• Victoria (8/5): - La ubicación, vistas espectaculares. Uno de los cuartos es muy pequeño para abrir la segunda cama.
• Angel (8/5): - Nos equivocamos en las fechas en que nos íbamos y encargamos una paella en el local de al lado. Pero resulta que cerraban los dos días que quedaban para irnos y había que pagar una fianza para llevarla a casa. La mujer que nos recibió me había dicho que iba a estar por ahí cerca cuando nos fuéramos, pero cuando le mandé un audio del problema que teníamos (el restaurante estaba justo debajo del apartamento), primero me dijo que no podía escuchar el audio, luego que ella no estaba por ahí, luego que no tenía bizum para poder devolvernos el dinero, ... No dio ninguna facilidad, todo excusas, y yo perdí la fianza, y nos cobraron 19€ más por la paella no devuelta. Además, un desorden en la ficha de clientes, ya que me mandó un enlace cuando estábamos hablando de pagar la tasa turística, que luego resultó que tenía que rellenar por control de turismo (no me lo dijo), después me sorprendí al abrirlo con que estaba rellena con los datos de otro cliente (vaya confidencialidad), y finalmente, tras pagarle la tasa de 6€ en mano, dijo que no hacía falta rellenar la ficha, ... Por cierto, llegamos a las 3 y pico de viaje, sin comer, y con la compra hecha, y la mujer no se iba ni con indirectas. Iba con mi madre, mayor, y con mi hija de 11 años, y sin poder comer. El buen hacer se demuestra siendo eficiente y poco invasivo.

• Irene (5/5): - La ubicación está muy bien. Cruzando una calle peatonal ya tienes la bajada a la cala, a unos 15 min a pie estás en el centro de Miami platja. También tienes un supermercado a 5 min. El apartamento está bien equipado, nos tocó el bajs2 y tiene acceso directo a la piscina. Víctor, fue quien nos atendió es muy buen anfitrión se preocupa por los huéspedes y nos recomendó lugares donde ir. El apartamento estaba muy sucio... Nos encontramos el horno con restos de comida, las rejillas de ventilación del aire acondicionado llenas de pelusas, las lamparas con grasa y pelusa, la mesa de la terraza no la habrán limpiado hace años... Nos encontramos calcetines de los anteriores huéspedes en el sofá cama...Y eso que te cobran 80 euros por la limpieza. La hora de salida por Booking pone a las 11:00 y en el contrato que firmas con ellos es a las 10:15 por si te has olvidado, la señora Francesca te lo manda para recordártelo de unas formas un poco bruscas. Podría ser más amable, la verdad.

• Yuliia (1/5): Awful experience - The apartment was completely different from what I see on the website. Extremely dirty. The set of bed linens was not full. ( no case for pillow and blanket). Blanket wzs so smelly that i had to wash it. Towels are used to extreme. The shower cabin wasn't closed properly, so water was leaking. Window was not opening as it must be. Plastic dryer for laundry was broken and was able to stay only with the help of the wall. Mop is broken, so we had to ask neighbors for it. Half of lamps were not working. Ventilation was extremely dirty and loud , so we cleaned it by ourself. No one single spoon, instead of TV - screen of computer. I asked few times to move us to another apartment, as website showed me availability of a.other room or fix all those issues. Roger, manager of this property, did nothing and simply stopped answering me on the second day.

• Tom (6/5): Här måste ägaren skärpa sig. - Lägenheten var ok och placeringen var perfekt.Vi kom sent på natten och kontoret var så klart stängt men vi fick god info med foton dagen före om var vi fick tag i nycklarna etc. så det var bra. I lägenheten däremot, var det tekniska problem med tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och kökskranen. Inget av dessa blev fixat under den tid vi var där. Servicen på kontoret var dålig, mycket prat, dålig engelska, ingen kundservice, typ, man skulle förventa när produkten inte motsvarar det som blivit lovat. Var i maj också i Miami Platja, och då som kund hos Arenda, allt funkat super och god service, vi hyrde hus, då de inte har lägenheter där.
• laura (10/5): - La ubicación excelente enfrente de la playa y las vistas desde la terraza del ático espectaculares. Víctor y Francesca fueron unos anfitriones maravillosos, se preocuparon por nosotros en todo momento y el trato fue magnífico
• Aysel Kayalar (8/5): Top vakantie aanrader voor gezinnen - Loopafstand tot het strand was echt minimaal. We keken vanuit het balkon uit op de zee, wat heel mooi en rustgevend was. In de buurt op een afstand van 20 min een winkelstraat met leuke eettentjes. Ook de supermarkt was verrassend dichtbij. De buurt was erg rustig, wat fijn was met de slaapjes van de kinderen. Het contact met Victor, de host, liep erg soepel. Hij reageerde snel & hielp waar nodig. Complimenten! De bedden kraakten nog al en ondanks een veger en blik misten we een stofzuiger/kruimeldief.

Бассейн в сентябре-октябре холодный, не подогреваемый, не чистят, хотя открыт круглый год. Сковородки ужасные, не возможно, что то готовить рекомендовала бы обновить и не хватала нам хотя бы электрическую гриль на крыши в зоне отдыха, в остальном всё хорошо

• Bernd (10/5): Wir waren zum drittenmal dort und sind immer wieder begeistert. - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Strandzugangs und man hat einen fabelhaften Ausblick. Die Stadt hat mit erheblichem finanziellem Aufwand die Strandpromenade saniert, was nicht auf allgemeine Zustimmung stößt, vernachlässigt aber im Gegenzug die Strandzugänge und hat die Duschen entfernt.

• Maite (4/5): - El paseo marítimo y las zonas para dar largos paseos bordeando el mar Muchas incidencias comunicadas nadie te llama para resolver solo toman nota, pero ya has pagado.....,los balcones casi se solapan unos con otros, intimidad cero , este apartamento no tiene vistas al mar pero anuncian que si, el solárium abandonado ,las fotos son mezcladas con otros apartamentos , no de fiar.

• PABLO (9/5): Para relajarse - La ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y en buen estado. Las calas están a un paso. Víctor estuvo pendiente de que no faltara nada que necesitáramos.
• Balazs Pal (10/5): Super Unterkunft für den Urlaub - Super Anlage, schön gepflegt. Pool ist sauber, Strand liegt aber auch nur 2 Min. Fussweg entfernt. Gutes Restaurant gibt im Nachbarschaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert. Alles wurde gut erklärt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement verfügt über großzügige Räume. Es gibt eine Dachterasse, die wir nicht ausnutzen konnten.

• Roger (8/5): Weekend for two in Miami Platja - The balcony overlooked the sea, we were so close you could hear the waves. It was very peaceful although I expect it would be a lot noisier in high season. In front of the apartment is a lovely long promenade that follows the beach. A little far away from the town centre and a lot of restaurants were only making preparations to open in the coming days/weeks. (We travelled mid-May)
• Karlis (10/5): Exceptional - the rooms were cozy and clean. good location if you have your own car... .modern, quiet place. The main beach is about 30 minutes walk away. There is a small shop nearby, and restaurants are all around. the owners were very kind and helpful.

One of Catalonia's best price/quality accommodation in winter.

• Gillian (8/5): An idyllic apartment but not happy with the agent. - The apartment was spacious and the balcony had a beautiful view. We had everything we needed including dishwasher and washing machine/dryer with a drying rack on the balcony. Recent remodelling of the whole seafront in front of the property by the council is unfinished after a year and local roads are shut off so parking is on a wasteland nearby. The works also meant that access to the coves was shut off by barriers too as was pedestrian access along the front. Needless to say the barriers were moved by outraged residents every day. While this is obviously not the fault of the agent, when I discovered there was roadwork nearby on the last day I could cancel, I rang the agent who assured me this work was very small and would finish before we arrived. The agent also failed to face me when I found the closed office to pick up the keys and we and another renter had to hunt the keys down in a letterbox at the property. With no instructions we had to hunt out the property and find out where to park the car. I would not use this agent again.

• Gary (8/5): Very nice - We went to pick up the keys at the rent office with Francesca a lovely and helpful professional who explained us about everything in the property and what were happening in the area. The matters in the double bed could be more comfortable and the noisy from the apartaments below with noisy and loud talks all night long.

We were not warned that major work was being carried out along the entire coastline and all accesses to the beaches were closed… Very disappointed about our stay, had to take our car to be able to rich closest beach… due to road maintenance access to the parking was very difficult… definitely not returning to this place!!!!
