• Totka (8/5): - The location is in a great spot. 5 minutes walk to Sforza Castle, 10 minutes walk to Duomo.The bedroom on the first level was comfortable, with a mattress pad. The bathroom with the toilet is wide, comfortable, clean, and has a washing machine. There were enough clean towels The reservation was for 5 people. We had two double beds, and a single sofa bed, which was not prepared with a pillow and sheets. The double socket that served the coffee maker and microwave had completely fallen out, and was propped up by the coffee maker tank. Therefore, we did not use these appliances. The bedroom on the second level was not comfortable, the mattress was placed almost on the ground. The apartment manager knew that we would vacate the apartment at 10:30, with the option of checking out by 11:00. At exactly 10:30 we returned to the apartment to take out our luggage, but everything had been collected by the owner in front of the door and he had started cleaning?! This was not a pleasant feeling at all.

• Katy (1/5): Extremely disappointed with the apartment and lack of response from the owner who avoided us at all - Nothing The room was not cleaned, though the sheets were changed. It was advertised as two toilets but only one and no safe as advertised. The host claimed that Booking.com had listed incorrect information and that washing machines in all of their properties did not work. Unfortunately, our clothes ended up stuck in the machine. When I asked to speak with her husband, she said he was at his second job, but he was actually downstairs. The property description on Booking.com was very inaccurate. The pillows were like 12 inch cement blocks. They refused to refund our money but said we were free to leave. I had sent multiple messages to the owner, but he never responded—he was downstairs at the bar instead. Also the lift didn’t work. Should have been notified. I have a video of the washing machine but can’t add this.

Renovated apartment, teenagers liked its style and decor. Coffee pods, crackers and jam in the kitchen. Communication with host was very good. Would be very good for 2 people (we were 5) for 1-2 nights. It's a nice place for up to 2 people. We were 5 and all needed a/c. There is only one a/c unit that (barely) covers the ground floor. The loft (3 beds) was hot (it was July), although there was a fan. Old building with narrow stairs that are partially covered, lift exists "only for luggage" (apt is on the 3rd floor).

• Julie (8/5): Excellent location - Excellent location. Loved the decor. Comfy bed. We only stayed 1 night so was perfect for what we needed. Gorgeous restaurant next door. Pillows were hard. Although it had air con my friends who slept on the mezzanine said it was very hot up there and didn’t sleep well.

• Antonio (1/5): Bad - N/A The dish and kettle were dirty and broken. The washing machine wasn't working. Lack of cooking facilities and utensils, too small to host 4 people. The lift broke down on the first floor, and my son and I were stuck in it for about 10 minutes, with the lift being higher at the first floor level. There is no towel storage location to dry towels after showering. Drainage in the shower was poor and was flooding, resulting in having to turn the shower off and on whilst showering. The shower leaked onto the floor from under the subframe. Electric wall sockets were all loose off the wall and close to the water supply. Within splash zone. The door handle to the bathroom was faulty, and we couldn't fully close the for privacy as our concern was that the door wouldn't open again. When I spoke to the landlord about the issue, he couldn't give a damn. Definitely didn't get value for our money compared to other apartment stays in other cities.

• Linda (6/5): Close to attractions, uncomfortable sleep and not good eitb communication - Location is very central- close to all main attraction. There is not good communication. Phoned a few times taking international time zones into consideration- no answer although stated that communication is fone through phone. No response on messages either. On arrival ee were waiting outside, with other people slso waiting- no answer on phone and this was way after the 3pm time noted on the booking. Another isdue is really uncomfortable pillows to sleep on - hard as rock.

• Candice (4/5): Great Location. Apartment needs some TLC. - The location. The apartment was very tired. The mezzanine bedroom had crumbling ceiling and no blind on the velux window so it was very light early. The kitchen was tired and dirty and lacked essentials. Coffee machine did not work. It’s also on the 3rd floor and the lift was out of order so difficult to get suitcases the tight stairwell.
• Tara (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location with easy access to the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco and shopping. Convenient to use the metro and trolley car as well. Delicious panini shop just adjacent. Hosts were very accommodating for check-in, check-out and luggage storage. Ample room for family of 4-5, or 2 couples. Highly recommend! Note, several flights of narrow stairs to access apartment (elevator is available to transport luggage). Loft area also has a round staircase. Not recommended for someone with mobility issues.

• Amina (1/5): Dishonest staff and unacceptable conditions - The apartment was in good walking distance from the Duomo with lots of places to eat nearby. Everything except the location. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with the stench of rotting garbage. They have an elevator that moves so very slowly, and you still have to climb stairs when you're on the highest floor the elevator brings you. After finally reaching our room, we noted that the door handle was broken (photos attached). We informed the person checking us in, and he said he would get it fixed. We went out for a meal and when we returned, it hadn't been fixed. We made multiple requests for the repair over the rest of our stay and no-one ever came. We almost got locked inside the room on one occasion. When we went to shower, we were greeted by mold (photos attached). Regarding the room in the loft, you cannot stand up straight as it's an attic room. No a/c just a measly fan. The description is not a true representation of the space you're getting.

There was, but when I got there we found that it was broken and got no previous notice. Also no guarantee that it would be fixed anytime soon. The trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied. There were diapers and pads.

• Anonymous (10/5): If you can ignore the noise it was so very beautiful and the owner was so nice . - The decorations were so nice . It was a beautiful apartment. So close to everything . Everything was available in the apartment including washing mashing . Everything was clean . The only complaint I have that You cannot sleep since the trams and buses runs all night you can hear everything.

Exactly on the middle between the Cadorna Train Station and the Duomo! The corridor at the entrance and the path with the steps to go upstairs looked a bit dodged but nothing to worry about.

• Natália (7/5): All in all, if ou doesn't have a "special" request or any questions, you will be okay. - Before the chek-in time, the host called me and came for us, so we met in person and he handed the key. BUt the location is more than perfect, the room was nice and near to everything, so I recommend this apartman. Don't even dream about get to contact with this apartman owner. I'm still very angry. Itried multiple times to reach out to the host due messegas and also called the phone uncountable times. After the 3rd day trying to call the host, the phonenumber wasn't even accessible. I even asked for help from Booking, but they also couldn't reach the host. We arrived way earlier than the chek-in time, so we just wanted to leave our luggages at the apartman if possible, but nobody answered and when I told this to the host when we met, he just sad okay. Oh, and also he used different phone number than it was gave on the Booking page.

• Dani (7/5): Good - The apartment is refurbished, modern and in a nice area of Milan. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Good place for a couple of nights, but not very comfortable when with full capacity - 5 people. The staff could be more friendly. We received no instructions before arriving, I had to call and text to receive them. I asked for a baby crib, which was confirmed, but when arriving it was not there and they said it was not available.

• Kalim (8/5): Great location, comfortable home. - Property location was fantastic, the parking garage is super close by it is a super central place to stay. The apartment is very nice. The convenience was the best part. I dont think we could have been in a more desirable location. Something was off, after this stay all of the people in our party seemed to have been gotten bit by some bugs, seemed something like bed bugs with a bunch of small bites across our body. We didnt think much of it at first when it was just 1 person, but it turned out to be all 3 of us. The sheets seemed clean towels were clean but the mattress itself was pretty dirty underneath.

• Yatish (3/5): Poor - The location is very close to Duomo. Retro feel of the room was good. Room is right on top of the main road so expect noise of the trams all day long from early morning to late night. Access to the room is very narrow so you can't carry more than 2 luggage plus 2 people in the lift. Rooms are too tiny and not the best value for money.
• Esteban (2/5): Too expensive for what it is - The location was great The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, the cleaning Lady was still there and she finished really fast because we were already there. So finally the cleaning job was not great. Communication was terrible, we had to ask 3 times until we have an answer. They made us wait 4 hours to pay them. They did not tell us what time they were coming for us to pay. Really awfull experience. Finally the apartment is announced as a 2 bedroom. But its fake one bedroom is really a living room with a sofa-bed. Too expensive for what it is.
• Mary (8/5): Good location and interestingly decorated apartment - The design of the property is as shown in the photos, chic and interesting. There are also two proper comfortable beds even though one of them is a sofa bad. Staff was responsive most of the time and able to provide us with more shower gels when requested. Some areas were overlooked such as dried dirt was left on the wall, a fell-off mirror was left on the side of the floor. The tram noise could be a problem for some people as the apartment is located right next to the tramway. Only shower gels are provided and in the form of sachets which are not too convenient.
• Stalo (10/5): Great location near the Duomo. - Great apartment near Cardona station. Lots of restaurants and coffee places nearby and only a 15 minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria. Beds were comfortable and all in all the apartment was clean. The only disappointment upon arrival is that the lady meeting us wasn't very informative. I asked about restaurant recommendations but she didn't know. There was no hand gel or shower gel in the bathroom and I had to get the cleaners to give us toilet paper as there wasn't any in the apartment.
