• Veronika (10/5): Výborná poloha - Výborná poloha apartmánu, 5min pešo z hlavnej stanice Termini, ku Koloseu 10min peši, vchod do metra pár krokov z apartmánu. Pred ubytovaním park s detským ihriskom. Privítala nás veľmi milá pani, apartmán bol veľmi priestranný, čistý, s krásnou terasou. V noci bolo počuť hluk z ulice.

• Fanny (8/5): Välstädat, otrolig hjälpsam personal, bra lägenhet och rent! Fanns kyl & frys, glas, osv - Lägenheten var stor och luftig! Otrolig balkong. Personalen var super!!! Mycket trevliga Läget var okej kanske lite i slummen, ta taxi/ uber iallafall hem!

• Orkhan (7/5): Für kurzen Aufenthalt gute Unterkunft - Die Lage war gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber sehr gut. Der Balkon war schön und das Apartment geräumig. Genug Parkplätze. Viele Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Fazit: Ich hätte der Unterkunft eine 8 gegeben, aber aufgrund der defekten Klimaanlage im Juli bei so einer Hitze in Rom nicht akzeptabel. Daher gebe ich nur 7. 1.Klimaanlage war defekt, 2. Klimaanlage hat schwach bis kaum funktioniert. In vielen Bewertungen andere Gäste wird die Gegend nicht als sauber und mit vielen Obdachlose beschrieben. Ja das ist wirklich so. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Es ist der Lage geschuldet(Bahnhof, Metro) Ein Tipp an den Betreiber: stellt eine Waschmachine,Bügeltisch und Bügeleisen zur Verfügung, das wäre für Gäste sehr hilfreich. UND Bitte prüft die Klimaanlage bevor der Gast eincheckt.
• Roy (6/5): A clean place , close to the metro . Not in a good area did not feel safe walking at night. At day time is is better. - A clean place with a location that is close to the metro . The street below is not very welcoming few drug addicts and homeless are below. Not easy with kids did not feel safe. Once when I was returning in the the night there was a fight next to the apartment with breaking bottle and shouts. Also Host did send us to take maps and information from a bike shop .

• Mariella (1/5): Bad - What I liked about the place was that it had an elevator, and it was close - walkable to the Termini Station What I didn’t like about the property was that there were people sleeping outside, and the exterior of the buildings had graffiti. The outdoor hallway had no lighting, which made it feel unsafe. One of the staff even advised us to return during daylight rather than at night, so it didn’t feel secure.

• Ana (9/5): Good value for money and good location - My experience was lovely, my flight was delayed, they waited for us as we arrived long past the check in hours and only charged us 10€! The room is comfortable and clean!

• Gordon (9/5): This is a clean, well equipped unit and the hosts were very accommodating regarding our late arrival - It is close to the train station, a nice park, shops and restaurants are nearby.
• Katie (10/5): Excellent apartment, easy walk from the station and into the city itself. - The apartment is a really good size, very well laid out, clean and well maintained. We loved the capsule kitchen - super practical - and the open wardrobes made it impossible for even the kids to leave anything behind. The location was good, we walked everywhere, and it's only about 10 mins walk from the main station in Rome (how we arrived). It took us about 30 minutes to get into the heart of Rome and visit the big sites. There is also a metro right outside the door, and plenty of buses from the station. The balcony made it really pleasant - overlooking a lovely park. We made some wonderful memories and would love to return. Staff are also very helpful, meeting us there and showing us the apartment on arrival. We really welcomed that we could leave our bags safely on our last day, whilst we enjoyed the city before we had to take the train. Nothing, it was super.
• Sherlyn (10/5): Its a good location if you are travelling with group. Definitely recommended - Its quite nearby to the colosseum, and the staff is really really friendly and helpful. The lift is too small and seems unstable, but its fine after all
• Thomas (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay here. - The apartment was nice and modern. The balcony / view were great. Music from the park across the street in the evening was pleasant. Better furniture on the balcony would really help. The metro station was being renovated, so the nearest was 5 blocks away. The metro was closed at 10 pm. The Piazza is nice, but some sketchy people around.

• Hsiang (5/5): Passable - The location is really hard to find, and you can start to leave luggages from 10 AM, which is not convenient for people just arrive in early morning! And there’s no hot water for shower at 11pm, one of our family member got cold shower.

• Mo (8/5): Very good - The room was nice and we wanted somewhere close to the train station as we were travelling from pisa and to florence after 2 days. The room was not ready for us to check in so we had to come back later. The ladies wanted to freshen up and were annoyed with this.

• Sandi (10/5): Fabulous!!!! - Fit all 6 of us comfortably!!!!! Not too far from the train station. Fabrizio was great he came and meet me after hours to get me in the apartment. Check out was very easy too.
• Guzman (4/5): Disappointing - Spacious apartment with an OK shower. The facade is (still) under restoration so the balcony is not accessible and the outer windows can't be opened so not a single ray of light would enter. This has to be honestly informed by the property (see photos).
