• Amit (10/5): - This place is new, stylish, and modern. It is run by a nice guy, we also met his charming sister who is the architect. She said they are going to start building more rooms in the next few weeks. The view is absolutely spectacular, we made sure to be there for the sunset and it was so worth it. The room itself is very comfortable and we'll designed. The shower is fantastic. We also had an Italian style breakfast on the terrace (for extra fee), and it was very tasty and the value for money is great. We loved everything about this place!! Highly recommended!!!

• Nadja (10/5): Toll 😊 - Wir hatten ein wunderschönes kleines Chalet gemietet, sehr liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen Blick in die Natur und auf Orvieto. Überall im Garten schöne Sitzgelegenheiten um den Ausblick zu genießen. 2 absolut liebe Hunde des Besitzers haben uns mitten in der Natur auch ein gutes und sicheres Gefühl gegeben. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht. Eine dieser Unterkünfte an die man immer wieder gerne zurückdenkt und die wir gerne auch irgendwann wieder besuchen möchten. Vielen Dank

• Rebecca (7/5): Nice place with potential but lacking service - The location with the view of Orvieto is very impressive. The modern buildings are quite striking We booked late but would have welcomed the cabin's AC to be switched on before we arrived. It was an extremely hot day and the structure is prefabricated/ecofriendly I think, and upon arrival the temperature was in the mid 30s inside. It took nearly an hour to cool the room down. We reported the severe cracking on the panoramic window which was pretty much dismissed and we were advised was only an aesthetic issue, however with both sides of the double glazing panels being extensively cracked we felt we had to be careful (we had a child in our pary also) If someone accidentally leans against this glass panel (which takes up the whole of the wall space) a bad accident could occur. We personally did not think that there was no problem and the fix could wait until the end of the season. The following morning we were advised that we could have had breakfast but they had forgotten to offer the service. Whilst we understand that we booked late we felt that the service was lacking somewhat, staff was not around and not easily contactable which is not really acceptable for the price of the accommodation. It's not really fair to charge full price but not look after customers so we felt a bit shortchanged.

• Julie (8/5): Enjoy the tranquillity of Agriturismo Affaccio but if you have no car, be sure to bring food! - Leonardo hosts cabins with wonderful views of Orvieto. So quiet and lovely. We had to change our plans at the last minute and arrive without a car. This proved problematic as we had no food and Affaccio was just a Bed and Breakfast. Leonardo was very helpful driving us to a nearby restaurant, but he is not a taxi service. Leonardo, it would be helpful to have some written instructions - what to see in Orvieto, where to eat out etc. Also good to mention that units are self catering. We recommend Kostas, our taxi driver, who helped us get around.

• Eldar (9/5): מצויין. נחזור בוודאות! - המיקום מושלם, עיצוב חמוד, החדר מצוייד היטב כולל מכונת קפה טעים ללא הגבלה, כלי מטבח ומקרר. הגענו בשבוע חורפי והדירה היתה חמה ונעימה. ואחרון, בעל המקום נחמד ולבבי מאד, תמיד היה זמין לכל משאלה שלנו. ציפינו למקלחת מרווחת ומפנקת יותר עם חלוקי רחצה.

• Diana (10/5): Außergewöhnlich - Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie auf der Durchreise und konnten leider nur einen Tag bleiben, aber wir hätten uns keinen besseren Zwischenstopp wünschen können! Das Chalet ist traumhaft gelegen mit einer herrlichen Aussicht und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – es hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders die warmen, kuscheligen Decken haben wir Ende Oktober sehr geschätzt. Der Besitzer ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Ein echtes Stück Idylle – wir können es herzlichst weiterempfehlen

Si può vedere il Duomo di Orvieto e tutta la collina. La struttura è nuova molto bella e pulita ed il proprietario gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Sandro e Francesca

• louis (10/5): Un arrêt que nous aurions aimé prolonger, vue splendide, calme absolu, hôte au top ! - Une tiny house façon cottage, climatisée, magnifiquement agencée et décorée dans un vaste terrain offrant une vue absolument splendide sur Orvieto. L'hôte Leo est charmant et très attentionné (Léo a retrouvé la paire de lunettes de soleil égarées par notre fille, et nous les a renvoyées à Paris). Les terrasses sont à disposition pour un apéritif vespéral ou un petit déjeuner au soleil. L'équipement intérieur est parfait. La literie est très confortable. L'endroit est très calme. Il parait qu'il y aura une piscine l'an prochain et peut-être un restaurant. Nous reviendrons avec le double de plaisir ! Rien à améliorer.

We each had our own cabin with an absolutely stunning view…Stunning! Leonardo was an amazing host, helping us book a winery tour and recommend restaurants in the area, all of which were exceptional. We were served a wonderful breakfast each day (fresh juice, pastries, cereal, fruit, etc.). The property itself invited you to explore it. Highly recommend this place. The owning family is working on continual improvement, so I can only imagine how great this place will be in the future. we’ll be back! How short our visit was (3 days).

• Michael (10/5): Quiet property with an outstanding view and extremely pet friendly. - Awesome location with a beautiful view of Orvieto. The location is only a 10 minute drive to Orvieto. The room was fantastic as it included a small kitchen, living room and nice bedroom. My favorite part of the property was it was extremely accommodating for our dog. He was able to enjoy a very large area to run around and play. This property was one of my absolute favorites in Italy, you can’t beat the view. There is not one thing that I didn’t like about our stay.

• Giuseppina (10/5): Relax e pace con vista mozzafiato - La struttura è composta di chalet in stile moderno ben arredati e funzionali. La cucina, tra gli altri, è dotata anche di una piastra elettrica per scaldare pasti o cuocere qualcosa di semplice. Il letto è molto comodo. La doccia in bagno è dotata di cromo terapia. Il tutto è immerso in un luogo meraviglioso dove regnano pace e tranquillità con una vista incredibile su Orvieto della quale si può godere anche comodamente sia dall’interno del proprio chalet (grazie alle grandi vetrate) sia dall’esterno (grazie ai tavolini e i divanetti posti sul proprio balconcino). La pulizia è ottima. Se avete bambini piccoli, possono muoversi tranquillamente nello spazio interno senza pericoli. Leonardo è un padrone di casa molto affabile e accogliente. Migliorerei la segnaletica stradale della struttura soprattutto per chi arriva di sera.
• Matteo (10/5): Un luogo dove ricaricare le batterie, riposare, stare a contatto con la natura e godere di una vista mozzafiato - La vista sulla vallata e su Orvieto è eccezionale! Le casette sono molto accoglienti e perfette per qualche giorno di relax e di totale distacco dalla frenesia del quotidiano La struttura ha aperto da poco quindi è fisiologico che ci siano ancora piccole correzioni da apportare come per esempio la mancanza di indicazioni per arrivare sul posto…
• Stefano (9/5): Favoloso e rigenerante! - La tranquillità, la posizione, l'idea del tipo di accoglienza, la gentilezza di Leonardo, la comodità e il gusto dell'alloggio, l'energia positiva che si sprigiona ! Prodotti per la colazione buoni ma standard, farei qualcosa di più genuino, non necessariamente ricco ma artigianale. Comunque per aver appena cominciato (aperto da 1 mese) andava tutto benissimo !

• Francesco Finizio (9/5): Posto bellissimo e tranquillo. Lo Chalet davvero confortevole oltre le aspettative - Struttura aperta da pochissimi mesi. Gli Chalet (non sono la struttura in pietra che si vede nelle foto) sebbene di 36 mq. avevano tutto ed erano arredati benissimo. Molto confortevoli con doppio condizionatore (camera da letto e living) doccia 70x100 e terrazzino. Spazio enorme aperto ed a disposizione degli ospiti. I proprietari molto disponibili e sempre presenti. Lo chalet sicuramente oltre le aspettative ma in linea con il prezzo oltre la media per una struttura agrituristica. Da migliorare forse la pulizia. C'erano ragnatele e ragni in alto negli angoli (ci può stare in campagna) che però stonavano con la perfezione di tutto il resto (a me non davano fastidio ma mia figlia accusava leggera fobia!). Non avevo notato nella descrizione "booking" che non ci sono fornelli ma solo un lavello ed una piastra elettrica (senza pentole, abbiamo dovuto chiedere una padella per riscaldare delle piadine) quindi non è una deficienza ma sicuramente una cosa da tener presente per organizzarsi diversamente.

Molto belle e funzionali le strutture (case mobili) che accolgono gli ospiti. Ancora da ultimare le aree comuni. Da migliorare le indicazioni per arrivare e accedere alla struttura. Colazione a richiesta un po’ cara per quanto offerto, sebbene la disponibilità dello staff sia massima. Forse un po’ eccessivo il prezzo rispetto ai servizi offerti.

• André (10/5): Great location and facilites - Panoramic location in front of the old town of Orvieto. The accommodation is wonderful with stunning view and great atmosphere. Leo and his family are very kind and helpful, they gave us lot of useful advise to discover this magnificent region.

Una vista fantastica su Orvieto, in una posizione strategia per visitare la città del pozzo di San Patrizio, Bolsena e Civita di Bagnoregio.
