• Anne (10/5): Skøn urban Napoli-familieferie, med det hele. - Perfekt beliggenhed i gåafstand til alt og virkelig dejlige, hjemmelige og samtidig luksuriøse lokaler, der lever op til billederne - vi blev forkælet med diverse små lækre ting ved ankomsten og kaffen var skøn. God og hurtig kontakt til ejeren, som altid kunne fanges på Whats App ved små spørgsmål udenfor kontorets åbningstid. Vi satte stor pris på at der kunne skaffes barneseng og babystol. Huset var ikke lydt og vi sov godt. Alt var generelt superb og som håbet. Kunne blot ønske mig jakke-knager ved indgangen og knager til håndklæder på badeværelset, samt evt. en vasketøjskurv, fordi vores ophold var langt, men det er absolut småting. Alt i alt ingen klager.
• Ryosuke (9/5): Very recommended - The spa was excellent and the location was great. The staff’s responses were quick and reliable. there were two issues that significantly affected my stay. 1. Lighting at night Apparently this property is required to keep lights on outside the window throughout the night. Light constantly entered through a gap between the window and the curved wall, illuminating the entire curved wall and leaving the room lit as if by indirect lighting all night. I struggled to sleep for the duration of my stay. There was a free cancellation option, but as it was a holiday weekend, I couldn’t find another property in the same price range, so I had no choice but to stay. I was told that no other guests have raised this issue, so it may simply be that I’m more sensitive to light than most. I’m sharing this in case it’s useful to anyone with similar preferences. 2. Accommodation tax overcharge I was also overcharged on the accommodation tax, and the excess would not have been refunded had I not noticed and pointed it out myself. The tax is collected in cash only, so there is no bank record of the transaction, and I have no way of knowing whether this was a genuine mistake or not. Either way, a discrepancy between the stated and collected amounts is worth flagging for future guests to double-check.
• kerry (9/5): - The apartment was clean and tidy with good amenities, there were various breakfast and snack type food provided along with a btl of prosecco which was a nice touch. The location is very central with lots of bars, restaurants and mini marts within easy reach. The only things that let this property down are the fact its on the 4th floor with no lift, not the surprise you want at 10am with a 20kg suitcase, the bed sheets feel fairly cheap/rough and there are no draws for clothes and very few hangers in the cupboard

Ogni angolo racconta attenzione, passione e amore per l’ospitalità. La posizione è perfetta per immergersi nell’anima di Napoli, vivere i suoi colori, i suoi profumi e la sua energia. Torneremo sicuramente… perché certi posti non si dimenticano, si scelgono di nuovo. ❤️ Sehr geehrtes Booking.com Team, ich möchte Ihnen ein Feedback zu meiner kürzlichen Buchung über Booking.com geben, da mich die mangelnde Klarheit auf der Buchungsseite sehr enttäuscht hat. In diesem Fall handelt es sich um Lo Scuzzigno in Neapel. Die Unterkunft verfügt über mehrere unterschiedliche Apartments, die jeweils verschieden ausgestattet sind. Während des Buchungsvorgangs war ich davon überzeugt, das Apartment mit Whirlpool gebucht zu haben. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Offenbar wird bei der Buchung automatisch ein verfügbares Apartment zugeteilt, ohne klar und deutlich darauf hinzuweisen, dass sich Ausstattung und Merkmale unterscheiden können. Die Darstellung auf der Website war für mich in diesem Punkt nicht ausreichend transparent. Gerade bei einem entscheidenden Ausstattungsmerkmal wie einem Whirlpool sollte klar ersichtlich sein, welches konkrete Apartment tatsächlich gebucht wird. Ich bitte Sie daher, diesen Sachverhalt zu prüfen und die Buchungsdarstellung gegebenenfalls transparenter zu gestalten, um zukünftige Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.

Abbiamo soggiornato in vari appartamenti e devo dire che tutti sono arredati con un gusto incredibile, un mix perfetto tra modernità e tradizione napoletana che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La pulizia era impeccabile e gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi. La posizione è strategica: nel cuore pulsante della città, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e dai migliori locali dove gustare la vera cucina partenopea, ma allo stesso tempo molto silenzioso durante la notte. Un plauso speciale all'host per l'accoglienza molto calorosa e i preziosi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare: la vera ospitalità napoletana! Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. • Roxana Elena (10/5): veramente ottimo - ben arredata, ha lo stretto necessario per un paio di giorni (frigo, asciugamani puliti, zona armadio, una piccola cassaforte, sapone/shampoo, bicchierini usa e getta, etc..) e in un ottima posizione infatti é a pochi minuti da via toledo. l’accoglienza è ottima, vi verrà illustrato come procedere una volta arrivati alla struttura dal proprietario che è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile (ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino e qualcosina per fare colazione incluso caffè). vasca top l’unica cosa è che io personalmente metterei dei gancini sulla tenda che si apre di notte per oscurare la stanza la mattina per rendere la stanza un po più buia dato che entra la luce del sole al mattino ma per il resto tutto perfetto
• MARIA ESTHER (10/5): Lugar tranquilo y cómodo para visitar Nápoles. - La recepción por parte de los propietarios es muy buena, te proporcionan el sitio para dejar el coche y varias atenciones en el alojamiento que está totalmente reformado, nuevo y limpio. La situación para visitar la ciudad es perfecta, puedes ir andando a cualquier lugar. Al ser un edificio antiguo, no hay ascensor, para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir 88 escalones.

• Anna Maria (10/5): Perfetto - Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage zum Hafen ist perfekt. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Fliegengitter. Es ist Klimatisiert und die Dusche und Wanne am Abend waren sehr entspannend. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und eine Espressomaschine und Wasserkocher. Wasser und Sekt sind bei der Ankunft bereit. Alberto ist sehr freundlich und auch wenn er kein Englisch spricht habe ich alles verstanden. Wir bekamen Gutscheine zum Frühstück für jeden Tag in einem kleinen Cafe um der Ecke für ein Cappuccino und Croissant Was vielleicht noch wichtig ist..... Es ist noch eine Tax zu entrichten pro Tag und das Zimmer ist im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl.

• Kasper (5/5): - Beliggenheden Sengetøj med pletter på første overnatning, som efter følgende blevet skiftet ud dagen efter, det var menneskeligt at kunne ske fik jeg af vide. Der var ikke noget varmt vand i hverken spa, håndvask eller bad i 2 ud af 3 overnatninger, værten kunne ikke hjælpe med problemet sagde han. Så vi fik ikke brugt spa, og vi kunne stå og vaske os i håndvasken på gammeldags måde med en klud og sæbe, da vandet var alt for koldt.

• Mainak (10/5): Nice apartment/suite with your own on-suite jaccuzi! - Quite centrally placed close to the subterranea and the touristic parts of the city. Great decor. A very expansive bathroom/washroom with Jacuzzi/Hot Tub ! The host Flaviano is very helpful and friendly. He accommodated every request of ours even late at night. He left us prosecco as welcome gifts, drinks and food as complimentary items. Highly recommend having him as your host in Naples.
• Adrien (10/5): Luxury apartment in the heart of Naples - The apartment is niched at the top of an old building with a lot of charm. However the place is all new and well equipped with AC and modern furnitures. The breakfast is at a caffè nearby and is very tasty, I recommend the croissant al cioccolato bianco. During my stay in Naples, my hosts Flaviano and Alberto were amazing and very helpful. Thank you ! I’d definitely try to book this apartment again if I come back :)
• Samer (9/5): Very good stay in the heart of Napoli - Very nice apartment with good equipment. Location is absolutely great as you can walk to most of Napoli's highlights (reachable within 10-20 minutes walk). In addition, Flaviano offers a lot of gifts to his guests (coffee, water, drinks, chips...) and is easily reachable via WhatsApp. The AC was also very good and helps a lot during summer time. Finally, the parking for 10 Euro/day is very convenient and cheap The fact that the apartment is in the 4th floor without elevator. If you have a toddler, it is quite challenging to feed him/her as there is no high chair
• Giacobelli (10/5): Perfect cosy and relaxing room after your busy day at Naples! - We loved the position of the house, we didn't use any metro cause everything was at 15/20 minutes max walking distance. The house was very clean and the owner is always available if you need something. Nice drinks and snacks available in the room, plus breakfast included at the bar, just 2 minutes away from the house. The jacuzzi was really nice. Will surely come back! Something that people must be aware of is that the house is on the 4th floor with only stairs. So if you are old or have mobility problems this is not for you.

• Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is new and tastefully decorated. The owner's father came to receive us and found us a car parking which costed only 10 Euro. He left us with many drinks and snacks. The breakfast is a coffee plus a cornetto in a nearby Cafe. It is simply but I regard it as a willingful gift. The location is in walking distance to all the major tourism sites near the port. The flat is at the 5th floor without lift. But this is common in Italy.

• Paula (10/5): Brilliant 10/10 - Everything about the property starting from the welcoming to the end of the stay was an absolute bliss. Very clean, comfortable bed 100% , all facilities you could ask for included. Breakfast was lovely and lovely staff all along from Mister Alberto welcoming us to the bar staff which was very friendly. Any issues they get sorted immediately without hesitation, is a very quiet zone of Naples aswell, you get to relax and enjoy yourself in an amazing modern and clean apartment. I would say the most WOW thing that happened it was waking up to the smell of espresso all over Naples, the definition of Italian Style. Definitely recommend. .

• Cansu (10/5): It was a comfortable and whole package staying. - Everything that could be used at home if needed was thought of (microwave, kettle, coffee machine and capsules, hair dryer, phone holder). It was also a very thoughtful gesture that the host had left some drinks and snacks. While taking a shower, the hot water went out for a while. It came after a while, but it wasn't very pleasant at that time.

The service from the owner and his father was outstanding. He made sure we had everything we needed, and the entire process was simple and easy. The free soft drink, champagne and snacks were a very nice touch, the hot tub was amazing, and the apartment was in the perfect location for getting to the heart of Naples and to the port for day trips. They also organised for a private taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the airport with a reasonable flat rate so we knew exactly how much we would be paying. Breakfast was great, and in a good location especially if you need to get up early and grab something in a hurry on your way to the port. Highly recommend Scugnizzo Luxury Apartments to anyone staying in Naples. Nothing, everything was fantastico!
