Edpea (9/5): Apart from the problems before we checked in the stay was wonderful. - The view and proximity to town. Communication with the host was quite frustrating - my messages were mostly not answered. I was also not informed of the exact address or the method of entry until 11 am on the day of our booking. I wasn't keen on having to fill in an online check-in form which included having to provide a photo of my passport, credit card and a selfie. There is a deposit required of £300. I have never been asked to do this before in all my years renting on Booking.com and Airbnb. If a deposit is payable then surely there should be an inventory provided as if after a stay it is alleged there are missing items or damage has occurred there is no way of proving this one way or another.
Michael (10/5): Excellent, 2 night stay in Margate in high quality accommodation. - Excellent location with direct sea views from all windows. Just a few minutes walk to the old town or town centre and around 15 minutes walk to the railway station. There are many cafes a few yards away and also an Aldi very nearby. The property is modern, clean, well-equipped. We will certainly return at some point. Nothing

Nico (9/5): I loved the apartment, beautiful sea view, easy walk to the old town. - Perfect location, beautiful view, bars and restaurants within walking distances, big Aldi nearby, you just walk 30 seconds down and you are on the beach. Few dodgy people hanging around.
Helen (10/5): Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. - The view was wonderful. The location of the accommodation, overlooking and close to the sea was perfect. It is near the Turner Contemporary Gallery, the Margate caves and the Shell grotto. An Aldi supermarket is very close by. The sandy beach next to the accommodation is good for collecting shells. The heating controls needed explanation. A manual would be useful. (The property was warm when we arrived, which was very welcome. When the weather became mild, I turned off the heating, but could not get it come back again. I am sure this issue could be fixed).
Janecliff (10/5): Wonderful - As promised, wonderful views. Slightly quieter bit of Margate but walking distance to everything. Perfect. Nothing worth mentioning ;)
Charley (8/5): Very good - Easy contact free It was very humid in the house, couldn’t work out the thermostat. There were some parts of cleaning that hadn’t been done properly but that’s about it.
