• Maria (1/5): Bad - Booking suggested this accommodation after our initial accommodation cancelled on us last minute, we were a family of 8 people, 6 adults and 2 small children. This property was falsely advertised as a 7 bedroom house, the host said she was not ready to accommodate us after booking suggested we book this property and after we paid for it, they also said that we would be refunded the difference from the initial booking. After several hours of calls and a-lot of money spent on both accommodation and devastation with nowhere to stay with 6 adults and 2 underaged children we got at the place after midnight to find that the host was in the property even after we were told from booking that she would move out because there was no way we would be staying in a house with a stranger especially with 2 small kids. This is a void booking! This was unacceptable. And the property didn’t even have 7 rooms. There were only 5 rooms and one was occupied from the owner. The house was not clean either. The whole situation was a massive inconvenience, hassle and wrecked our holidays. This is unacceptable from both booking and the owner of the property. The kids were dragged in and out in the cold with nowhere to stay and all this was on the first day of our holiday. Booking has not yet settled the matter and we have been waiting patiently but this is a scam on another level, we paid so much money and we ended up at a hotel.
• Dagg (10/5): Beautiful Property with Excellent Host. Ideal for large groups. - Very clean, well equipped house. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. On street parking permit was provided. Good amount of kitchen space with everything we needed. Ten minute walk to the train station. Nothing, it was all good.
