• Mikko (6/5): - Sijainti oli hyvä. Ohjeet avainten noutoon olivat huonot ja vaikea toimenpide. ”Odota että joku muu asukas avaa alaoven tai mene parkkihallin kautta sisään. Emme kuitenkaan kerro missä parkkihallin ovi on ja siihen annettu pin-koodi ei toimi.”

• Viivi (10/5): Kaikin puolin siisti, ja rauhallinen majoitus. Sijainti erittäin hyvä. Oli jokaisen euron arvoinen eikä ollut liian kall - Siisti asunto, todella hyvällä paikalla. Kaikin puolin viihtyisä asunto. Suosittelen muillekin!

• Cemal (7/5): Plus /minus ( penny -pinch company ) - 1- location 2- cleaning 3- fast reply by reception 1- parking is extra , should not be written in booking page .. center , good location and PARKING 2- unnecessary long introduction for getting keys 3- a lot of extra information ( cost ) except for booking page after booking 4- penny-pinch ( only bed , glass and plate free , all can be chargeable ) 5- if you are busy , if you don’t have as things don’t loose time

• Miguel (8/5): Perfect location with very soft bed - New, well decorated and clean apartment and with great view over Oulu (10th floor). Location is perfect for a city stay, walking distance to everything and supermarket downstairs. Warm and very well insulated. Would be great to be able to better adjust the temperature. We stayed 5 nights. The bed and over mattress were just too soft to be called confortable. My wife moved to the sofa the first night. Without over mattress it was still very soft, but OK. Kitchen is equipped enough for quick warm-up meals. Bathroom has space and supplied shampoo and shower gel are nice touches. With a better bed/mattress we would stay again. For overnight near the train station it is good.

• Novokreshchenova (10/5): Lovely restful stay in this cozy place - Location is perfect, very close to the train station. Ideal for a single night stay, but I'm sure it will also be great for prolonged stays. The room had many convenient utilities - washing machine and dryer, a stove with cooking appliances, so you could basically live there. Very neat and comfortable, I enjoyed my stay a lot!

• Kristian (9/5): Recommended. Would stay again. - Excellent place, hard to find anything that would be more central. The shop at groundlevel was a nice bonus and made things very convenient. Initial entry is a little cumbersome but not bad. Once you have the keys all good.

• Manja (9/5): Easy, accessible and clean apartment next to the railway station - The location was perfect right at the railway station. The apartment was very nice, modern and spacious. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking, otherwise everything was nice.

Instructions on getting to the building are super clear, yet we still struggled a little bit with the code, but managed in the end 😊 (maybe our fault, maybe not)
