• Florea Anamaria (10/5): - Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament și îl recomand cu mare drag. Apartamentul este foarte spațios, luminos și amenajat cu mult bun gust. Totul a fost exact ca în poze, iar curățenia a fost impecabilă încă de la sosire. Se vede că proprietarii acordă atenție fiecărui detaliu pentru ca oaspeții să se simtă cât mai confortabil. Un mare plus este faptul că apartamentul este foarte bine utilat — bucătăria are tot ce este necesar, electrocasnicele sunt moderne și funcționează perfect, iar în general nu ne-a lipsit absolut nimic pe durata șederii. Patul a fost foarte confortabil, zona liniștită, iar atmosfera generală foarte plăcută și relaxantă. De asemenea, am avut nevoie de early check-in, iar gazdele au fost extrem de amabile și ne-au ajutat imediat, lucru pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult după drum. Comunicarea a fost rapidă și ușoară pe tot parcursul sejurului, iar gazdele au fost foarte prietenoase și atente. Per total, a fost o experiență foarte bună și cu siguranță am reveni aici. Recomand apartamentul tuturor celor care își doresc un loc curat, spațios, modern și confortabil.

• Mari (8/5): - Apartamentul este într-o zonă liniştită, foarte spațios, dotat cu cele necesare, perfect pentru orice nevoie. Persoana de contact a răspuns într-un timp scurt şi a oferit toate detaliile necesare pentru check-in, chiar un video super useful. Din păcate curățenia nu a fost nota 10, aş da nota 7. Erau urme si praf pe jos, fire de păr prin baie, praf pe noptiere in dormitor etc, dar sunt sigură că acest aspect poate fi îmbunatațit uşor. În rest, totul a fost ok, recomand.

• Marcin (10/5): - Super czysto, dobrze wyposażony apartament na 10 piętrze z fajnym industrialnym widokiem. Obok fajna grecka tawerna, sklep. Niedaleko dzielnica studencka pełna knajpek i klubów.

• Alexandru (7/5): Mixed Experience – Great Location, Great View, but strong Sewage Smell - The apartment was clean, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, it was quiet and with good sleep after a long business meeting. The parking space was a great advantage, and being on the 10th floor provided a decent city view. Just a 20-30 minute walk to the city center (Union Square/Piata Unirii), making it easy to explore on foot. Communication with the host was easy, and they were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and well-located, which we appreciated. However, upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a strong sewage odor. Since only two of us stayed, the second bedroom and bathroom were locked (which is understandable), but the smell could have been minimized if the host had run water in the unused bathroom’s drains or sink/shower. We tried airing out the apartment, burned some candles, which helped slightly, but the unpleasant smell would return every few hours—quite surprising for a new building. It’s a shame because the place had so much potential—spotless, convenient parking, and a great view. So, I think 3 or 4 person is ok to rent the apartment because you have access to all bathrooms and using them will help you get rid of the smell.
