• Yuliia Kotsarenko (10/5): - The location of the apartment is very convenient — only 150 meters from the city center and about the same distance from the public beach. At the beach, you can rent bicycles and scooters and ride along the coastline to discover beautiful wild beaches. The scenery there is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water of an incredible turquoise color. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The beds are excellent, the bathroom is modern and clean, and there is a washing machine, which is especially important if you are traveling with children. Everything you may need during your stay is provided. The hosts were wonderful. They welcomed us warmly, helped us find the apartment and get settled in comfortably. I would be happy to return here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The location, the apartment, the beautiful surroundings, and the hospitality of the hosts all exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, and I truly felt at home. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

• Adam (9/5): Great apartment near the beach - Great accommodation for a great price. The host was always helpful, caring and willing to help. Great location near the beach (about 6 minute walk) and with 3 shops and a bakery within a 3 minute walk. Great bathroom and 3 fully working ACs in 2 bedrooms and the living room. I would add more dishes to the kitchen, but if you clean regularly after yourself, there should be no problem
• Serhii (10/5): Залишились дуже гарні емоції від відпочинку. - ми приїхали трохи скоріше і апартаменти ще не були готові. щоб не губити час, ми пішли на пляж. прибирання закінчили скорше, ніж планувалось і власник нам зателефонував. Локація дуже гарна. Не перша лінія, де шумно, але до моря близенько. 5-7 хв пішки до пляжу. Власник дуже привітний, все пояснив, розказав. Апартаменти відповідали опису. Залишились дуже гарні емоції від відпочинку. Рекомендую. Все задовільнило

• Anne (8/5): Hyvä mieli Makarskasta ja asunnostamme! - Isännän kanssa helppo kommunikoida. Hän otti toiveemme huomioon ja huolehti viihtyvyydestä muutenkin, mm. Antamalla paikallisia vinkkejä. Jääkaapissa oli tervetulojuomat. Sijainti huippu, palvelut ja meri, sekä vanha kaupunki lähellä. Saavuimme bussilla linja-autoasemalle, josta n. 500 m asunnolle. Pyykkikone oli plussaa ja pyykit sai kuivatettua hyvin parvekkeella, joita oli kaksi. Roskien lajittelu oli huolehdittu, mutta ei bioroskien osalta. Astioista oli osa huonosti pestyjä.

The host was also very kind, always responding quickly and gladly to our questions and requests. Everything was great, I definitely recommend it ☺️
• Katharina (7/5): - Hello 🌞 We spent two nights there. The hosts were absolutely welcoming, and the location to the beach and promenade couldn't be better! We had the ground-floor apartment, which was fine for two nights. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio wasn't right for this apartment. My tip: perhaps install insect screens on the doors. I would book with you again, but in a different apartment. I wish you a good season, best regards, Katharina.

Ci hanno dato un appartamento a piano terra e questo non era specificato nell'annuncio. Arredamento vecchio (tranne gli infissi delle finestre). Cucina con scarsa dotazione (e non c'era una caffettiera) e un po' buia. Prezzo eccessivo in rapporto alla qualità del servizio.

• Cornel33 (10/5): Great apartment for families – excellent location in Makarska - Great apartment for families – excellent location in Makarska We had a very pleasant stay at City Center Apartments Kuzmanić as a family with two kids. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for a family vacation. - There is a small kitchenette which was very handy for preparing breakfast or light meals. -The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed suitable for children. - We especially enjoyed the two small balconies with a lovely view – a great spot for morning coffee. -Both rooms had air conditioning, which made a big difference during the hot summer days. A big plus is the **private parking space in the courtyard** – very convenient in busy Makarska. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the Makarska marina, beaches, and promenade. There's also a Tommy supermarket very close by, which was great for quick shopping. Overall, a great choice for families looking for a quiet, clean, and well-located apartment in Makarska. We would definitely come back!

• Tatjana (10/5): very good apartment - everything was good here. great location, beach and old town just in corner! bedroom separate from living room, living room with kitchen which have everything that you need. shower was clean and comfortable. they have private parking. very friendly host, highly recommend! nothing bad, but I can mention that some apartment is on 3 floor. so if you have kids it can be a little difficult, but for us it was ok, we like sport :)
• Anna (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, separate bedrooms. Kitchen with enough dining space for four people. All utilities in place. Very well contact with the owner. Great location 5 min walk from the beach, a shop nearby and town center. I'd recommend this place. Furniture is rather old-fashioned but in good condition. It took a bit of waiting for hot water in the shower. Electric stove was hard to figure out because there were no signs of power on it
