• Ala (7/5): New - The staff were very helpful. Although the location is relatively close to the airport, the journey can take more than an hour depending on traffic conditions. The hotel is new and practical, and the room was quite spacious. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the amenities it offers

• jeoffrey (10/5): excellent and peaceful - Very nice stay, I frequently stay here for work, It on the airport side of the city so if you are looking for easy access from the airport its great (you wont get stuck in the morning or afternoon UB rush traffic.

• Yeseul (3/5): - 공항으로 이동하기에 위치가 좋았다 몽골에서의 마지막 여정이라 따뜻한 물로 쾌적하게 씻는 것만을 원했는데 보수공사로 묵는 내내 흙탕물이 나왔고, 온수를 사용할 수 없었다. 체크인 시 안내를 받지 못했고, 체크인 후 붉은 물이 콸콸나와 놀라 프론트데스크에 연락했더니 maintenance 로 1시간 후 사용해보라고 했으나 저녁이 되어도 문제가 계속 되었고 다시 연락해보니 자정 혹은 다음날 아침에 사용하라는 답변을 받았다,,, 다음날 새벽 공항으로 이동해야 해서 결국 씻지 못하고 이동할 수 밖에 없었다,, 체크인 시 혹은 중간에 제대로 된 안내를 받지 못한 것이 아쉽다.

• MANO (9/5): ホテルステイを満喫するのに良いホテル - 滞在最終日に宿泊したが、早朝便対応のタクシー手配など、事前にチャットで案内してくれて安心できた。 また、早朝便利用なのを知ったフロントスタッフさんが朝ごはんのランチボックスはいる？と聞いてくれたり、きめ細やかなサービスが嬉しかった。 お部屋は広くて清潔。必要なものは一通りあって、お水も多めに用意してくれてて助かりました。 市内から少し外れた所にあり、開発中のエリアということもあり、レストランなどの選択肢は少ない。

Not well located for those wanting to do tourist activities in the city. There was a lot of construction noise outside that was disruptive during our stay.

• Ryoji (7/5): Convenient stay from the night arrival in the Ulaanvaatar capital airport avoiding the traffic jam - The hotel location is close to the airport, so I didn't have traffic jam problem from airport to hotel. The hotel location is on the edge of the city center, so the traffic jam effect is small from the airport. I would like to have several drinks, but I couldn't get them. There are no drinks in the refrigerator, and there is no vending machine for drinks.

• Poul (10/5): Amazing stay with great and accomadating staff that will do what they can to enhance your stay - The property is located closely to the cashmere shops and close to the center in the sense that you’re close enough but not so close that you’ll be stuck in traffic from 1 second. The facilities are great and the restaurant has an extensive menu and an outdoor place to eat which should be tried. The food we got was great especially the “big mama” which was as great collection of all sorts of dishes in one. Nothing

• Gastone (7/5): More than the standard IBIS, go Mongolia! - Definitely above standards for UB, it needs the staff to be either more proficient in English, or less shy. Overall, the stay was good, I was even upgraded to a suite, at the restaurant the service was a little too long. Better than most IBIS I stayed elsewhere. Parking is a little of a time waster. Every time you want to go out you have to tell the reception and then you have to wait for them to open the gate... that they sometimes forget, you get out of the car, go back in and make a big smile...

• Denzil (10/5): - Modern clean design, the night staff especially the taller bespectacled front office male staff is very helpful and knows the hotel property well and very polite. Both the male stuff are really good. The evening staff , the girls initially told our guide a trolley for our luggage was not available until we insisted for one and magically it appeared. (We know there is one from last stay) They could be a bit more genuine and helpful. The intern has no clue and seriously needs to learn what hospitality industry is.

• Sherri (8/5): Good value for well located airport transfer - Well located to avoid downtown traffic coming to/from airport. Nice buffet and staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. The shower pressure in the standard room is almost non existent. We were really looking forward to nice hot shower after touring but it was really not enjoyable. We stayed in another room (BOGD suite) last night and everything was fantastic including the shower and soaker bath! Also some great views. We will choose the upgrade room next time.

We had to leave very early before breakfast opened and staff was kind enough to make us a boxed breakfast to take. No complaints at all, will be back in two weeks! Nothing. Fantastic suite.

• Kelly (5/5): passable stay for one night - clean property, passable for a one-night stay but unfortunately it wasnt that near from the airport as we had expected. with the dreadful traffic in UB city, it took us 1.5 hrs or close to 2 hrs to get to hotel by car. there weren’t adequate f&b facilities around the hotel. we walked aimlessly trying to find decent dinner and ended up back at the hotel. unfortunately service was slow, environment was noisy as they left the restaurant access to the alfresco bar open, and it was very noisy with people jumping around to loud music and live band.

• Anneke (5/5): Okay hotel for a night but nothing more. A little overprized - This hotel was the closest to the airport. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy There is no airco, only heating. It was about 25 degrees in the room when we arrived and if you open a window you get all the Ulaanbaatar smog in so not an option. We were extremely warm during the night. The shower floor was pretty dirty, towel had holes in it and all soap containers were empty.

• theFOL (9/5): 관광 목적으로 가기에는 좋은 호텔 - 직원들이 매우 친절하고 룸도 깨끗했습니다. 아침식사도 다양하고 좋았습니다. 특히 메트리스가 메모리폼이 있어서 편하게 잔거 같아요. 위치는 시내와 공항의 중간 지점으로 시내 관광을 하기에 좋은 위치는 아닙니다. 하지만 출국하는 날 공항에 좀 여유있게 도착할수 있는 장점도 있어요. 년말 행사 때문에 첫날 저녁 식사를 식당에서 못하고 늦은 시간까지 소음이 좀 있었고요. 방문 아래부분이 너무 방음이 안되서 새벽시간에 앞방에 나가는 소리. 복도 소리가 너무 크게 들립니다. 이건 좀 개선 했으면 좋겠어요. 그외는 만족 합니다.

Вкусный завтрак с широким ассортиментом выбора. Приятный персонал, который поможет в любое время суток по любому вопросу. Очень слабый Wi-fi. Для личного пользования подойдет, но для работы тянет очень тяжело.
