• Lambert (10/5): Really nice. - The house was amazing. Massive living room big enough for 12 people easily. Beds were super comfy and it was really nice everyone gets their own space. Kitchen was also really good for cooking with space to make food for 12 people.

• Patricia (6/5): Quiet area but downstairs window let it down as it wouldn’t lock thus major security concern - Area was Quiet, spacious rooms Discovered after first night we got back from restaurant that down stair's bedroom window would not lock so security was a concern, had to take valuables with us or put in our car!!

• Joanne (7/5): Nice large family house - Plenty of space , clean , good location The sofa bed in the living room could do with replacing it was very worn and the faux leather was rubbing off also … Sadly a week after we checked out we received an email to say a remote was missing . It was in the property on our departure and we should have had a damage deposit back but due to holidays they said there was a delay . It was all resolved in the end but just left a bitter taste and unfortunately put our family off booking again

• Pamela (8/5): Lovely location but the small things I mentioned above, which are minor but would make a difference. - The property was nice and clean and exactly where we wanted to be, about 15/20 mins walk from the tower. Location excellent. The heating. Rules told us not to touch the heating which we didn’t but the heating timer went off about 9pm in the evening. It’s an old house and as we staying there with 2 other couples when we returned to the property each night which was about 11pm the house was cold. We had to bring blankets from the bedroom to keep ourselves warm. The house sleeps up to 12 people but there are only 2 sofas in the lounge area so not enough seating. There were 6 of us and at least one person had to sit on the floor. Lastly, tv was difficult to operate. We gave up. Can’t believe they didn’t have freeview. Furniture in lounge is old and worn as is the carpet. Lounge area could do with a makeover.

• John (8/5): Weekend in Blackpool with extended family . - Lots of space. Very well furnished and clean. Sofas were a bit uncomfortable. Didn’t manage to get the tv in the lounge working. The hotel is about 2 miles from the centre / tower etc and there were a lot of police around - the area was a bit dodgey. Beds on the soft side.

• John (8/5): Great place in the heart of Blackpool - This place is plenty big enough for the entire family and located ideally for Blackpool with a tram station and convenience store located very nearby and it’s minutes walk from the beach. The kids loved it and settled in very quickly for our week stay. Would have been nice to have some more of the essentials provided in the cost to make it really good value. The 2x double room is what would traditionally be the dining room so there is no dining table at the property and family meals are a bit difficult around a breakfast bar with only 3 stools

• Jodie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. More spacious than the pictures capture. I had to get in touch regarding some points but they came straight back to me to ammend the situation, we didn't need to take them up on the offer but it was great customer service.
• Nikita (10/5): Didn’t want to come home! - gorgeous property! very clean and the beds were so comfortable! plenty big enough for 10 of us! we had a fantastic stay! The only negative we had was that none of the tv’s had live channels! it was all streaming through Amazon or Netflix but as a family we like to watch Saturday night tv/ catch up on the news ect ect! but this was the ONLY thing!!!

House was great for a group of friends but would also suit a large family or two smaller families. Comfortable beds and clean throughout. Sofa bed in front room was a little worn and not as comfortable as expected.

• Amanda (9/5): Amazing stay! - Close to the beach, local convenice store, local supermarket about 5minute drive away. Friendly neighbours. Crazy amounts of space in the house with more than enough space for more people and we had 12 people in there already including 9 children. Had everything we needed (apart from a tin opener). There is nothing we would change about our stay and if we had another group trip to Blackpool I would definitely look into staying here again if available at the time we wanted it for (just get a 3day tram ticket instead as werent aware of this). Parking was spot on, had no issues with parking even when we went out in the cars and returned. There was 2 bathrooms and and additional toilet downstairs so handy for the kids. Definitely recommend this for groups of people who were looking to look for somewhere to stay. Didn't realise just how long the walk was back home with the kids so kept getting the tram but nothing that we couldn't sort out between us whilst there but was abit far out to go back and forth for everyone. Lock box for the key was jammed on arrival so waited for someone to turn up to help us resolve situation but they arrived in less than 10minutes which was great. One mattress downstairs dipped in the middle and wasn't as comfortable as other beds in there but we swapped between us as this wasn't comfortable for the whole stay. One toilet wasn't working however there was still an additional 2 toilets at the property so still had no issues with this. Nothing major that we didn't like, would definitely return at some point.
