• Nadiia (8/5): - Тихий спальный район, рядом есть супермаркеты, разные магазины, кафе, булочные, метро. Квартира на первом этаже. Балкон шаговый, тоесть по факту его нет. Сама квартира чистая, современная и уютная. Есть всё необходимое для кухни и уборки. Также есть разные типы розеток для всех стран. Хозяин Эдуардо очень добр и вежлив, к нему можно обратиться за помощью. Завтрак включен - имеется ввиду в соседнем кафе дают кофе и круассан (или булочка). В целом всё хорошо, но есть небольшие ньюансы, на которые нужно обратить внимание, расписаны ниже. Замок в квартиру открывается через ссылку в телефоне, лучше сразу спросить код и вводить вручную. Ссылка не всегда работает, особенно если нет интернета. Пароль от wifi надо было искать (оказалось написан на роутере) - уточните заранее. В ванной комнате протекает бойлер - вода стекает вниз на пол. Также немного протекает раковина, не хватает крючков в ванной чтобы повесить вещи. Постельное белье в застиранном состоянии, пододеяльников вообще нет!

• Sandra (8/5): Great spacious apartment near Roma central, very clean and easy to find, I recommend it highly! - Beautiful apartment, the sofa, the bed and the sofa bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment is furnished to a high standard, very spacious all round and the shower was easy to use and instant hot water, love the electric blinds in every room, it is easy to find from the Metro and very close to the Aquaduct park which I love, plenty of supermarkets nearby and the neighbourhood is lovely, I do feel like the photos don’t do the apartment justice as it is absolutely lovely! The owner was very helpful and particularly when I could not get into the apartment using my phone so I messaged and was given instructions on how to enter, was quick to reply to any messages which was brilliant as I had my granddaughter who is 3 and didn’t want to be stuck getting back in! So a huge thank you on excellent communication! I can’t say I didn’t like the property and my following comments are in no way meant as a negative but it could do with some additions such as a toaster, teaspoons, tea towels for drying the plates etc, also small plates, and some smaller cereal bowls, I couldn’t find a plug for the kitchen sink to wash the dishes and no sink bowl so I had to use the salad bowl to get washing up done, also no food waste bin. No towel hooks in the bathroom so towels didn’t get dry and had to be draped everywhere which isn’t a problem for only one person staying but we had 3 adults and a small child, the shower floor is very slippery, so a non slip mat would be a great addition plus a mat to step onto getting out of the shower, I know it’s stretching it a bit but an extra armchair in the living room would be great especially if there is a family of 3/4 staying, my daughter had to sit on the floor in the evening or bring a hard fold out chair from the kitchen! Not great when you want to be comfy chilling out after a long day sightseeing! I often come to Rome for a couple of weeks at a time so If I was staying longer here, a washing machine is a must unless there is a ‘launderette’ close by? But I would fully recommend this apartment for a stay near Rome, absolutely 👍 and I hope to return here in the future.
• Anna (9/5): dobra lokalizacja i przestronny apartament- jak będziemy w Rzymie to na pewno wrócimy :) - dobra lokalizacja- blisko metro, czysty i zadbany apartament, dużo miejsca :) brak jasnej instrukcji wejścia do budynku i apartamentu- w innych miejscach są zdjęcia lub filmiki jak to wygląda- pomimo tego znaleźliśmy w miarę szybko miejsce
• Prestes (6/5): - A localização é boa Viajei com uma amiga... Fechamos uma hospedagem com café da manhã e nao tivemos nada e nem resposta sobre ele. Foram deixados 4 yogurtes na geladeira, mas apenas uma de nós tomamos derivado de leite. Escolhemos a hospedagem com café incluso e pagamos por ele e nenhuma referência, mesmo após eu reclamar.

• Oscar (1/5): Jamás reservaríamos aquí otra vez - Lo mejor de la estancia fue la atención recibida por lo vecinos especialmente por el vecino del segundo que nos ayudó con tantos problemas que tuvimos. Exceptuando que el apartamento está muy bien, todo lo demás ha sido un desastre. El propietario nos abrió la puerta de la casa a las 2:20 am para dejarnos el papel del WC, estando nosotros durmiendo. La cama está frente a la puerta y cuando oí ruido y vi entrar a una persona casi me da un infarto. Le avisamos que llegaríamos sobre las 00:00 y como era tarde nos mandó las instrucciones de acceso con el móvil. Tras este incidente hubo una tormenta que dejó sin luz al edificio y empezó a sonar mucho ruido en la pila de la cocina saliendo agua por el fregadero. Le avisamos y dijo que sería por la tormenta. Por la mañana estábamos sin luz y sin agua y nos sonó un aviso de que nuestro coche había sido abierto. Nos rompieron cristal para robar. Notificamos al dueño que seguíamos sin luz y ahora sin agua y le hicimos el comentario del coche y aunque no fuera su culpa ni si quiera nos ofreció su ayuda y fue un VECINO el que nos ha ayudado en todo ya que no hablamos italiano. El vecinl nos llevó a un garage para dejar el coche, llamó a Carglass etc. Después de llegar de todo un día fuera, seguíamos sin agua y los vecinos sí tenían. Avisamos al dueño de nuevo y como tardaba en contestar tuvimos que llamar por teléfono. Decía que el problema era del edificio e insistimos que todo el mundo tenía agua. Le insistí que por favor necesitábamos una solución. No podíamos usar el WC, ni beber agua, ni ducharnos... Llamó al portero, vino no muy contento diciendo que él no era fontanero. No pudo hacer nada. Como el dueño no contactaba de nuevo con nosotros para ver si se había solucionado, llamamos de nuevo y él dijo que no sabía qué podía hacer por nosotros a lo que le dijimos que nosotros sí sabíamos qué podía hacer: llamar a un fontanero de urgencia. Tras haber insistido vino el fontanero y lo solucionó. En un mensaje ya le avisamos que no tenía a penas cubiertos.

• Najib (10/5): Perfect !! - Everything was perfect. The apartment is amazing, spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. The host was so friendly and helpful that we almost fell in love with him! We had a fantastic 8-day stay, thanks to his kindness and warm personality. I highly recommend this place and want to send a big thank you for his availability and exceptional friendliness. The only small thing to note is the lack of a washing machine, which can matter for longer stays like ours, but the host kindly offered to do our laundry, which was incredibly generous!

• Tomas (5/5): Disappointed - The host Edoardo was friendly. The apartment was new, pretty spacious and comfortable. Located at the first floor which was fine - no stairs or elevator need to be used. The breakfast in the nearby cafeteria Dolce Vita was fine. You can choose one hot beverage and one piece of pastry. We had to wait almost 50minutes for the keys although we announced our arrival in advance of few hours. The apartment was not very cleaned before. In the shower there was still hair. The toilet brush cleaner was broken so not very hygienic. The coffees maker was full of used capsules and old dirty water. Next morning we were almost kicked out by a cleaning woman at 9:30 although check-out was at 11am. So we left earlier. This never happened us before. The cleaning woman was quite unfriendly.

We had breakfast in nearby cafe, you can order one meal and one drink like a pastry and coffee, that was great. Apartment wasn’t clean enough.Sofa in living room is uncomfortable and very noisy..
• Grzegorz (10/5): High recommended - Lovely apartment, in a very good location; 5 min. to Red line metro, a lot of restaurants nearby, lovely bakery and coffee shop on the other side of the road. Apartment fully equipped, very clean and high standard. Very nice owner. Parking space was always available on the street.

• Mr_aliyev (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very conveniently located. A few minutes to the metro. And by metro in 15 minutes you can get to the center. The apartment has 3 air conditioners - even in the kitchen. There is everything for cooking. There is a grocery store nearby and a market with fresh fruits, cheeses and meat is also a 15-minute walk away. The owner allowed us to enter the apartment earlier at 10:00, although the official check-in was at 14:00. We lived in 4, two children 7 and 10 years old and two adults, it was convenient. The only thing this apartment lacks is a washing machine, but the owner promised to put one. )) so 10/10.
• Saqib (5/5): Hard Facts that need attention - The apartment was modern and well decorated and near local shops and Metro station but lacked owners customer service skills which is key to successful business. First of all the owner arrived half an hour late and we had to wait outside the gated accommodation sweating in one of the warmest days of August despite informing in advance about the delayed flight. Secondly there were no toiletries like soap, hand wash, shower gel or shampoo as offered in the description so please make sure you take your own just in case or ask the owner before you travel. No big bath towels so we had to use small hand towels during our stay for five nights and no one came to replace or provide the big towels. The shower drain needs cleaning as water stands when taking the shower and you have to wait for it to drain before cleaning your feet again to step out of the shower. There was no Iron so we had to wear wrinkled clothes throughout our stay as there was no laundry nearby and it was expensive outside. The owner said it was broken by the previous tenant and no replacement was provided. The electric meter tripped three times leaving kids in the dark and screaming. The owner said just don't use too many appliances which wasn't a good answer as we were not using anything extra but what was already provided in the apartment. These main switch trips when there is a short circuit and that is a fire hazard which I think the owner doesn't understand due to lack of experience. The house was kind of infested with some bugs or mosquitoes so after a long day out the sleep was not enough due to keep scratching arms and legs due to itchiness from bites and air-conditioning wasn't doing enough cooling either. No receipt of paid €120 city tax as I was asked to leave cash on table before leaving the apartment. Therefore unsure if this is paid by the owner or extra income under the name of city tax. There were used toiletries, empty containers, toothpaste tubes from previous tenants, and left over fridge items which should have been removed due to hygiene reasons.
• Varduhi (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect: 4 minutes walk to the metro station, grocery and bakery near the house. Cafeteria is across the street, which has different menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment owner is very friendly guy.

Supermarkets restaurants , fruit shop in walking distance ,Very good service , helpful and approachable staff. Very safe apartment with alarm .Will come back again . Highly recommended . Nothing
