• Danny (2/5): - Avoid This Accommodation and Be Wary of Expedia We had a terrible experience with this accommodation. Fourteen hours before our arrival, we received an email requesting our details and a security deposit. We complied and confirmed this via the Expedia website. After a 14-hour flight, we were shocked to find out—through Expedia’s website—that our reservation had been canceled due to overbooking, allegedly because we had not responded. When I pointed out the message I had sent via Expedia, there was complete silence from the accommodation. To make matters worse, our deposit was not refunded promptly. After contacting Expedia, they shockingly informed us that, according to their records, we had actually stayed at the accommodation—which was completely untrue. If you’re looking for a hassle-free vacation, do not book this accommodation. Also, consider whether you want to trust Expedia with your bookings.

• Shreeyut (4/5): - The property was nice with a clean pool, but very poor customer service. We were greeted with hostility upon arriving at the accommodation, taking over 30 mins to retrieve our booking details. Moreover, receptionist barely understood any English and there were charges for basic amenities and services such as towels and bed sheets. Great view and pool, but wouldn't recommend if looking for an all inclusive accomodation.

None of the staff could speak English so it was difficult to understand. We booked 2 nights here. On the afternoon of the first night they came and told us we would have to switch rooms tomorrow to have the smoke alarm checked. The next day came they told us to come back around 2 to switch our rooms. After waiting around they finally told us they didn’t have a room available that we would have to move to another hotel in town. Which we declined, because it was too far away and we didn’t want to be in town. Then they told us we would have to contact Expedia ourselves to get a refund, which we finally did receive. But super frustrating and inconvenient when you’re on vacation and have to figure out where to stay when we had a room already booked.
• Jeffrey (2/5): Would not recommend - Booked several rooms for a large group. Rooms are not at all as advertised - some turned out ok, others not so much. Me and my girlfriend had the worst luck as the room we booked was no longer available, so they moved us to sister hotel a few blocks away. When we checked in we were told that we'd have to move to another room the next night, which wasn't ideal but we were willing to go with it. While we were getting settled we noticed quite a bit of mold in the bathroom so asked for another room. They said there were not alternatives. We asked for a refund unless we could get a room in the original hotel we booked and they refused; so we ended up leaving and checking into another hotel. Definitely would not recommend.

• Sonny Thomas Chin-Yip (10/5): - We stayed at unit 14.05. The apartment was spacious and modern. It had good air conditioning which is important. The beds were very comfy. The location was handy and close to everything. The pool and gym were good, although some machines didn't work. The security guard in the lobby was friendly and helpful. He opened the door for us and regularly smiled making us feel welcome. The owner also has good communication throughout via WhatsApp and arranged transfers for us to and from the airport when requested.
• Alla & Alexander (2/5): - **Hotel Review** We recently stayed at this hotel with two families (four adults and four kids) and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Before our arrival, we confirmed our reservation via WhatsApp and even followed up the day before. However, when we arrived around 10 PM, there was no one there to greet us. The staff informed us that no rooms were available due to leaks on the top level. We were left waiting for 2-3 hours while they attempted to contact a manager. Additionally, the communication was challenging as the staff did not speak English well, making the situation even more frustrating. Eventually, we were moved to another hotel, but the hassle and delay put a damper on our trip. While the location may be appealing, the lack of organization and poor communication made this a stressful experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

• Rhonda (4/5): - It was a terrible experience. When we arrived at property we were told our room was no longer available. We were with family and told we could all share one apartment. That was not our intention as we had booked two different apartments. Duke the guy who met us was trying so hard to be helpful but whoever his boss was was being very difficult. We ended up all of us in a 3 bedroom apartment with no mention of refunding our money on the apartment they no longer had for us. We had to tell them we wanted a refund on the room we had booked for us and after a lot of negotiations his boss would only refund $250.00 of what we had paid. Mind you we paid in AUD when making booking got refunded in dong. They also wanted to seperate family by putting us in different places. We had researched Madison and decided it was best for us only to be told we can put you somewhere else. It was not a good experience and I certainly wouldn't be booking there again. Senior management has a lot to be desired the whole situation was handled very badly. Also we had trouble with the hot water service but fortunately they corrected that after two call outs as we had no hot water at all. Over all it was a terrible experience and not something we'd expect when booking through Expedia
• Jennifer (6/5): Disorganized and need maintenance - Check in time was 3pm, arrived after 5pm. At check in, no one knew which apartment/condo we were assigned to. After 20 mins, we got in contact with the owners, we were told the room wasn’t ready for another hour. At check in we were given a key card, then left to grab dinner. Once we arrived back, we couldn’t open the door with the key card. The issue was the door was a digital code and the key card was only for the elevator. No one gave us the door code. It took us about 20 minutes to obtain the passcode for the door. We figured it was probably a minor oversight because they were rushing to quickly clean up and turn over the room to us. Once we settled in, my son placed his phone on the night stand and the stand collapsed. I went to see what happened and realized the leg was missing a screw and was unstable. When the stand fell, the lamp sitting on the stand also fell unscrewing the top shade part. I placed the lamp on the top shelf and set the nightstand aside. Upon check out, I messaged the owner and expressed 3 concerns. 1. Nightstand, 2. Small roaches (I saw on last night), 3. Shower door hinges was broken. The owner thanked me then messaged me 20 mins later accusing us of breaking the lamp and 2 nightstands. The 2 pictures of the 2 broken nightstands was the same nightstand staged in 2 different areas. I hate giving negative feedback but felt it was necessary to give one this time.
