• Philippa (9/5): Excellent location, roomy comfortable apartment - Very easy clear instructions on key collection. Property close to station by excellent cafes, restaurants etc. apartment was quite well presented and comfortable. Bed comfortable and plenty of hot water. Shower head needs replacing, no tea towel but bought one and left it for others.

• Vatafu-Alexandrescu (6/5): Pleasant because metro was close and also coffee shops and breakfast restaurant, but cleaning needs for sure improvement - The bed was comfortable, the metro station is very close. It was very dirty. Toilet wasn’t cleaned, under the sofa there was dust and food thrown, even if it was a sofa that could be easily moved for cleaning, there was a lot of dust in many corners of the apartment. The area is also very loud, during the night there are many trucks that come to the restaurants in the area I guess.

• Martina (7/5): - La posizione dell’appartamento é perfetta, vicino alla metro, ai supermercati etc… Ci sono diversi bar e altri negozietti nella zona e nonostante siamo in pieno centro, una volta chiuse le finestre non si sentono i rumori esterni. Noi eravamo tre persone e lo spazio era perfetto. In generale, é molto comodo La pulizia non é una loro priorità. Il portaposate e le posate stesse erano tutte sporche con briciole e capelli. Abbiamo dovuto rilavare tutti i bicchieri e tutti i piatti poiché non erano puliti a sufficienza. Nel bollitore del té c’era ancora tutta l’acqua ed era tutto sporco di calcare. Non ci sono né ciotole, né scolapasta, abbiamo dovuto preparare gli alimenti all’interno delle pentole e per scolare la pasta, un disastro!!! Nel bagno abbiamo trovato saponi da doccia usati da persone prima di noi di cui uno era anche tutto incrostato di crema che probabilmente era rimasta intorno e si é seccata. Infine, l’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano, ma non viene detto da nessuno!! Ci sono due piani e abbiamo dovuto provare tutte le porte che ci sono prima di trovare la nostra!

• Louloumacd (8/5): Great Location, Good size apartment. - Great location, right next to a tube station and High Street. Great facilities in the apartment. Good size apartment for 3 adults. Free parking space close by. Host communication. Good price. Communal area (stairs, hallway) were very dirty. No handrail on the staircase. Shower head was broken. Sofa bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Street noise can be heard all night.
• Franz (7/5): Tolle Wohnung aber leider mit Abstrichen. - Die Wohnung liegt nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Tube-Station entfernt und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man spürt eine Atmosphäre von einem ländlich geprägten Stadtteil mit viel typisch englischem Styl. Die Wohnung wird auf der Booking-Landkarte falsch angezeigt. Im Badezimmer fehlte der Spiegel. Am Anreisetag wurden wir vom Vermieter informiert, dass jemand gleichtag kommen würde, um den Spiegel zu fixieren, aber nach langem Warten kam niemand und das versprochene WhatsApp, sollte dies nicht klappen, kam auch nicht. Auch die restlichen Tage (wir waren 8 Tage dort) kam niemand, um dies zu reparieren. Bei den anderen Spiegeln in der Wohnung ist keine Steckdose in akzeptabler Nähe, so dass es extrem schwierig ist beim Haarföhnen und stylen mit Föhn. Das Treppenhaus war vollkommen verschmutzt und es stank stark. Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stock, aber niemand weist darauf hin, welche Tür (es gibt insgesamt 3 Türen) es ist. Man muss alle Schlösser der Türen durchprobieren, um in die richtige Wohnung zu kommen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht gerade großgeschrieben, Bestecke, Messer, Gläser und Teller nicht richtig gespült sowie Ablagen und Badzimmer musste erst nachgeputzt werden.

• Carolina (8/5): Óptima para grupos, pequenas melhoras a fazer mas muito bom. - Muito perto do metro, muitas lojas à volta, seguro, confortável, muitas comodidades Chuveiro não estava muito bom, muita luz a entrar pelas janelas

• Julia (7/5): - The accommodation is close to the tube station (20 mins from central London), in an area with lots of interesting dining options. There are two flights of stairs, which to us meant it was relatively safe. Plenty of local grocery stores, too. There was a bit of street noise, especially in the evening. I am not keen on plastic plants, and these were throughout the flat. Some of the furniture and white goods were a bit scratched, but everything worked OK.

• Alison (9/5): Excellent location for visiting our son, but easy access to all central London attractions - Spacious, very well presented, fully equipped with everything you’d need. Excellent location in the centre of Leytonstone, and all shops, bars and restaurants. Only 3 minute walk to the underground for central London. Very quiet, no noise from the street. The hallway needed a new lightbulb as the stairs were very dark and there was no handrail.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is located in perfect location. It's quiet, nicely decorated and my stay was very relaxing. I will be back in future for sure.
