Alicia (1/5): Inaccurate listing, I had to stay with the hosts. - I booked this listing with the understanding that I would have the entire place to myself as was advertised on the listing. This wasn't the case. The owners were in the house and they would be staying the entire time. They slept in one of the bedrooms and I slept in the other. I never book places where I will be staying with hosts. I didn’t feel like I could tell them that I expected them not to be there when I arrived (as the booking clearly stated). I am waiting on a complete refund from Booking.com and their customer service has also been terrible. I didn't feel safe and it wasn't as advertised.
