn’t make the bathroom slightly bigger. No other issues other than this.

- Lieke (9/5): Een zeer comfortabel en prettig verblijf in een ruim appartement met een mooie rooftop en een zeer behulpzame host. 😊 - Het ruime appartement met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers, het prachtige balkon met privézwembad en de gastvrije ontvangst van Salman met een rondleiding en koffie. Ook de flexibele check-in was erg prettig. De wifi was in de slaapkamer met de extra badkamer iets minder sterk, maar in de rest van het appartement werkte deze goed.

First, the safety violation: the shower glass spontaneously shattered while we were out. Instead of professional cleaning, the staff tracked shards into the hallway and bedroom. We spent hours cleaning to protect our crawling 1-year-old from injury. Despite verbal assurances, the director Aaron Xuereb illegally withheld our €250 deposit for this structural failure. Property Condition & Health Risks: Extreme Humidity & Mold: The apartment has a major humidity problem. We found signs of mold/fungus, and the bedding felt constantly damp and cold to the touch, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Dust & Neglect: One AC was broken upon arrival. The sofa was so dusty that a cloud of dust and a foul smell rose every time we sat down—we had to vacuum it ourselves. Unsuitable for Kids: The floors are cold tiles, unsuitable for small children. Surroundings: The view is of a derelict building covered in plastic sheets. The access road is unpaved and muddy, tracking dirt inside. Noise: A nearby quarry operates on weekdays, creating loud noise. The village has no walking paths. This management uses guest deposits to fund their repairs. We have reported them to the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) and MCCAA. Avoid this place—it’s a health and safety risk.

There were too many restrictions and instructions for guests. Moreover, the deposit made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat untrusted as a guest. The water boiler is not sufficient for more than one person to have a shower. As we were three girls, we couldn’t all shower one after another, despite there being two bathrooms. The location is quite remote — you definitely need a hire car to stay here.

Fajnie byłoby mieć zagwarantowane sąsiedztwo na podobnym poziomie, tj. rodziny obok rodzin z dziećmi, a imprezowiczów z innymi imprezowiczami i w innej części obiektu. Naprawdę fajne miejsce i poza nieprzewidywalnością lokatorów wszystko nam się podobało.

Só tinha piscina partilhada, senti-me enganado pois o anfitrião explicou e demonstrou muito bem nas suas fotos que o apartamento tinha piscina privada. - Os lençóis da cama estavam manchados.

- Jill (7/5): Very roomy but sadly too far away from everything & far too much construction going on so it was noisy. - It was very roomy & the pool was great. The property gave us a 20% refund for our inconvenience. It was in the middle of a couple of constructions going on. Also there was a construction going on the floor above us which went from 7am in the morning till sometimes 8pm at night! The price was way over the top for what we had to experience here. We should have been warned about the constructions before our arrival. The pipes under the sink had a putrid smell even though the cleaner put bleach through them.

- Susanne (9/5): - Beliggenheden er i et lokalområde uden turister, hvilket er hvad vi kan lide. Lejligheden svarede til beskrivelsen og den var ren. Lidt ærgerligt, at man selv skulle streame tv, altså ingen maltesiske kanaler, hvilket jeg måtte spørge til og fik også en høflig forklaring.
