• Iris (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! **** - Komplett, bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet mit grandioser Aussicht. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tiefgarage kostenlos. Kleiner Supermarkt und MC Donalds im Gebäude. Fahrt mit Uber in die Altstadt ca 4€, ein Auto ist nicht zwingend notwendig, wenn man in Split bleiben möchte. Das einzige was wir wirklich vermisst haben, war ein scharfes Messer. Ein Brot- und/oder Tomatenmesser wäre schön gewesen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau!!

• Volodymyr (10/5): Viel Luft - Split + diese Ferienwohnung = pure Erholung und das Gefühl eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Besonderer Dank an Luka. Ich hatte mehrere Wünsche — und alle wurden berücksichtigt. So etwas erwartet man vielleicht in einem Hotel, aber nicht in einer Ferienwohnung. Strand 17 Minuten bergab Gehen. Mit Über zurück 4,0 Euro Fahrkosten.
• András (10/5): Csodás kilátással - Horvátország természeti kincseit érkeztünk felfedezni, és a kiváló elhelyezkedése miatt választottuk ezt a szállást, mely maradéktalanul eleget tett elvárásainknak. A nappali és az erkély megfelelően nagyméretű, kényelmesen elfértünk, az egész lakásban tisztaság uralkodik, a konyha felszerelt. Szuper szállás, a szállasadó rugalmas, kedves, közvetlen. Minden szuper, nem tapasztaltam negatívumot.

Our host Luka was the most amazing host we have ever had! He gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and surrounding islands! Everywhere we went was amazing thanks to Luka! He was very responsive and assisted us with everything! We loved Split!

• Tamara (10/5): Divan apartman - Sve mi se svidjelo!Apartman je divno uređen,ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak.Kreveti su jako udobni,ima sve potrebne aparate,sve je čisto i lijepo. U zgradi ima trgovina i lanac brze prehrane,autobusna stanica je odmah ispred. Ima i parkirno mjesto u garaži. Domaćin je bio od velike pomoći. Svi smo uživali. .

• Imelda (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The apartment is very nice and comfy. With a balcony with views too. And there’s also secure parking. The host met us to show us around. It’s a bit of a hike to leave and get into the apartment building on foot. There is a washing machine but no detergent provided.
• sommer (10/5): No hesitation, would recommend - brilliant place to stay! - Super comfortable, amazing views and brilliant location. It had everything we needed and more. The supermarket and macdonalds downstairs are great. The beach is not far to walk and is very clean. Ubers to and from the property into Split and surrounding area are really reasonable and ready available. There’s also a bus stop directly outside if you prefer. The host Luka was friendly, easy and quick to contact and was able to accommodate our earlier arrival and check in without any extra fee. I would 100% recommend staying here. I would also recommend venturing to Klis fortress, Krka national park and Trogir while you’re here!

Апартаменти мають все необхідне, виконані в чудовому ремонті та підтримуються в бездоганній чистоті. Дуже сподабалась велика тераса з видом на море. Особлива подяка Лука за те, що нас зустрів, надав корисні поради та дозволив заселитися трохи раніше запланованого часу. Безумовно рекомендую! Єдиний недолік полягає в тому, що було б добре мати швидший інтернет, оскільки існуючий є занадто повільним.
• Kristjan_anderson (10/5): A comfortable and clean stay in a great location with everything we needed - The place was spacious, cozy, and clean – exactly like in the pictures. The view was great and the terrace was large, although a bit windy at times. The apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was friendly and helpful. The location was actually very good – if you prefer to stay away from the busy city center, this was a perfect balance. The distance to the center was close enough to go back and forth several times a day. With the Bolt app, a ride to the center cost between €2.90 and €4.50. There were three of us, and bus tickets would have cost €6 one way for all of us, so Bolt was a better option. There’s a nice beach nearby – still under construction, but it looks like it will have all the necessary facilities in the future. There’s also a shop just downstairs where you can get most of the basics like food and essentials. However, the prices were a bit high and the selection limited, so if possible, I’d recommend checking out other stores nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Split and loved the accommodation. If we return someday, we would definitely consider staying in the same place again. The price was very reasonable, and the value for money was excellent. One small suggestion – and this is not a complaint, just a friendly recommendation – it might be nice to provide some basic shampoo and shower gel for guests to use if they wish. We left ours at home, assuming they would be available in a place of this high standard. Luckily, we were able to buy them from the store downstairs, but adding them could make the stay even more comfortable.

• Laus (10/5): Spacious with lovely terrace and view - Lovely view, the terrace is amazing, there is always a space in shade. Spacious and well equipped. Host was very responsive and helpfull. Private parking in a garage is very convenient in Split, the shop is right under and open till midnight. You need a key card for an elevator, so if you order take out, you have to go down to the building entrance to take it. I would maybe recommend some fan in the bedroom because it gets hot during the night, but that’s maybe just me 😂

• Lakrits (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Heavenly Holiday Home in July 2023. The place was very clean and spacious as advertised. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower, washer/dryer... And of course the absolutely stunning view from the penthouse balcony and lots of space to have breakfast at sunrise and dinner at sunset. Our host, Luka, was very nice and attentive to details. There was an issue with the shower drain. We notified our host and he fixed it in a matter of 15 minutes. We also accidentally locked our keys inside the apartment , and Luka had that fixed as well in a very short period of time. We had an amazing experience in Croatia. Food, people, summer vibe, everything was great! Will definitely recommend to others

• Minna (9/5): Superb - The host Luka was friendly and cerviceable. The apartment was clean and there was all the comfort of home. Big, nice balcony, great view. The market were we bought fresh bread and McDonald´s were we get coffee in the morning located in the same building. We like to spent time in the old city in our visit. It was too long walk to us there and back. Fortunately busstop was near and connections good.
