- thenightjourney (8/5): Decent hotel for those staying in the area and using the nearby Stadium - Great Buffett breakfast, good size rooms with balcony, close by to the metro station and stadiums. Good AC, fridge and TV. Room service everyday. Rooms could have been stocked with water.

- Samah (6/5): - الموقع للفندق قريب من أماكن حيويه مثل المطار وسيتي ستارز ومحطات جوباص يوجد موظفة بشوشه لا أتذكر اسمها غيرت لي الغرفة بغرفة أفضل تم الترحيب بمشروب بارد لحين انهاءاجراءات تسجيل الدخول Weak beds, unclean bathroom with shower gel only الحمام سيء جدا ،، لايوجد ماء ساخن الشطاف لايعمل الاثاث قديم جدا لايوجد مستلزمات الحمام (صابون ،شور جل )بعدد الأفراد قمنا بحجز غرفة رباعية تم توفير غرفة في بداية اسيئة وصغيرة وغير مطابقة للصور علي موقع بوكنج كانت مغلقة و رائحتها غريبة وتطل علي مكان مغلق ولكن تم تغيير الغرفة وطلبت ان تكون مطله علي شارع حتي تكون تهويتها جيدة وصحية طلبت التسجيل المتأخر في الخروج لنصف ساعة لأمر طارئء والموظف المختص تعامل بشدة ورفض تواجدت في الغرفة قبل الموعد بنصف ساعة وطلبت العامل لانزال الحقائب من الريسبشن والعامل تأخر اتصلت عدة مرات من هاتف الغرفة ولم يرد علي أحد مما اطرني لتنزيل الحقائب بنفسي بعد الوقت المحدد لعمل تسجيل الخروج بأكثر من نصف ساعة ولو تعاون الموظف لكان أفضل علما بأن الموظفة كانت متعاونه وكانت ترغب في تمديد موعد الخروج

- Zyad (1/5): horrible - صحوني 12:00 الظهر للخروج ولا استنو دقيقه مع انو الدخول كان بعد الساعه 2 وبيقولو عشان في قست حاجز الغرفه 12:10 وهما مخبطين الباب حرفيا 7 مرات بازعاج مستفز مع اني قلت تمام بس الم ملابسي من اول مره ومع الازعاج والاستعجال نسيت شاحني ومافتكرته الا لما وصلت الهوتيل الثاني باتصل عليهم مافي اي رد اضطريت اطلب سياره واروح لهم بالليل وبعد انتظار ربع ساعه عند الاستقبال قالو مافيش حاجه وطلعنا شيكنا على الغرفه طلعت فاضيه مافيش الضيف اللي خرجوني بدري عشانه ولا فيه الشاحن كلمت المدير الموجود وقتها بيقولي حنتصل عليك الصباح بس عشان يمشيني ولا رد ولا اتصل انا متاكد 100٪ اني كنت باشحن فيه في الغرفه وزي ماكذبو في موضوع القست اللي حاجز الغرفه مش بطال موضوع الشاحن زيه وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

- Hassan (1/5): Bad experience and not recommend to anyone - The room were small, old and not cleaned properly. There were no blankets in the bedroom. Bad smell, bathroom were not good, not internet and staff weren’t friendly. They look at you as if you lost and even ignored you when you speak to them. If you’re a foreigner don’t waste your money to go there

- Mohamed (8/5): - Large clean room, comfortable matrices, very helpful decent staff , good value for price ,with very good location beside Cairo stadium and panorama of october The room needs blankets as it was very cold during my stay, bathroom needs some renewal, water wasn't hot enough
