Guest Reviews
- Dionne (10/5): Had an excellent stay - It was well set out and pet friendly. Close to where we needed to be.
- MsVWhite_Syd (6/5): - Bathroom was very nice and clean. There was nowhere to sit outside except a small space behind a trailor and the granny flat. Maybe there had been a flood but it was muddy. Also, it would be nice to open the curtains and not see things pressed up against the window. Furniture was a bit hodge podge.

- anne (8/5): Good place to stay in Canberra for a couple with a small dog…spending at least part of the day out and about - Clean…. Enough space for two people modern kitchen and bathroom… large screen TV…6 mns walk for local IGA…large park for people/dog just 1mn walk down the road No access to outside garden/ terrace/space…it is more like an apartment … the living is a bit dark…
- Rhonda (9/5): -
- Janine (7/5): Good - The trailer and rubbish at the front door. Also the guests in the house hung out at the pool and were very noisy.
- Justin (9/5): Just what we needed. Well appointed and comfy. - Location just what we needed It is pet friendly but no outside area for the dog - was expecting at least a small courtyard. There is a very good park at the end of the street which is good.
- Jill (8/5): Fine, but fix the address. - The cottage was good. Comfortable and quite close to Woden. The address caused some problems. 38 Glynn Place Phillip does not exist on Google Maps. However 38 Glynn Place HUGHES does. I was able to work out that this was the correct address as I used to live in Canberra and know that Hughes is nearby to Phillip, but listing the wrong suburb is pretty confusing. Also, I did not receive the lockbox code until the morning of my stay and had become quite worried about not having it. I suggest the managers either provide the code at booking time or if they don't wish to do that then at least say that it will be provided only on the day of arrival. This would have meant I didn't become so concerned that I contacted them to ask for it.
- Leigha (8/5): Convenient and really easy to access. - Location and set up was eveyrthing I needed for a short work trip. Thanks!
- Just (9/5): very comfortable and clean - had everything you needed and was very clean. there was very little if any reception inside the actual granny flat so I had to walk outside on the driveway to make a call or text.
- Jun (8/5): Very good - new room water pump noise in bedroom
- Alex (9/5): Superb - Friendly and flexible hosts. Located near a lovely greenway.
- Jing (8/5): nice - The facilities are completed and room is big.
- Leo (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (10/5): Fantastic property, great amenities, close to tourist attractions - The location was excellent, averaging about 10kms from all tourist attractions. The cottage contained everything we needed for our stay Even though it suited us, the cottage is in a blackspot for Telstra service, we did receive some texts while in the cottage but had to go up the driveway for internet. There was WIFI available but in our circumstance only worked for first night
- Glenda (8/5): Very good -
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Good central location on the inner south. - Good location. Noise from an outside gathering.
- Kathleen (8/5): Would stay again! - Really easy check in. Everything you need to feel at home away from home.
- Xiao (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet place. Clean room. New equipments. Would be good if there are instructions on how to use the cooking facilities.
- Ayse (10/5): DOG FRIENDLY, BRAND NEW AND CLEAN PROPERTY. Awesome stay. - It was a brand new property, quiet, dog friendly, had an awesome tv and netflix, aircon, soooo clean and kitchen + fridge was stocked with goodies. NIL
- Theodore (10/5): Exceptional - It had everything! Great facilities
