- Yasmina (5/5): - La ubicación y que la calefacción iba muy bien Todo el rato nos quedábamos sin agua caliente y en las alunadas había pelos de otras personas y los edredones estaban sin funda y parecían reutilizados sin lavar … 🙄

Es el anfitrión simplemente increíble: siempre muy atento y responde a los mensajes muy rápido, lo que nos dejó totalmente tranquilos durante toda la estancia. El proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy fácil, práctico y sin ninguna complicación. El apartamento es estupendo, cómodo y está muy bien situado. La ubicación es excelente: muy céntrica, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, plazas y bancos. La calle nos pareció tranquila y se puede ir andando a los principales puntos de la ciudad, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra experiencia. También nos gustaron mucho los detalles: había productos de limpieza y de higiene disponibles, un detalle que marcó la diferencia durante la estancia. ¡Gracias por todo! Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí si regresamos a Bilbao. Lo recomendamos totalmente y le damos una valoración de 5 estrellas sin pensarlo dos veces.

- Cassandra (9/5): Grand appartement bien placé et bien agencé. - Très spacieux, bien placé, tous les équipements sont là. La rue est calme et la résidence aussi. La literie est bonne. L’hôte est très gentil, le rapport qualité prix est top pour Bilbao. C’est un peu vieillot mais peu importe :)

Hurtig og venlig kommunikation - udviste hjælpsomhed og imødekommenhed. Rent Køkkenet rummede det man har brug for. Lejligheden var noget mørk - adskillige spots i loftet virkede ikke, så det var ikke særligt hyggeligt at spise sin morgenmad. Lidt slidt - men OK

- Rémigius (6/5): In short, it was fine for two days as we booked the night before but I wouldn’t stay again unless some proper renovation - The location is very nice! Walking distance from the main sights of the city It was very poorly maintained. Bathroom seemed 30+years old and it was very poorly repaired where stuff was broken. Big break in the mirror, the tiles were dropping into the downstairs neighbours house almost, a kitchen cabinet was broken, the dishwasher wasnt working, the coffemachine wasn’t working properly, the list goes on..
