• Timea (8/5): - The apartment was pretty and clean. Kitchen mostly dotted with everything you’ll need. Beautiful bedrooms and plenty of space for everything.
• Silvia Ioana (7/5): - A very good location, near every place we had to go to because it was a business trip. The staff was very responsive to all of our messages. It could have been cleaner.
• Viktor (10/5): - Host was great at communicating and providing any info we needed. There is a fully functional kitchen and beds are comfy. Property is very spacious and the value for money is amazing. It was easy to find a parking space nearby and there was also public transport near the property. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and Bucharest old town is pretty close.

• Iulia Gabriela BUTU (10/5): Vizită București - Locația central, foarte aproape de Catedrala Nationala, de Palatul Parlamentului(Casa poporului),..etc! Nu am nici o observatie de facut!
• Tanaskovic (10/5): Odličan apartman! - Odlična lokacija, parking uvek dostupan ispred zgrade, odlican pogled sa terase! Sve sto je potrebno se nalazi u blizini (prodavnice, autobuska stanica, trzni centri na par minuta...) Udobnost kreveta za spavanje, dva odvojena toaleta, sve pohvale. Sto se tice opremljenosti apartmana apsolutno sve poseduje (peglu, fen, dasku za peglanje, masinu, frizider, zamrzivac, sve super) Namestaj u dnevnoj sobi je bio polomljen, jedna stolica i ugaona garnitura ali nije toliko smetalo.

• Martina (10/5): Una bellissima vacanza, da ripetere :) - dall'esterno sembrava una casa semplice, ma entrando nell'appartamento io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dalla grandezza dell'appartamento, dalla pulizia e dal comfort. Il salotto è molto grande con un divano comodissimo, è super accogliente e perfetto per rilassarsi la sera. C'è anche una cucina, due bagni e due camere da letto. Non mi aspetto una tale pulizia e soprattutto l'host era sempre pronto a rispondere in tempo reale alle nostre perplessità. Una bellissima vacanza!! Quando torneremo a Bucarest torneremo qui sicuramente :) Tutto top, forse il palazzo non è modernissimo, ma non è importante! Il centro di bucarest non è raggiungibile a piedi, però i taxi costano davvero pochissimo, quindi è comodo lo stesso!

• Ionel Popa (1/5): Groaza! - A fost groaznic ca la ora 23 noaptea sa constati ca nu ai unde sa te cazezi fiind insotit de o persoana in carucior cu rotile, desi in prezentare se precizeaza la ,,Accesibilitate persoane cu dizabilitati" ca fiind lift. Nu se poate urca nici macar pana la lift! Intrarea este murdara. Este un apartament situat intr-un bloc cu 12 etaje, murdar atat la intrare cat si pe scara blocului!

• Stuart (7/5): A reasonable base from which to view the city’s attractions but needs maintenance and attention to detail - Positives : very comfortable bed. Huge space. Ample crockery and cutlery and in a great location. Handy to supermarket and good walking distance from some of the city’s main attractions. Air con services only the lounge rather than the entire apartment and doesn’t cool the bedrooms kitchen, necessitating the outside windows being left open. The can then become very noisy given the major traffic lights junction immediately below the apartment. Fans needed in the bedrooms. Power sockets falling out of the wall are a major safety hazard. Musty smell throughout Lever broken in the shower gel container No toilet paper - 24 hrs to resolve No hot water … 24 hours to resolve Broken dining room chair and lounge couch need replacement No towels for drying dishes All of this is a pity it could be a lovely apartment BUT it badly needs maintenance and a really good deep clean.

• Nancy (10/5): Wonderful apt in Bucharest, Romania - Wow liked everything! The apartment is large with two bedrooms a bathroom and an extra wc. The manager was extremely easy to contact and worked out all our questions. The location is great. It was super place for our 4 days in Bucharest!! The AC is a bit weak for the whole apt. Back bedroom could use a fan as it became too warm at night.

• Zuzana (8/5): Byli jsme spokojeni, vybrali bychom si ubytování znovu. - Dobrý výchozí bod. Do starého města cca 30 minut, nebo se dá sjet všude po okolí Boltem za pár korun. Byt je velký, prostorný, velké plus je pračka a sušák na prádlo na velkém balkoně. Prostorná lednice.

• Nadejda (5/5): Overall, we had a bad experience in this property. - The location is pretty decent. Parking spots are available nearby, and it’s easy to find. We had several issues with the property. First of all, there was no heating during the first night of our stay, which was not the fault of owner. However, we were promised a compensation for that night which never happened. We resided in the living room (the only one with AC), and found a pile of filth under the couch. Both bathrooms weren’t very clean, one had a broken toilet cover and the other had a leaking sink. During the second night of our stay the gas in the stove suddenly went out, so we couldn’t finish cooking our dinner. The host was unreachable so the problem wasn’t solved.

The kitchen is equipped but there are no elementary things as paper, napkins, dishwasher detergent. For the first time for three people we found 1 coffee capsule. Guests must bring oil, vinegar, salt and the like. The small details that make the stay excellent are missing.

• Helen (7/5): Accommodation was clean, warm and easy to find - The hot water wasn't working on arrival which was an area issue not the fault of the owner and we were offered the option to cancel but we had already arrived in bucharest and it was late. It took another day and a half for the hot water to work. Thankfully we were booked to visit the spa so were able to shower there.

• Ionela (8/5): Satisfied, we will come back in cooler weather - We liked everything, the location it's good, the apartment it was very clean, beds confortable, bathroom very modern and clean, everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook something. It was warm in the bedrooms, only one A/C in the lounge, and they forgot to leave a extra bed sheets for the sofa bed even if I requested, but the host apologise and he would have bring one the next day.

• Dragos (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment situated opposite to the Marriott Hotel, it has all the amenities you need for a city break, good communication with the owner. During hot summer days the ac situated in the living room cannot cool efficiently the entire apartment.
• Zeljko (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, spacious and clean appartement with perfect beds and pillows, very close to the old town very easily reachable by the bus. Bus stop is across the street. It was possible to check in earlier, for that I would like to say "thank you" to the host. To make the appartement more comfortable in summer time at high temperatures it would be nice the bedrooms to be equipped with airconditioning. Airconditioning is in place in the living room.

I won't come back - The location where the apartment is located Since I arrived, I had the surprise that the key on the door of the building did not work, I waited with my luggage in front of the building until a neighbor arrived with whom I spoke to let us enter the building because the key did not work (the owner's answer was that former tenants lost the key and the new key doesn't work ok). If you stay at this apartment, you will learn to open safes or break banks until you open the entrance door to the block .The furniture is dirty and smells of cigarette smoke, no matter how much I kept the window open, the smell did not leave the apartment
