• Andrew (4/5): Disappointed - The location was great, right across from the beach. It was just not very clean or well kept. I didn't feel comfortable touching any surfaces without shoes on. It had a strong odor, and you pretty much just sleep right on the floor. You can hear neighbors all night. I would rather stay in a hotel next time.

• Graham Welsh (2/5): not happy. cancelled second night no refund for first night - no breakfast no bed it was a materess on the floor jambed between the couch and the tv, , bugs and a large eyelash in the bedding, one towel (used) in the bathroom.

• JoLynn (9/5): I will be back for sure! - I couldn't ask for a better location! beds were very comfortable. it had a nice dishwasher, refrigerator and gas stove. The neighbors were very friendly. The host was very responsive and kind. there is a paddle board there and even a pump to fill it up as much as you need. I believe there was life vests too! I have zero complaints

• Penny (9/5): - Loved the location! Walkable to restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and tje beach is across the street! Difficulty with bed being on the floor, not the most comfortable, but totally doable for the 2 days we were there. Also, the bed takes up most of the living room making the sitting area very compact.

• Peter (4/5): Not what was advertised - Location Was not a bungalow it was a studio apartment. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Neighbours were noisy. Cars racing on the street of an evening. Dogs barking at night.
• Tina (8/5): - Very nice and clean and the perfect size. It's a great location to walk to the beach. The parking is ridiculous. Hard to find a spot. We walked a few blocks. I was expecting to see a beach view from the pictures I saw. Nope. It's there on the other side of a wall.
• Nina (7/5): Ok für Surfer oder Partypeoe, eher nicht für Familien - Direkt am Highway 1 gelegen, einmal über die Straße gehen und man ist am (Hunde)Strand Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße Erdgeschoss & SUP zum ausprobieren oder benutzen Aufgrund von Erdgeschoss und zur Straße hin, sehr laut Auch die Nachbarn und deren Hunde und Katzen sind laut zu jeder Zeit Aufgrund der Matratze auf dem Boden eigentlich keine Sitzgelegenheit, also nur für eine Person = Schreibtischstuhl

• Joe (7/5): Great location and well appointed Studio Flat. Just way too much noise for us. - Location was excellent, it was clean and tidy. Everything was good! Right on the street, Road Noise, Pedestrian noise, the people in the flat above, you could hear them all the time. Way more noise than we are use too.
• Alan (6/5): Had fun anyway. - Location Definitely not furnished for mature adults. Keurig did not work. Better instructions for local box and door might have helped. Was not “on the beach”

• Colin (8/5): Good access to the beach but basic - Location across Ocean Blvd directly to the beach. Very suitable for those who simply wish to use the beach A lot of noise from adjacent properties - dogs barking early morning. Bedding uncomfortable

• Hillary (10/5): Nice affordable spot, amazing location - I really liked the efficiency-style apartment space! A laminated sheet was provided to explain some of the amenities and local attractions available. I had no trouble getting in or out and came and went as I pleased. Toiletries & linens were readily available and everything was clean. I loved that there was a beach and beach bar located right across the street, and the shopping district and access to the bus line were in short walking distance. It's an older front-facing unit, so you definitely get some street noise, and you can hear neighbors moving around. I'm a light sleeper and brought earplugs, and was able to sleep just fine.
• Traveler (6/5): Studio Apartment on the street level - Location (Belmont Shore), cleanliness. It says one bedroom apartment but actually it is a studio apartment with a kitchen and private bathroom (shower only). The place was smaller than I expected but it was well arranged, and a welcome drink in a fridge was a nice gesture. The shower had a good water pressure. The apartment was facing to the street on the ground level and the tenants above were having a party all night long, dropping things on the floor and with loud music; it was quite noisy I couldn't sleep at all. Also a little more detail on the instruction how to check in could be helpful.
