• Hartmut (7/5): - Prima Lage, nette Nachbarn, gut mit Öffis erreichbar, sauber, gute Betten Schlüsselübergabe klappte ganz schlecht, trotz vorheriger Absprachen. Selbst die Hotline musste eingeschaltet werden.

• Krisztina (9/5): - Nagyon hangulatos, csendes, családias, és kényelmes apartman. Több éjjel-nappal nyitva levő kis üzlet (reggeliző, kávézó) is van a környéken. Az apartman kicsit távol esik a központtól. Dugulás miatt az utolsó két napunkon nem tudtunk zuhanyozni, de erről a tulaj nyilván nem tehetett. Próbálták azonnal orvosolni, de sikertelenül.
• Myrthe (2/5): Honestly do not understand how this accomodation has such high reviews - Apparently most ACs have an emergency button inside. Open up the hood and take an ink cartridge from a pen to push the button. You can not make any adjustments, but it's better than 30 degrees... We stayed for almost a week and it was horrible. -The biggest issue was that the host took the AC remote out of the house. 31 degrees was apparently not warm enough to be allowed to use the AC (don't put it in your description then...) - We tried to make multiple appointments to receive the remote, since the heat was unbearable. We stayed multiple evenings at home to receive it, however the host never brought it. Communication for this was also very difficult - Already after 20 minutes the first cockroach appeared. We found them everywhere during our stay, the walls, kitchencounter, table, bathroom, towels and we even found one on the bed. - Lot of things were broken. There was a showerdoor missing, the shower drain was clogged (luckily we found a plunger...), the water pressure in the shower was very low, the shutters in one of the bedrooms was broken, and one side of one of the beds was making so much noise, you wouldn't dare move during the night.

• Patrick (9/5): Très bon séjour - Hôte Andrea disponible car retard avion de 2h30. Bonne literie. Calme. Propre. Près du métro Tiburtina accessible par les bus 409 et 545 en 5 minutes. Tickets métro et bus valables 100 minutes. Néant
• Carolane (7/5): - On a trouvé ça correct sans plus. L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Par contre, quelques côtés "vieillot" qui étaient moins intéressants selon nous. Par exemple, les tapis dans la salle de bain qui ne sont plus la couleur d'origine (ça donne l'impression d'être sale un peu), le coussins du salon également. L'air climatisé ne fonctionne pas a1... malgré le fait qu'elle soit au max, il continue de faire chaud dans les chambres. ́La pression de la douche est TRÈS faible. Et la communication quasi inexistante. La fille qui est venue nous remettre les clés ne savait même pas parler anglais et ne semblait pas nous comprendre non plus, alors c'est très limité comme échange. En soi, l'appartement est quand même ok pour le prix et permet de se stationner assez facilement pour être dans Rome, donc c'est un point positif. Je n'y retournerai pas mais je pense que ça peut dépanner si budget limité et que vous y allez juste pour dormir et repartir.

Evdeki eşyalar kiralamalardan sonra kontrol edilmemiş hasarlıydı mesela kapı komple kırık, prizler, klima, mutfak eşyalarından tencerelerin sadece kapakları kalmıştı. Komşumuzdan tencere rica ettik..Yatak örtülerinin kirli olduğunu gözlemledik.

• Aurelia (10/5): - It was a lovely stay. The owner was very nice, gave us all the info for directions regarding public transportation. In the vicinity of the apartment there are supermarkets, restaurants, vegetable market, mall and everything you might need. The apartment has a kitchen with all the utilities, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

• Lida (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Rome. The location was well-connected by public transport. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of charming cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay: a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and great air conditioning (which was much appreciated in the summer heat!). Our host, Andreea, was incredibly kind and helpful—always responsive and full of great local tips. Check-in and communication were smooth and easy. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome. I would absolutely book this apartment again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Eternal City Nothing

The flat was very nice: fully equipped with all appliances, the flat was warm and very cosy. We spent four nights there and were very satisfied. The flat is located far away from the city centre, but it is very easy to get to the city centre (bus + metro) in about half an hour.

• Borys (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Appartamento Incantevole Roma for four nights. We had a group of 4 people. Everything was great - The apartment is big, clean, cozy, and has everything you need to spend perfect time and feel at home. The neighborhood is excellent; it is not far from the city center (10 minutes by bus to the metro station and 10-15 minutes by metro to all the main tourist spots). Andreea and Tony (apartment owners) are amiable and helpful. You can always text them if you have any problems. Tony met us on the first day, gave us the keys to the flat, and showed us everything. All was great. There was no key for the bathroom, so it was impossible to close it. It was a bit of a problem because there were four of us.

Andrea was a superb host helping with our enquiries bottle of wine was nice touch. Apartment equipped with all you would need AC, cooking utilities, cleaning ect.

• Dusan (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome - Perfect apartment. Clean, big, comfy beds, big bathroom. Everything you need is near the building. Maybe little to far from the city center but easily reachable by bus. Great apartment all in all. Great host. Nothing to dislike.
• Dragan (9/5): Superb - Nice and cozy apartment not far away from the city center and historical landmarks of Rome. If you come with a car you should be prepared to spend some time searching for free parking spot, it is free and very busy. Beds are comfy and kitchen is fully equipped. Overall very satisfied with the stay. Wi-Fi connection was very bad and usually unusable. We have cheap roaming internet so it wasn't a big deal but be prepared. Host should probably do something about it as it may ruin someone's experience of otherwise very nice apartment.

• Kristene (9/5): Fully Equip Place like Home. - The place has everything you need, fully Aquip. Near Tiburtina Station. Near supermarket. Andrea is always communicating even though I haven’t meet her. The previous guests damaged the washing machine, so it’s making loads of noise. I hope the coming guests will look after the place well as it is second to home when your having a holiday in Rome.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - N/A breakfast. Location not far, it's fine. Hair dryer machine did not work. Washing machine too much noise, slow, hard to use.
• Aidan (7/5): Good - Very clean and attractive apartment, plenty of space, good kitchen and self catering facilities, shops nearby, friendly and safe part of town (at least it felt safe). The city tax should be charged as part of the price on booking.com. I was not happy to be charged extra on my arrival. One of the bedrooms has no means of turning on/off the light inside the bedroom itself.

The parking space is avaliable everything is near and even we came with The car we used The bus.In The apartmant you have everything you need.
