• James (9/5): - The property is great. New, spacious and clean. Easy check-in. Great view from the terrace. If not for the smell from the material of the closet next to the bed, I would give a 10.
• Remco (10/5): Perfecte locatie, midden in het centrum, alles op loop afstand, metro en tram voor de deur. - Super ! Heerlijk genoten… de ruimte, het uitzicht en alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Alles was goed !

• Niko (9/5): - Convenient location and a huge terrace with a view of the Parthenon. Really clean, tidy and comfortable. At the time of our stay there was a construction crane blocking the Parthenon view - not something the owners could control.
• Amir (10/5): Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. - The apartment is modern, fresh, and very well furnished, with a lovely private terrace and a beautiful view. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all major sights, cafés, and restaurants. Communication with the host was very pleasant and smooth throughout the stay. If I were to suggest a couple of minor improvements, it would be to provide slightly lower pillows and to have a floor squeegee in the shower to remove excess water after showering. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
• Angelika (10/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausicht auf die Akropolis - Trotzdem wir am späteren Sonntag Abend angekommen sind, hat die Schlüsselübergabe super geklappt. Gerry war sehr nett und hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgerüstet. Es gibt sogar zusätzlich eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und Netflix. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn, zum Tram und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abreise war ebenfalls unkompliziert. Der Verkehr war etwas laut, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat es nicht gestört.

• Jennie (10/5): Beautifully furnished apartment in central yet quiet location. Fab view of Parthenon. - APARTMENT: beautiful and well equipped with quality furnishings. For inner-city living it's reasonably spacious and very well located. Balcony gets the sun and there are sun loungers for that (I tried for 5 minutes but 40C made me quickly head back to the super cool aircon which works very well throughout the rooms). Only one shower (good water pressure and choice of rainshower or handheld), but there is a separate toilet. Lift access from ground floor makes it easy for all. LOCATION: Excellent - easy walking access everywhere. You have the choice of the chilled vibe of Koukaki (with its more local feel with relatively low-cost food/drink) or the more high energy vibe of Plaka (with its more touristy feel and prices to match) all within 5-15mins leisurely walk that my 76 yo dad managed without any complaint. Also an easy walk to all the tourist attractions. The metro is on the doorstep but we didn't need to use it. HOST: Excellent. Checked in on us and very responsive. The bathroom floor is lethal after a shower as it can't contain the shower water very well at all, so the floor mat gets soaked and you can't dry your feet = VERY slippery marble floors! Good news is that the apartment does provide slippers which you could probably use to help (we didn't use them). Not easily fixed, just more of a watch out, particularly if you have young kids staying with you.

• Catherine (10/5): Perfect apartment in a fabulous location. - The apartment was perfect in every sense. It was in a great location. It was easily accessible by train from the airport and close to Sygrou-Fix metro station, restaurants & within walking distance to the Acropolis. The apartment was well furnished and had a huge balcony with spectacular views to the Parthenon. The manager Gerry was always on hand to answer any queries. I highly recommend this property.
