• Dani (5/5): Per explorar la Toscana i passar-hi poques hores, pot ser suficient. Apartament molt limitat. - Ubicació molt bona, a mig camí entre l'estació de Santa Maria Novella i el centre de Florència. Apartament molt espaiòs. El contacte responia amb molta diligència a qualsevol qüestió. Mobiliari antic i en mal estat. Les cadires grinyolaven i semblava que anèssin a trencar-se en qualsevol moment. Les dutxes en males condicions, sense pressió de l'aigua, les mampares no tancaven. Cuina equipada molt justeta, no té microones. Les tovalloles mooolt velles, gairebé no et podíes aixuguar. Apartament tot interior. Neteja bastant justeta. Varem trobar pertanences d'altres hostes.

• Andrey (5/5): Простоанная кроличья нора в центре города - Аппартаменты расположены в чарте исторического центра и достаточно близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Одним из плюсов является то, что аппартаменты достаточно просторные и находятся внутри исторического здания. Самый большой минус этих апартаментов в том, что в них нет ни одного окна, из которого бы внутрь проникал свет. Имеющиеся окна не пропускают свет. Поэтому в этих апартаментах чувствуешь себя как в кроличьей норе. Еще один минус это черная плесень в ванных комнатах, плохо установленная сантехника, дверцы душевой кабины держатся «на честном слове». Старая обшарпанная кухня и такая же посуда. Я не чувствовал себя комфортно в этих апартаментах. И если бы цена за них была €40-50 за ночь, то можно было бы закрыть глаза на недостатки. Но за более чем €100 в сутки - они того не стоят. Я не хочу упрекать хозяина, но если Вы берете нормальные деньги за эти аппартаменты, то приведите их в порядок, снабдите качественной мебелью и аксессуарами, приведите в порядок ванные комнаты.
• Maria Kriselda (7/5): Not perfect but not that bad either. - The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to Duomo. There are cookwares and kitchen utensils available. And the host was accommodating and nice. The sink and shower drain downstairs are clogged. The shower cabinet’s door upstairs is broken so the water is flowing outside. It’s a bit dusty.

• Luciano (9/5): la pasamos de 10, fue super amable el anfitrion y predispuesto, nos recibió antes del checkin cuando llegabamos en tren, - la arquitectura calidez, queda en planta baja, la calefaccion y el espacio, eramos 6 muy comodos mejoría algo la iluminación
• Torres Salguero (8/5): - La ubicación sin duda es el punto más fuerte de este hospedaje. También el valor histórico del edificio y los detalles arquitectónico del departamento. Faltan accesorios de cocina básicos (Microondas, utensilios, vajilla, etc) y es algo a tener en cuenta si se desea cocinar en el departamento. La ducha es irregular y falta un mantenimiento general de las instalaciones.

• ISABEL (7/5): Sitio con encanto pero necesita un buen repaso de mantenimiento y pintura, aspecto descuidado - Ubicación Limpieza del sitio que está bastante dejado a nivel de mantenimiento. Las sartenes, ollas muy deteriodadas, no pudimos cocinar. La cocina bastante dejada también. El apartamento tiene encanto y está muy bien ubicado, pero necesita una buena pintada y que esté más cuidado.

• Krasimira (8/5): - Loved the location, within a few minutes walk from Il Duommo. Very spacious and cool, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We were two couples but we only had one set of keys which caused inconvenience. There are no windows in the living room.

• Lilyann (7/5): Eclectic, apartment convenient to downtown - The location is the best thing. It remained cool, nice marble floors, cool decor although some a bit worn out. Lots of room to lounge, cook and eat. The big main stairway is unique and grand! the upstairs loft is also well done. That bed is also more comfortable. The host was very flexible as our arrival time changed. He met us very quickly. We needed more towels and he brought them right away. There was an issue with the AC and he came and handled that immediately too! Something is on the king bed downstairs, like a plastic mattress cover possibly? It's a uncomfortable and noisy. The biggest issue is that there no windows. It's a renovated part of a very old (kind of cool, classic) apartment building. So although there are windows, you look out into a weird courtyard. It has many steps. One going down into the main room, one up into the bedroom, one up into the bathroom and another in the bathroom. Watch your step. The upstairs bathroom has a stink odor but goes away if you run the water. It's on a very busy street so be careful walking there.
• Justyna (7/5): Good - Host waited patiently for us, key collection and contact was seamless. Flexibility in check-in time which was key for us as the flight was late. Very good location. Close to everything. Spacious flat. 2 bathrooms also very much to the plus! All the most necessary things were there. Flat quite noisy. You can hear sounds from outside and inside. Sleeping on the mezzanine not very comfortable because everything can be heard. The floor creaks terribly. On beds under sheets foil, very uncomfortable to sleep on it plus rustling at every movement. No windows (although we practically only slept there, but it was quite depressing) In the bathroom upstairs bad smell.

• Veronika (6/5): The apartment is old style but very spacious and well located. - The location was near to the city center. Shops, restaurants, museums etc. 300 to 500 m away. However, this location was very quiet. We liked the spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and fast Wifi. The old design is beautiful. The main door is very difficult to open. The key or the lock should be changed. The upper floor is wooden, therefore it's noisy when someone walks on it. Some things should be better maintained or repaired: the dishwasher has no handle, the screws on the bidet should be tightened, there are no small spoons...
• Stephanie (9/5): Quiet location walking to everything - Great location, walking distance to the sights of Florence. Quiet street. Two bathrooms both with toilet and shower. Big refrigerator. AC works well. Clean sheets. We loved the beautiful old architecture of the apartment. It was so quiet, we all slept very well. There were only a few stairs to enter the apartment, a few stairs to the 1st bedroom and few more stairs to the 1st bathroom. The 2nd bedroom/bathroom was a loft upstairs. We loved this apartment and want stay again when we return to Florence. The owner met us at the apartment to give us the key, he was very nice. Floors and shelves were dusty, like they hadn't been wet wiped clean. The furniture was beat up, if we had wanted to spend a day relaxing in, there isn't comfortable seating in the living room for relaxing.
• Anh (9/5): Great - The apartment is close to the center, very convenient transportation. The classical architecture makes me feel like I'm in a medieval house in Italy. The host is extremely friendly and willing to help customers. The apartment only has 1 door lock and the door is old and difficult to open
