Martin (6/5): Location great but the appartment needs some finetuning. - Location - just couple minutes drive to cableway, you can use the train as well, nice view at the lake. The appartment seems like as there was no time to finish the renovation. There are unfinished electric switches or sockets, kitchen equipment is really poor, bed grate was still packed in plastic (last minute buy?)... For some reason in the kids room the standard heating was not working (radiator head had been removed) and we had to use the electric heater (a bit smelly and to be honest you don't want to keep it on for the whole night just next to your kids...). The dishwasher was broken and the owner did not bother to mention at the check-in but he was aware of it (no compensation offered). During the reservation the credit card payment was possible but the owner requested to pay in cash (I don't book any accomodation where cash payment is requested). At the end we managed to to settle down the payment without cash but it was an upleasant discussion.

Marie (1/5): A big no no! - We were searching for a place for one night due to car breakdown on the way home, so we were glad that we found something. Looked like a nice spacious apartment with balcony. It was bearable for one night only, BUT! Serious mess in the whole apartment, dead insects on the floors and behind fast all windows. Dirty sheet, dirty towels. No equipment for cooking in the kitchen - knifes, wooden spoons, pots or pans. (A lady brought us only new pans in the evening when we asked for the equipment). The small lamps in the bedroom without batteries, so not working. It looked like a new apartment after renovation which was not done on a very high level. Terrible location - near main street and above the fast food bistro = big smell and loud music till late evening. Expensive accommodation not worth this price! Extra comment - very unprofessional and rude responses via e-mail when additionally asking to issue an invoice needed for our insurance company!
