- Jelena (1/5): Unpleasant experience, the contact person was threatening to me - The person in charge for the logistics of getting into the apartment made this a terrible experience. This was in fact the first unpleasant experience I had ever on Booking and I have been using Booking actively for years. They asked first to move up my check in as they need more time to organize clean-up of the apartment as they let previous guests stay pass the check out time. I agreed and when I showed up at another agreed time they did not pick up when I tried to contact them. After two hours they tried calling me and texted me -If I managed to find my way into the apartment-, as they were too busy getting other guests settled in. Apparently all other guest deserved common courtesy except for me. As I had to write to Booking that the host was unresponsive, once this person found this out, they started threatening me over the phone so I had to block them eventually. Please find more civilized and organized hosts for your apartment
