• Stephen (8/5): A superb apartment that is very luxurious. - This is a perfect apartment for the solo/couple traveller. It is very new and very well furnished, clean and luxurious. The blinds did not work in the bedroom.
• Luetjohann (8/5): War für eine Nacht ok - Sehr freundliche junge Leute. Wir erhielten sogar ein Mitternachtsmahl aufs Zimmer! Sehr gute japanische Küche. 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Aber Gepäck wurde hochgetragen!

• Mike Rossow (1/5): Ich muss da nicht nochmal hin. - Check in sehr freundlich. Da kann man nichts sagen. Wir sind nach 1 Stunde wieder abgereist. Es war nicht gemütlich, es war dreckig. Angefangen in der Küche bis zur abgerockten Pfanne. Total verfettet alles oder nicht zu benutzen. Sehr dreckiges bad. Zum Beispiel die Klobürste und Dusche. Und zum Schluss noch der Schimmel an den decken. Deswegen auch der entlüfter. Für uns war es nichts. Auf den Bildern sieht es besser aus und auch wesentlich geräumiger. Hätte es bei dem Schmutz aber größer auch nicht besser gemacht.

• Sabine (9/5): Interessante saubere Unterkunft in einem alten zentralen Altstadthäuschen - Kleine moderne funktionale Suite im OG eines Stadthäuschens in zentraler Altstadtlage. Zugang mit Schlüsselkasten. Bis auf die Platzdeckchen sehr sauber. Sehr gute Dusche. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. An dem Tag Probleme mit verzögerter Kommunikation über booking.com. Deshalb auch keine getrennten Bettdecken. Enger steiler Treppenaufgang ins OG. Klemmender Wohnungsschlüssel, worauf von der Vermieterin aber umgehend hilfsbereit reagiert wurde. Wegen Baustelle um die kleine Kirche daneben aktuell eingeschränkte Parksituation.

We had a kitchenette and washing machine which was perfect for our stay. we loved the interior design as well. the location is also nearby to restaurants and cafes and in the center of old town in Ierapetra.

• Jocelyne (9/5): Très beau séjour fidèle à nos attentes. - Bel appartement moderne, très bien rénovée avec des beaux matériaux et beau mobilier, lit confortable et localisation centrale dans la vielle ville et prêt du port qui a facilité notre magnifique expédition à l’Île de Khrissi. Nous avons été chanceuses de trouver du stationnement gratuit tout près, mais ça peut être laborieux. Ajouter plus de capsules de café. Sinon tout était parfait.

We didn’t like the poor sound insulation — we could hear the guests in the other apartment. Also, the air conditioner is above the bed and blows directly on the head and neck, which is uncomfortable, so we had to sleep without it at night.

• Panos (10/5): Η διαμονή μας ήταν αριστη ! - Άνετο και προσεγμένο διαμέρισμα σε καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο της Ιεράπετρας αλλά σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είχε όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζόμασταν για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα!

• Sophia (10/5): - Εξαιρετική αισθητική στα δωμάτια Πλήρως εξοπλισμένα και όλα καινούργια. Πεντακάθαρα. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Φαίνεται ότι το δωμάτιο φτιάχτηκε με μεράκι. Η Φωτεινή, άμεση , εξυπηρετική και φιλική. Φυσικά και θα ξαναερχόμουν Λόγω του ότι είναι δωμάτια κ όχι ξενοδοχείο, θα πρέπει να γίνεται σωστή επικοινωνία ως προς το θέμα της καθαριότητας κ της αλλαγής κλινοσκεπασμάτων.
• Charikleia (10/5): - Μικρό διαμέρισμα με μινιμαλ διακόσμηση, επιπλωμένο και εξοπλισμένο με γούστο και χρηστικό. Πλυντήριο ρούχων διαθέσιμο αν πρόκειται κάποιος να μείνει αρκετές μέρες. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική είτε για μπάνιο στην παραλία της Ιεράπετρας είτε για βόλτα στην πόλη. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση αρτοποιείο, καφέ, παγωτό, ταβέρνες και ό τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Πάρκινγκ ελεύθερο στους δρόμους γύρω από το κατάλυμα.

• Giorgia (10/5): Perfect stay! - 10+ for this small luxury apartment located in the heart of the town. 10+ for the host, a young girl who really take care of the clients, she was very helpful with check in, we found water, coffee and raki when we arrived. The apartment is very new and it has everything you need: fridge, washing machine, hair dryer etc. 10+ for the location, 2 minutes walking to the sea and the promenade. Thank you Fotini! Totally recommended -
• Spiros (2/5): value for money apartment / very bad host- check in ruined our experience - convenient location , value for money apartment well... awful check in , the host did not even came in to show us the room , stayed outside and told us where the keys are , when we were speechless and start asking questions in order to understand where is everything , she gave us instructions and left , the host was there before us and did not even think to enter the room and open A/C , when we had 39 degrees outside . Obviously she did not even offer to help us with luggage . very young un professional .

• Vasiliki (10/5): Exceptional - The property was in a central but quiet location, we had a car and parking was also easy around the area. It was super clean, modern renovated and tidy, equiped with everything you might need (an iron too, which I find very important) and even if it was not big, it was cosy and very convenient. The bathroom was spacious too. Just like in the pictures. The hostess was very kind and helpful, replying almost immediately to our messages. We were also alowed a late check-out. Would highly recommend and for sure come back!
