• NikaVuco (9/5): Čist i uredan apartman u samom centru grada - Jako uredan i čist apartman u centru, u blizini izvrsnih restorana, kafića, i kulturnih znamenitosti. Tuš u apartmanu je jako mal kao i stubište preko kojeg nije lako prenjet veliki kufer. Iako je lokacija izvanredna (sami centar i u blizini velikog gradskog parkinga), apartman je tik do noćnog kluba i kafića, pa je buka neizbježna. Doduše, domaćin i na to misli pa Vam ostavi čepiće za uši :)
• Ann (10/5): Perfect location for a perfect stay - The room was on the ground floor right in the old town. The most excellent restaurants within 50m. Room was nice and new with kitchen facilities. Owner more than helpful and sent exact photos and check in details to make our arrival painless.Although there was a restaurant right across the alley, once you closed the shutters and window there was no sound. The sea organ is a close 400-500m and the sea about 100m. We will definitely stay there again. Zadar was the cheapest of all the places we visited.

• Jordy (10/5): Vernieuwd verblijf midden in de oude binnenstad - Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die erg snel antwoordt op al mijn berichten. Apartement is volledig gerenoveerd en heeft veel nieuwste technische snufjes en Xiaomi producten. Bed ligt aangenaam, het is schoon en ligging is in het midden van de oude binnenstad. Zeker aan te bevelen! Ik kom zeker terug.

• Dominika (10/5): 10/10 - Super apartament, dodatkowo jest on w świetnej lokalizacji. Wszędzie było z niego blisko. Do dyspozycji gości w apartamencie jest niewielka kuchnia, szafa, TV. Zauważyłam, że łazienka jest krótko po remoncie (wygląda ekstra). Bardzo czysto. Kontakt z właścicielem, bez zarzutu. Polecam :)

• Rebeca (9/5): Para repetir y volver a Zadar! - La habitación es súper moderna y en pleno centro de Zadar, ciudad por otra parte que fue todo un descubrimiento en nuestra ruta por Croacia. Súper recomendable!
• Ivana (10/5): - Bydleli jsme přímo ve starém městě Zadaru, což je kouzelné místo. Je ale dobré počítat s tím, že tu život nikdy úplně neutichne – kdo hledá naprostý klid, měl by se ubytovat mimo tuto lokalitu. Osobně jsme hluk nevnímali jako problém, i když jsme spali s otevřeným oknem. Pokud zavřete okenice a pustíte klimatizaci, neslyšíte vůbec nic. To je určitě bonus pro lidi s citlivým spaním. Josip také nechá na pobyt špunty do uší. Apartmán je nový, čistý, útulný a dobře vybavený. Kuchyň má vše potřebné, pokud si chcete sami vařit – od pánvičky a hrnce, přes cedník až po salátovou misku a rychlovarnou konvici. Sprchový kout je menší, ale plně dostačující. Točité schodiště může být trochu nepohodlné, ale protože jsme v apartmánu trávili v podstatě jen večery a noci, nijak nám to nevadilo. Velmi oceňujeme, že nám Josip umožnil dřívější check-in už kolem 12h. Poloha je perfektní – vše je blízko, Zadar je nádherný a atmosféra starého města jedinečná. Z výletů doporučujeme plavbu kolem ostrovů Kornati, západ slunce z lodi, vodopády Krka a Plitvická jezera. Celkově jsme byli moc spokojeni a určitě se sem rádi vrátíme. Doporučujeme.

Air conditioning , refrigerator, etc Thank you for the stay! If you have large luggage or have any knee problems or are older person, I would not recommend the 1 or 2 floor because the stairs are so narrow. And the shower was small so any bigger individual could be uncomfortable.

The location is excellent — right in the city center, only a 20-minute drive from the airport, and just a short walk to the bus station, which made everything very convenient for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with AC. For the price, it’s really good value and perfect if you’re spending a few nights in this beautiful city. Just a note, the apartment is on the first floor and there’s no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage might be a bit challenging, but otherwise everything was great.

Josip was really helpful and communicative in booking in. We met him at the end of the stay and he gave us the history of the house and lots of information on the history of Zadar like WW2. He directed us to the nearby (round the corner!) luggage storage place. Good food options nearby. Thanks so much, Josip! I’ll be back. I think if you were older you might find the spiral staircase a challenge. But my friend who’d recently injured her ankle just took it slowly and managed fine. This is the character of older houses and it’s authentic. There’s a room on the ground floor in this lovely building.

Freshly renovated Normal kitchen Cleanliness Wardrobe The biggest minus is the high humidity in the room, and it is impossible to sleep with the window open because of the loud noise. The windows overlook a narrow street with a fish fast food restaurant, which is always full and very loud. No dryer for towels and swimsuits. I had to dry my swimsuit in the window on a hanger. No microwave. The shower tray in the bathroom is very small, all the water is on the floor, the curtain is terrible, water drips off it all the time. No place to put cosmetics, put a cosmetic bag. Synthetic bed linen, which they saved a lot on. The staircase to the 2nd floor is spiral, the neighbors are very audible.

The apartment was in a great lotion for exploring the old town; shops, restaurants, and attractions are all within a short walk. The upstairs guests started talking and moving very early in the morning, you could hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, even their breathing and their steps! Even with earplugs it was impossible to sleep. Also, the room (we were in the basement) was super humid and it wasn’t even that warm. I felt sticky whenever I entered the room and even the bed sheets felt wet

The apartment is a little bit below the street level and it was not so easy to let fresh air come in while there are a lot of people on the street. • Mariaandonova29 (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, close to all major attractions and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful, communication was easy and quick. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is a little bit noisy at night but for us that was not a big problem. The bathroom is small and it's pretty difficult to use it comfortably.

Definetly we'll return. - Stepping outside the apartment directly into the narrow streets of the old town, yet inside, the apartment is quiet and perfect for rest. We love the thick stone walls, the ceiling wooden beams, and the interior design of this apartment. It takes about 30 seconds to get to the promenade where you can swim. It is also next to an excellent vegan restaurant called The Botanist. The host is excellent. He helped us with everything we asked. Very friendly and helpful. We will come back to his apartment for sure. Highly recommended.
