• Marvin (10/5): Rundum prima, erholsam - Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guten Betten. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Hervorragende Lage, sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig genug nachts zum Schlafen (modernes Gebäude). Parkplatz direkt im Gebäude war hervorragend für den Skiurlaub. Die reibungslose, kurzfristig mögliche Buchung hat mich sehr gefreut. Lediglich, dass es nur einen (dafür aber grossen) Kleiderschrank im Flur gibt (und nicht in den beiden Zimmern) fand ich etwas unpraktisch, wenn man zu zweit ist.
• Gian (8/5): - Its cozy, spacious and very convinient to stay, its close to every shops, restaurant and train stations the only thing that i think would be better for improve is the collection of the key, its a bit far from the actual location of the apartment and the instruction is a a bit confusing, and the host will not be available to answer the call because its a self check in snd check out otherwise its a very perfect location and good place to stay.
• Maricle (9/5): - Great location! The facility was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The key box was difficult to find. There were no labels on the three key boxes. The boxes not being closer to the property was very inconvenient. But parking at the facility was a huge plus!!! Our coffee pot did not work. That was very disappointing. Questions were either not addressed or were addressed untimely. No laundry facilities were found, and that was a listed amenity.

• Edward (9/5): Great location and clean, nice apartment. - Very quiet and clean. The parking space was a definite plus. Can walk to nice restaurants nearby. The shower was nice. The kitchen is tiny yet functional if not cooking a large meal. The black out blinds were great on all windows and the balcony door. I had asked a question twice before checking out yet never received a response.

• Mydalya (10/5): Great Central Location. - Great location close to the heart of the city. Easy walking distance to the train station and the Marien Platz. Very clean apt with ample sleeping space. Everything was great. Especially for a last-minute booking. I have no complaints.

• André (6/5): - Die Unterkunft war sauber, funktional eingerichtet und auch das Checkin/Checkout hat wunderbar funktioniert. Trotz insgesamt funktionaler Ausstattung hatte - abweichend von den Fotos - keines der Betten eine Nachttischlampe. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung etwas lieblos eingerichtet und lädt, auch wegen der sehr ungemütlichen Beleuchtung, nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die in der Anzeige angegebene Waschmaschine war nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht auffindbar und konnte entsprechend von uns nicht genutzt werden. Auf mehrere Anfragen über die booking.com Nachrichtenfunktion wurde nach dem Check-in bis zu unserer Abreise gar nicht (!) mehr reagiert, auch nicht zum Standort der angeblichen Waschmaschine. Dies ist, vor allem angesichts des recht hohen Preises, nicht akzeptabel.

• Miriam (7/5): - Good location. Comfortable spacious apartment. There is no contact with staff other than via booking. We got plenty of instructions on how to separate the garbage but when we requested the tourist card ( we were there three nights) , nothing came and we never received it.

• Liliya (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable apartment, with central location - close to the train station and between Ludwigstrasse and the pedestrian street of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Spacious and equipped with everything essential for a family stay. I would definitely recommend it.
