• Aleksandar (10/5): - Odličan stan, srednjen i opremljen. Nema u blizini taksi stanice, najbliža je na 500 m.
• Catalin (10/5): - Apartament curat, dotat cu tot ceea ce este necesar, loc de parcare la subsol (dar se poate parca, fără plată, și în exteriorul complexului, dacă sunt locuri libere). Foarte bună relaționarea cu proprietarii, informații corecte și precise privind accesul, disponibilitate la orice moment. Canapeaua din living mai scârțâie din când în când , însă acest aspect nu le pune în umbră pe cele pozitive. Aș reveni în această locație și altădată.

• Maximilian (10/5): Very good 👍🤍 - A wonderful apartment — I’ll say it right away: everything is perfect. I truly enjoyed both the atmosphere and the interior. The design is thoughtfully done, with great attention to detail, which makes the space feel уютный and well cared for. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a great selection of utensils — different glasses, plates, forks, and spoons — everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There are also many useful amenities, and it’s clear that the owner invested properly in the apartment rather than just renting out an empty space. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. 10/10. Also, the view from the window is very приятный and adds an extra charm to the stay.
• Cirilovic (10/5): Ponovicemo posetu sigurno - Sve je bilo odlicno. Detaljne instrukcije za preuzanje kljuceva,ulazak u zgradu i sam dolazak do stana. Stan je predivno opremljen, uredan, cist. Zgrada je mirna, nije bilo nikakve buke, na odlicnoj lokaciji. Za svaku preporuku.

Apartamentul este frumos amenajat (mobilier nou) si cu suficiente dotari (smart tv, aer conditionat, fierbator, prajitor de paine, uscator de par, fier de calcat, produse de curatenie etc). Este disponibil un loc de parcare gratuit, subteran. Exista magazine in apropiere.

• Corina (10/5): A very cute apartment - The apartment is very cozy, clean, and the balcony view is amazing, being at the 8th floor. You have everything you need for your stay there and you have a lot of shops nearby, even if you are not in the city center - it takes 5-10 min by car to reach the center anyway. My parents were very happy with their stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. -

• Hadzic (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, from the initial communication with the apartment owner to the checkout process. The apartment is in an excellent location with secured parking. Cozy and warm, located on the 8th floor of the building. It’s brand new, equipped to make your stay extremely comfortable. Impeccably clean! My kids didn’t want to go back to Serbia because they loved the stay so much. The location of the apartment is fantastic. The neighborhood is new and away from the city crowds, yet you can get anywhere in the city in just 5 to 10 minutes. All in all, a big recommendation from us. We will definitely come back. We absolutely loved everything!

• Anita (9/5): Great flat for up to 4 people - A family of 4 staying in Timisoara for one week and the flat offered everything we needed for a short stay. There's a shop next to the block of flats for all the basics.

There are a lot of shops in the surrounding area. There is nothing in the apartment that we did not like in the apartment itself. Maybe it is a little bit far from the city center.

• Skittlessmann (9/5): We would come again - Everything was clean and the owner gave us good instructions and information. It's great that there is a private parking spot, and if you come with a car, the city center is really nearby. or there was no gas to light the stove, in any case we could not use it. The tea kettle was old and full of lime scale which came off the heater and was unsafe to use, needs to change it to a new one.
