- Rahul (1/5): - I booked I booked a room through the website and received a confirmation. We arrived at the property at 10 AM, but the staff informed us that no rooms were available and claimed they did not receive our confirmation. Even after I showed my confirmation message and booking ID, the staff kept saying that “our sir didn’t inform us.” Eventually, they offered a single room and said a double room would only be available after 4 PM. Since we were leaving early the next morning, it didn’t make sense to pay for a double room that we would only use for a few hours. Overall, it was a very bad experience and we had to book another hotel at the last minute.

- Bskar (5/5): Passable - Stayed here for visiting Sri Padmanabha Swamy temple. It's very near the North Nada entrance. Non AC room, No hot water. Used stairs as we had to wait for the lift operator. It's an Ayurvedic hospital, renting some rooms. Some may not like the hospital smell.

I booked for AC room(as per photos added during the booking) but provided cooler. The images shown are different from the room provided. No AC. Room was so small and not so clean. Bed sheets were smelling and I asked for new bedsheets which i dint get any. No wifi in second floor. If you staying one day or two days you can adjust.

- GRISHMA (10/5): A holistic stay with view of temple Gopuram - I loved their treatments and simple but airy and spacious rooms. The people are most accommodating, they did everything to make me feel comfortable. Will surely come back here. Less AC rooms. Wish they add more AC rooms in future.
