• Denys (8/5): - When you stay in the residence, you have to leave car keys at the reception, but if you need to go somewhere before 8am, you will not be able to use your car and that is madness. So they have to introduce kind of a system that allows to use your keys without waiting for the personal.

• Tomislav (10/5): - We were upgraded to the bigger apartment than expected and it was very clean. We had a small balcony which was a nice bonus after a day of sightseeing. The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste but that's a minor thing. Quiet street, easy walk to the center - would book again.

• Lung (1/5): - Nothing Stay away from this hotel! Very unpleasant stay at this hotel, after paying 75 euros to keep the car for 3 nights in their garage in the yard, we woke up to find that my friend's car had been hit in the front. The front bumper was scratched and the number plate was broken and torn off the bumper. After long discussions before we left, they gave us the 75 euros back, insisting that they were not to blame because they checked the cars how they were parked and everything seemed ok. The 75 euros did not even cover the number plate holder on the front. They said they were in touch with the owner of the garage and that they would help us get some compensation. After 3 weeks of discussions they took us from one company to another and no one took responsibility or compensated my friend. On top of that, the rooms were not the cleanest and in the bathroom the door frame was broken and you could not close the door. Very unpleasant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

• Tietz (7/5): - Sehr gute Kommunikation per Mail, wir konnten das Auto weit vor der Eincheckzeit abstellen. Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Küchenausstattung etwas spärlich. Ein Schneidebrett und Brotmesser wäre gut. In der Spüle fehlte der Stöpsel. Ein Besen fehlte ebenfalls. Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit der gebuchten Wohnung überein, sah völlig anders aus.

I wanted to pay in czech crowns but it was only possible by converting amount from euro to czk by the unfavorable exchange rate. I was not happy about it cause it cost me more due to conversion. Not sure why I cannot normally pay for the accomodation directly in the currency of the country I am in. It was not perfectly clean - there was hair in the bathtub. Accomodation was not that nice in comparison with the pictures.

This resulted in fees and could have been avoided if properly communicated. -The offer was listed in Euro but payment at the facility needed to be in Czech Krones. The host applied an inflated conversion rate that was favorable to them and resulted in a final price (without bank fees) about 50 Euro higher than in the offer. Other Cons: The apartment we got was not the one in the pictures. The apartment did not have any doors between bedrooms. The apartment needed refurbishment (stains on walls and floor ...)
• Artur (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja oraz stosunek ceny do jakości. Na miejscu recepcja funkcjonująca w ciągu dnia. W pobliżu przystanek tramwajowy, sklep spożywczy, restauracje, w których można dobrze zjeść w rozsądnych cenach. Cicho i spokojnie. Wszędzie blisko (1 km do Vyszehradu, 2 km do Rynku, 3 km do Zamku Praskiego). Obiekt dysponuje prywatnym parkingiem znajdującym się na dziedzińcu, ale z uwagi na wymiary garaży, miejsca parkingowe dostępne są tylko dla samochodów nieprzekraczających pewnych gabarytów. Powtarzające się problemy z dostępem do Internetu. Telewizor umożliwia jedynie korzystanie z aplikacji Netflix oraz YouTube, o ile oczywiście jest dostęp do sieci (konieczne jest samodzielne wyszukiwanie w TV sieci WiFi, z którą co jakiś czas urządzenie traci kontakt). Niedomykające się drzwi do łazienki. Brak pantofli dla gości, mimo zapewnienia o tym w ofercie.

• Michail (1/5): Zeer matig - De ligging Wij kregen in eerste instantie een andere kamer aangewezen aangezien de geboekte kamer niet klaar was voor gebruik. Ons werd verteld dat wij deze kamer mochten blijven gebruiken tot het einde van ons verblijf. Uiteindelijk werd de dag later verteld dat wij alsnog naar een andere kamer MOESTEN. Hier konden wij niets tegen in brengen.. Eventuele compensatie zou hier zeker op zijn plaats zijn. Niet een korting op een kroegentocht aangeboden door de receptie, daar zitten wij niet op te wachten

• István (10/5): - Egyedül tett városi kirándulásomra ezt a szállást választottam, és remek döntés volt. A lakás jól felszerelt volt - vízforraló, mikrohullámú sütő, a konyhában minden megtalálható, ami az étkezési költségek csökkentéséhez szükséges. A szoba nagyon tiszta volt, az ágy pedig valóban kényelmes. A Prága 2. kerületi elhelyezkedés nyugodt, de mégis mindenhez közel van; a Karlovo náměstí metróállomásról pár perc alatt bárhová eljuthat az ember. Mivel autóval érkeztem, a helyszíni parkolási lehetőség nagy előny volt. A személyzet segítőkész és profi volt.

• Théo (10/5): - Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour un séjour de trois nuits avec mon partenaire et nous avons été vraiment impressionnés. L'appartement était spacieux et bien équipé : une vraie cuisine, un lit confortable, une salle de bain propre, tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. La première nuit, nous avons mis un peu de temps à trouver l'entrée, car l'immeuble se fond dans le décor de la rue, mais nous l'avons vite repérée. Le quartier est calme, ce qui nous a permis de passer d'excellentes nuits, et l'arrêt de tramway tout proche permet de rejoindre rapidement la vieille ville. Ça vaut vraiment le coup. On ne savait pas très bien où se trouvait l'entrée et où se trouvait la réception.
• Natálie (10/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté, voňavé, personál moc ochotný, blízko centra. Vybaveno i klimatizací, větráky, vše super. Za skvělou cenu, určitě se rádi vrátíme. Jediné mínus, což u nás nebyl zas takový problém, že jde slyšet tramvaj a lehce hluk z ulice i přes zavřené okna.

• MARIA (6/5): - Muy importante, hicimos el pago en la recepción del edificio y nos cobraron 10€ más de lo que estaba establecido por Booking, preguntamos y nos dijeron que era la comisión del banco por pagar en euros pero cuando miramos la cuenta bancaria no vimos ningún cargo extra de comisiones, no supieron explicarnos porque pagábamos de más, por 10€ no me puse a montar el lío y con dos niños en la puerta menos pero me pareció una tomadura de pelo. La ubicación es muy buena, puedes ir caminando al centro dando un paseo o coger el tranvía que está muy cerca. El apartamento era grande pero está un poco descuidado, la cocina estaba limpia pero un poco vieja, el menaje justo para cuatro personas, solo hay un enchufe donde la campana extractora y el cable de la tostadora no llega, hay que utilizar un alargador que tienen encima del mueble de la TV. También estaban de obras en el edificio y tenían montada una escalera justo por delante de una de las ventanas, a las 7:20 ya estaban dando golpes. Intentamos poner la lavadora por la tarde noche pero no funcionó, avisamos y no tuvimos problema, nos ofrecieron llevarlo gratis a la lavandería pero no hizo falta porque una joven nos explicó que había que cerrar la puerta de la lavadora dándole un golpe, después de eso la lavadora funcionó sin problema. El baño también está un poco dejado, lampara sin plafón, la ducha incómoda porque se mueve la alcachofa cuando te duchas, difícil regular la temperatura del agua y hay un radiador toallero que estaba muy sucio, tuve que limpiarlo entero para poder colgar las toallas, faltan perchas y toalleros. Tuvimos que dejar el coche en un parking a 10' andando porque el parking del edificio solo admite vehículos con unas medidas y peso determinado, no pueden aparcar todo tipo de vehículos, recomiendo preguntar antes de reservar. Las camas no estaban mal y las sabanas, edredones y toallas limpias.

• Manon (10/5): - I booked Centre Prague Retreat Residence for a single night between a long journey and an early flight, expecting somewhere functional. What I got was genuinely lovely. The room was quiet despite the central location a real retreat in every sense of the word. Everything felt well cared for: fresh linens, a spotless bathroom, thoughtful little touches that you notice even on a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were warm and efficient. For anyone wanting a calm, comfortable base in Prague without straying far from the action, this is it. I'll be back for longer next time :)

• Dana (8/5): Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojení a rádi se vrátíme. - Komunikace, vstřícnost, příjemné prostředí, velikost apartmánu i jeho vybavenost. Vyloženě nelíbilo - to asi nejde říct, ale některé věci s vybavení by potřebovaly trochu opravit i obnovit. Je to vzhledem k tomu, co je psáno v propagaci, co je psáno i na místě - a realita je malinko jiná. Ale nám to v podstatě nevadilo.

• PRASKOUYA (9/5): - Очень удобное расположение. До набережной 5-7 минут пешком, до центра 15-20 минут пешком. Рядом остановка трамвая. Во дворе есть закрытая парковка (за отдельную плату). Цена приемлемая, т.к. это исторический квартал, на улице с парковкой беда, да и вокруг все стоянки платные. Номер большой, кровать удобная. Очень порадовало наличие стиральной и посудомоечной машины. Вообще очень комфортное место, рекомендую!

• Jone (8/5): Muy bien - El personal de recepción fue muy amable, el apartamento es amplio y está muy bien equipado. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila en la que no escuchamos ruidos. Está bien conectado con el centro, aunque pensábamos que estaba todavía más céntrico; aun así, se puede llegar a la zona vieja de la ciudad en unos 25 minutos andando.

Gute Ausstattung, sauberes, cleanes Appartement. Ein Doppelbett sehr bequem. Lärm durch Straßenbahn war im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich. Das große Appartement war Nachts trotz guter Fenster ohne Ohrenstöpsel schwer aushaltbar. Ausziehcouch in Ordnung aber kein vollwertiges Bett.
