• Lucy (8/5): Short stay in London - Very close to shops and amenities. Nice spacious apartment. Everything clean and tidy.
• Reehan (7/5): Well located property with some modernisation required. - Location was great right off Brompton Road, 2 mins walk from Harrods and eateries. Nicely proportioned bedrooms one with en-suite. Large entrance area with a living room and joining kitchen and breakfast bar. Free internet too! We stayed in apt 4. The bathroom, shower, plumbing etc was a little disappointing. We had issues trying to set the temperature on the shower heads, control knobs were loose/damaged and there was zero ventilation/extraction in both bathrooms. This made them stifling ly uncomfortable particularly in the heatwave.

• Ike (8/5): - Location & comfortable During both days of our stay, there was no warm water in either bathroom. As a result, we had to take cold showers. We checked the water heater and confirmed that it was on, but there was still no hot water available.

• Francisco (8/5): - Location: it's very central and in a lovely road. It is a very cosy apartment with good areas. Some small details in the apartment should be fixed: the door of the room and of the living room. Some kitchen utensils for oven were not availlable and towels for feet in bathrom are needed.

• Christopher (4/5): Shabby, in need of professional renovation. - Location was ok. The building was reasonably charming. Heating worked well. Kitchen: lack of tea-towels, kitchen paper and other basics. Coffee machine provided but no pods etc. Bathroom: a hole in the window! So basically open to freezing winter air. Taps dripped continually. Shower was very mouldy, the tiles had been literally painted over. Sink unit falling to bits. Other bathroom was shabby and small but better than the main one. Lounge, TV was a mystery, no terrestrial channels, just streaming.

• Antoine (1/5): Appartement qui a l'air bien sur les photos, mais non entretenu et en mauvais état. - Bon emplacement - Draps sales, tachés. - Une des deux salles de bain était sale, cheveux dans la douche. Nous avons dû la nettoyer en arrivant. Pas de tapis de bain. La douche de l'autre salle de bain n'était pas en bon état en plus. - Le placard de la salle de bain dans la chambre a failli nous tomber dessus - Le dépôt de bagage absolument hors de prix. A ce tarif là, autant ne pas proposer la prestation

• Mohammed (10/5): *Fantastic Family Stay in Knightsbridge* - Our stay at this beautiful apartment in Knightsbridge was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Harrods, Hyde Park and plenty of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was spotless, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. It was spacious enough for the whole family to relax after a long day exploring London, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

• Martin (5/5): I was in charge and felt very disappointed/upset with no hot water or lift available. It was meant to be a relaxing - The location was very good We stayed there for 3 night 6 of us. Two of them were in there 80s unfortunately we cancelled a few things going out, the lift was not working only got told the day we arrived and the walk up the stairs was very difficult. Also there was no hot water throughout the flat. We all cleaned in cold water. Very disappointed ! Both bathrooms had wall strip lights that didn’t turn off no switch for them. We tried but no success. I was in charge and organised the trip which left me upset with no hot water and lift not working.

All necessary amenities were available and the apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of famous landmarks. Property manager was very helpful with our luggage storage before checkin time & answered all our questions. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend this apartment to other families looking for an incredible stay.

• Dawn (1/5): Never again !! - Nothing - absolutely awful ! Bedding disgusting - no bedding for bed sofas stained quilts smelly pillows ! Bathrooms old and need re doing . Pictures are fake. The bedroom does not look like that. Towels were the size of a hand towel and so old and used ! Absolutely awful. Everything the stairs the entry all of it was dreadful.

The apartment was even better than the photos—bright, airy, and very well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and all the little touches (like coffee and toiletries ) itfeel special. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made check-in a breeze. Truly excellent value for money. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting!

The neighborhood is quiet but close to shops and restaurants. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Easily one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had!

The late check in time and inability to arrive earlier without a fee. Didn’t like that the upper shower didn’t have a fixed shower head hook. Usually 1 laundry wash powder has been supplied in previous apartment stays.

• Darren (4/5): A great location, property was nice enough, but needs some TLC - Nicely positioned, really close to Harrods, felt really safe. No ironing board, very inconvenient as when I requested (just before bed as didn’t realise there wasn’t one in place) I was told to wait for 30 mins. The shower in the main bathroom was not useable. The temperature handle was broke and stuck on scalding water. I was lucky to only burn my feet.
• Anne (2/5): I was very glad to leave as I could not sleep well given the dirtiness of the place. - Location Apartment not well kept and dirty. Bedsheets smelled and bathrooms were damp and dirty. Kitchen not really usable due to lack of cups, glasses and plates. No sponge or dishtowels to do the dishes and glasses in cupboards were too dirty to drink from. We only found one very dirty sponge in the kitchen but did not dare to use it for the kitchen as it was next to bathroom cleaning supplies. Many closets have junk in them that is clearly trash. TV did not work - no channel reception. Main house door was broken and did not lock and apartment door can also not be properly locked.

The towels were not sufficient. We have to buy toilet paper and paper towel. Some bed sheets seems not clean.

• Ertem (4/5): Bad experience with poor stay. Lowered down London reputation. - Location I stayed at 3rd floor, there was no elevator, daddy had to lift up all the heavy luggages no any helper. The apartment is not well maintained, no any complimentary item like coffee or something, dirty and ripped linens, not enought number, pillows are hollow. The host is not responsive and not professional, although the location is good, neighborhood is too touristic which is not good for me because there is no peace of local people.

• Sophie (8/5): Lovely stay in a great location. - The apartment is in an excellent location with two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was a bonus. The communication was excellent before we visited and we were comfortable with hot showers and comfortable beds so perfect for a busy visit to the Capital. Harrods is a 5 minute walk and the Tube is only 6 minutes away (although Picadilly line at the moment is terrible). The Natural History Museum was only a 10 minutes away walk and Waitrose nearby was a bonus. It’s a little bit tired in the bathrooms and kitchen and the rugs are a trip hazard but that didn’t affect our comfort and we would definitely return.

• Caron (6/5): Apartment near Harrods, no parking as wrongly advertised, poor kitchen crockery - kitchen not clean. - Location was key here, apartment had bedding as advertised and mostly a decent level of cleanliness. Kitchen - poorly equipped in the way of crockery, cups n plates. No tea towels which i think reflected on the crockery n cups and glasses all needing to be cleaned prior to use. Little handle on toaster kept falling off. Curling entrance mat was a complete trip hazard, curtain in main bedroom was not clipped at the top so did not block out the light and did not provide privacy. The lift in the property was broken so was not ideal for my husband who has previously had major ankle surgery, together with then carrying suitcases. This was a known problem and was not advised to us prior to arriving. The very most annoying thing was the property was advertised as property with parking, one would assume that you can park a car there, and that is a major reason i chose the property overy many others. There is no parking, as all the bays are either allocated to residents or paid parking with a maximum of 2hrs!!! what an earth am I meant to do?? return every 2 hrs?? move the car and pay another 15 pounds each time?? - disgusting, costing us an additional 100 pounds in parking off site and stress on us as a family with limited time in London.

Only downfall was the lift was down and not working considering our apartment was in level 4 we had to carry our luggage all up the stairs .
