• zulkafli (8/5): - Hotel terletak di tengah bandar Kuantan. Tidak jauh dari masjid negeri dan menara kuantan. Banyak tempat makan berhampiran hotel. Aduan juga dilayan dengan cepat. Basement parking. Sila tambah arah panduan untuk kereta keluar dari basement parking. Saya terpaksa berpusing mencari jalan keluar kerana tiada petunjuk yg jelas bagi pemandu.

• Bates (3/5): Great location, everything else was sub par. - Location was good. Free parking. General easy access to the hotel. Room was very dusty and caused allergies during the duration of the stay. Cutleries and kettle were dirty and the sheets were not properly clean.

Staff is helpful when i asked to check in first and hand deposit later since i carry to much stuff. I can hear baby crying loud and clear from my room. Park at the basement and need to carry everything because there is no elevator.

• Christ (7/5): A very dates - Hotel is situaties close to the city centre. Hotel has a parkinggarage. Everything is very dates. In the bathroom is much chalk rash and fungi, so dirty. The breakfast is pover.

• Mohamed (4/5): It’s a 16 hour stay and so i’m ok just to shower and sleep - worn down and discoloured due to aging Bath tub was with uncleaned properly . You get the solemn of rotting mildew when you exit the lift .
