• Stella (5/5): - L’emplacement est top, il faut aimer l’urbain car c’est un quartier assez bruyant. Le résidence propose pleins de services et est assez qualitatif. L’appartement est grand et spacieux. Pas beaucoup d’équipement pour cuisiner ou nettoyer l’appartement (pas d’aspirateur ou de balais) donc en 10jours c’est un peu perturbant. Également ne vous attendais pas à récupérer la caution comme indiqué car la personne fait la morte par la suite et ne vous remboursera jamais alors qu’elle indique bien que vous la receviez sous 7 jours après le départ et malgré de nombreux messages il ne répond plus et ne fait rien donc pour ce manque de principe il est difficile de mettre une note au dessus de 5.

• Melissa (2/5): Very poor - It is in a good location and the staff in the gym are really nice as well as the facilities such as the gym and pool. We did not spend a long time waiting for the elevators as written in the other reviews. It was fine. I would strongly advise against booking with this host due to their complete lack of communication. They ignored all messages on Booking.com, email, and WhatsApp, both before and during our stay. The apartment itself was okay, but be aware that the listing includes photos of multiple apartments, so you won’t know which one you’re getting unless you specifically ask. Our biggest issue was a terrible loud noise whenever we used the taps, flushed the toilet, showered, or did laundry. We recorded a video and sent it to the host, but as expected we were ignored. The noise was so bad that the entire room vibrated, and we had to buy earplugs just to sleep when one of us showered. For the price we paid, this stay was not worth it. The only positives were the building itself, which is nice, and the friendly building staff. The pool and gym area were also great. We will stay in this building again, but never with this host. Avoid at all costs.
• Eran (8/5): Very good - Good apartment in central Brickell location In order to enter the gym and pool you need the registration office that opens 9AM-5PM. I was on a business trip and was working during these hours, so I could not access the gym.

Parking was expensive. The view was great. It was for my boyfriend’s 50th. The microwave didn’t work. Contacted the host said they would look into it. The stove top didn’t work either. Contacted the host nothing was done the entire stay. We were there for 5 days.

You don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. Everything is there at your fingertips. Very clean. Very nice. I didn’t like that the restaurant closes at 3. no dinner available on site.

• Kayvon (10/5): Will be back!!! - I appreciated the location in brickell. It was dead center to everything. The room and the view was very nice. The pool was great as well. Was easy and convenient checking in. Parking will cost a lot whether you valet or park in the garages in the nearby area.
• Dzenana (9/5): All in all, we are very happy that we have chosen Marvelous apartments for our stay in Miami! - The location of the apartments was great, they are right in the heart of the Brickell downtown area. We were located on the 31st floor with fantastic views over Miami and the waterfront. Metro mover, which is a free local transport inside Miami Brickell, is within walking distance from the apartment building (120-130 m away). The metro mover brought us to the nearest metro or bus or railway stations when we wanted to see other neighborhoods. We were prepared to use Uber during our stay in Miami but public transport in Miami Brickell (and outside the downtown area) was more than sufficient. It was fun and interesting to use it since we had opportunity to meet not only tourists but also locals. The pool area at the apartment which is located on the 15th floor is great with amazing views, huge beds, clean and soft towels which are provided at the location by very pleasant staff. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. We did not use the kitchen except for making coffees in the morning. We went for breakfast in a nearby restaurant "Friend's Bistro'', which had a small food market in the same space. They had excellent choice of food for breakfast, lunch or dinner, in case you did not feel like going to a busier areas which are one block away. Locals who live in the area came for dinner, and employees from nearby offices for lunch, and that was a good sign! All in all, we are very happy that we have chosen Marvelous apartments for our stay in Miami! Coffee machine could be replaced, it was rather simple and old. The one thing I did not like was the high step-over to get into the tub to take a shower. I don’t need a handicap bar to hold onto, but it would be useful for anyone.
• Amber (7/5): A good, clean, & safe place to stay with a great city view! - We liked the Brickell Area, very nice and easy to walk around places. The place was very secure, even just to get access to the pool was a process so we felt very safe there. The condo was very clean and the perfect space for what we needed. The balcony had a neat view of the city and the Miami River to watch the boats going by. There was a bit of a language barrier when meeting the host to check in, so I do feel like some key information was lost about the hotel that we later figured out on our own. We also were not aware of how expensive parking around the area was. The cheapest parking garage we could find, which was still about half a mile from the place, was $20 a day. There was also no check out instructions, so I had to message the host to ask about that. Overall, these ended up being minor things that were more of an annoyance than a problem.

• Mario (9/5): I would definitely stay again and it is much better than staying at a hotel. - The proximity to everything was great. Everything was nice and clean. The pool terrace was wonderful, even though we didn’t use the pool it was a great place to relax. The host was attentive to our needs and resolved any issues that came up. The one thing I did not like was the high step-over to get into the tub to take a shower. I don’t need a handicap bar to hold onto, but it would be useful for anyone.

The host answers right away Noise from outside in the middle of the night Easy to hear loud, drunk neighbors The studio missed more towel hooks in the bathroom and definitely a full length mirror. This studio is located in the go out dressy district so mirror is definitely needed to prep and match outfit.

• Denise (8/5): Cute little apartment in hotel with AMAZING amenities! - The pool area and spa was amazing! the hotel smelled super good. Apartment was smaller then expected, we thought there would be a separate living area but there was just a dining table and sofa next to the bed but thats my fault for assuming what i saw on the pictures instead of asking so make sure you ask which apartment you will be getting! would stay here again just for the amazing amenities. That you could only use valet parking and that was veryyyy expensive if you want to go in and out all day. its not like other hotels we stayed where you could pay for 24 hours valet and they get your car for you anytime. nope. you have to pay every single time you need your car so it can be up to $100 a day(on top on the car rental price). we even left the rental there and starting taking an uber to save some $. so i would not recommend renting a car if you stay there. also lots of traffic noise(honking, revving, loud car music) throughout the night but thats brickell for you :)

• Tracy (6/5): Overall, nice stay! Hope they get the dryer fixed for the next family. - we like the pool. gym, sauna, hospitality. the staff was great. The apartment was located in a great area walking distance to many restaurants and Wholes-foods Everything was nice, except the dryer in the room didn’t work. The owner has someone to come out and the room needed a new unit. They even offered to have staff come by and dry our clothes. We washed so much, that I didn’t want to request the staff all the time. It was a big inconvenience for us, we managed by air drying on the balcony. Did not want to take back dirty clothes.

The view was great and the amenities with the free spa (hot tub, sauna, steam room, and pool) were great! The washer and dryer were super useful. I also really appreciated that they offered detergent, as well. There was plenty of cutlery, glasses, etc. and a dishwasher. This studio really was a great find. This is only a superficial observation, but maybe a tiny bit of art on the walls would be interesting. Also, the jets on the tub don't work and one overhead light, but there were more than enough lamps for the space and an entire spa to work with outside the room on the 15th. No real complaints from this experience!

• Gerardo (7/5): Grate Location. - Doubtless the best cuality of the appartement is the location in the city. You can walk a lot and reach nice places to visit. The amenities of the building are fine. Some of the electric outlets in the room didn't work, as well as the air extractor of the bathroom, there were at least 3 light bulbs broken, so we were with midlight all time.

Bed was comfortable, kitchen was great and the view was unbeatable. The host was very accommodating and we can’t wait to stay again next time we are in Miami.

• Rachel (9/5): romantic and relaxing spa getaway - the balcony was amazing and the entire room felt like a spa! having the ability to cook was fantastic but the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! so were baths in the deep soaking tub! being able to use the amenities such as gym, spa, hot tub, and pool was fantastic. also had a prime location to amazing restaurants and bayfront park the jacuzzi jets in the bathtub were broken, and we wish we had gotten the ocean view that the property photos initially pictured.

The pool area and restaurant was also impressive. In addition, the view from the room and the rest of the property was exceptional.

I was not particularly bothered about the Wi-Fi, since I wasn’t using it much but something to improve upon.

Lovely view and well-appointed condo, very comfortable. water in shower/ bath was only ever luke warm, not hot. A lot of noise all night from people going in and out of their rooms.

• 정연 (1/5): It was the worst experience in my life - view and location are good It was the worst experience in my life. As soon as I entered the room, I felt something was wrong. Hair fell all over the bathroom and room, and a stinky smell emanated from all over the place. Still, the view is good, so I passed it over while the cleaning staff said that the hair might fall off while cleaning. I thought that the smell would be better if I left the door a little open, wondering if the ventilation was still low. But even with ventilation, the smell never went away. However, no matter how I looked at it, there was too much dust everywhere and too much black mold in the bathroom. The drain also had hair. The towels were also of poor quality, so there were too many lint, and all kinds of dust stuck to the towel. No matter how much I brushed it off, it wouldn't come off. Noise was also severe. It's not that the neighbors are a problem, but the machine noise from everywhere was too much. I thought it was the sound coming from the refrigerator, but my head hurt so much. Even when the door was closed, the noise continued to get better, and other unknown mechanical noises were everywhere. The worst thing was the response from the accommodation. The accommodation contacted me several times via Booking.com message from after booking to right before check-in. The check-in time and other necessary information were exchanged, and even if it was not a hotel, the response was very fast, so I didn't want to feel uncomfortable during my stay. However, as soon as I checked in, the team stopped contacting me like an ex-boyfriend. I sent a message with an inquiry, but there was no reply until I checked out. What time are you going to leave the day before check-out, but he asked me several times. It's a really strange hotel that only calls you when you need it. But, The lobby was also nice. But you're not sleeping in the lobby, are you? Please make a reservation only for those who are satisfied with all of these things

The view from the balcony was one of my favorite things from the apartment. The emplacement was near many popular restaurants and pretty much accessible by car to other neighborhood in the city. We didn't enjoy the wifi. It didn't work well in the apartment but in the lobby the connection was fine. The kitchen didn't have a lot of kitchen tools so, we struggle a little bit to cook in the place.
