janise (6/5): Regular - A Sra Maria Helena nos recebeu muito bem de maneira atenciosa ajudando com o que precisávamos, ar condicionado e ventilador funcionando perfeitamente. Comércio perto da hospedagem muito bom. As instalações do quarto são precárias, o chuveiro tinha um vazamento e tivemos que tomar banho gelado por medo de levar os choque, o banheiro tem pouca ventilação o que deixa o quarto com cheiro ruim. O quarto com beliche é extremamente pequeno e quente pela pouca ventilação, e as roupas de cama e travesseiros ruim. A rua em que ele fica é de terra, não possui garagem. Mobilia da cozinha precisa de reparos.

Quarto estava limpo Tem frigobar no quarto e tv Pode entrar e sair a hora que quiser Cama muito ruim, dura e barulhenta. Acho que de vez em quando o dono ou dona tinha que ficar algumas horas nos quartos para avaliar o que precisa ser melhorado. Pq é aquilo né, quem não usa não liga de arrumar. Cheiro de esgoto no quarto após dar descarga ou ligar o chuveiro O cheiro é muito forte e fica no quarto todo por muito tempo. Isso tem que melhorar. Li muitos comentários dizendo sobre isso, e mesmo assim confirmei... mas não imaginei ser um cheiro tão ruim, sério!! Não sei se é a rede de esgoto do bairro, mas isso dá pra melhorar pelo valor que paga pra ficar... E também na descrição está que tem ar-condicionado e não tem!! Tem apenas um ventilador de teto. Fiquei decepcionada com isso.
