Es un apartamento a pie de calle , se oye absolutamente todo , es el único punto negativo del apartamento (y q los precios en Madrid están disparatados ) todo lo demás , la mejor elección sin duda

• Aleksandra (7/5): Very good and comfortable flat. But too much noisy. - Location was perfect. All necessary stuff was inside the flat. Very comfortable. And amazing mattress. I felt like all the time I was on the street. The flat is on the ground floor. This is a big glass door right from the street. All noises from the street I heard all the time. During the night only earplugs helped me.

• Beatriz (7/5): Ubicación - Ubicación, además la atención para el check-in fue maravillosa, muy preocupados en todo momento por todo. muy atentos y facilitaron que pudiéramos entrar más tarde de las 21:00 h. Que a las 9 de la mañana nos despertarán para limpiar cuando el check-out es a las 11 y que la habitación no tiene puerta. Además no hay almohada, son cojines, cuadrados de los de sofá de toda la vida, por lo que es muy incómodo.

• Sara (10/5): - Todo. Apartamento a pie de calle, con todas las comodidades. Quizas lo único fue que entraba demasiada luz por la noche, porque la cortina no llegaba hasta abajo del todo y se escuchaba la gente de la calle.

• Tourandokht (7/5): - The location was perfect, with the metro station right in front of the apartment, making it very convenient to get around. The hosts were also really nice and welcoming. The apartment is on the ground floor, and both the door and windows face the main street, which made it quite noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a bit challenging.

• Vikram Jeetah (9/5): Recommended - Excellent location and close to the metro station. Apartment was neatly designed and had all the amenities to make a comfortable stay. The Security of the main door was good. The opening of the door leads you straight to the pavement, but this was not an issue.

• Leticia (9/5): Apartamento perfecto para un finde. - El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las imagenes, es perfecto para una estancia corta o para una pareja que quiera disfrutar de un finde en Madrid ya que es pequeño pero tiene todo lo que necesitas. La localizacion es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y muy cerca de transporte. Apartamento nuevo y limpio. Por poner un pero diria que esta a pie de calle en una avenida un poco concurrida y puede ser un poco ruidoso pero por todo lo demas es perfecto.

• Maite (9/5): Muy buena experiencia - Estaba muy bien conectado con una estación de metro cercana y había muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor . Tenía todas las comodidades para tener una buena experiencia café, gel, champú, papel higiénico ... Era más pequeño de lo que aparecía en las fotos

• Erika (7/5): Buen lugar para larga estancia - El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una larga estancia: cocina, lavadora, utensilios de cocina. Si bien es cierto no queda caminando de las principales atracciones, está justo a la salida de una boca de metro, a escasos pasos, lo cual es muy comodo para moverse dentro de la ciudad de forma rápida. Tuve un problema con el aire al llegar, pero el anfitrión lo solucionó al otro día a primera hora, muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien y de responder dudas. Que fuera primera planta y que la puerta por donde ingresé diera directo a la calle, me imagino que al ser la puerta también de vidrio, el empavonado era para dejar pasar la luz, ya que sólo por la puerta y una ventana ingresa luz, al estar empavonados ambos no ingresa luz natural sino que menos luz de la que uno quisiera, lo cual lo hace más oscuro. Si bien es cierto se siente ruido desde el exterior, no llega a ser molesto. El televisor es muy pequeño. Por la noche no recomendaría circular tan tarde por el lugar, o al menos hacerlo con cuidado. De igual manera yo llegué un par de días pasada la medianoche y todo bien.
• cjsierrah (2/5): Sin AC en Madrid en verano... Tortura! - El aire acondicionado no funciona y no me dijeron nada los propietarios. El sofá estaba roto, separado entre sí y con ruedas, por lo que en lugar de un sofá parecía una atracción de feria. Un desastre de lugar.

• Onat (5/5): Kısa süreli konaklamalarda değerlendirilebilir. - Evin içinde gerekli olan bütün eşyalar, çamaşır makinesi, mutfak gereçleri hatta bulaşık makinesi bile vardı ve deterjan vs hazırdı. Evin içi geniş, mobilyalar konforluydu. Metro hemen apartmanın çıkışında. Tesis bir dükkandan eve çevirilmiş sanırım. Pencereler kaplanmış ve ışık almıyordu. İki kapısı var be biri işlek bir caddeye açıldığı için mahremiyet problemi mevcut oluyor. Bir kutunun içinde kalıyormuş hissi veriyordu.
• Burak (9/5): - The room is perfectly adequate for a family of three. The location is very central, with a metro station right outside. The hosts clearly and simply shared visual instructions on WhatsApp for how to access the room, and they answered all our questions Honestly, there's nothing I disliked. Just a helpful tip for future guests: If you're taking the metro from Madrid Airport, you'll likely want to transfer from Line 8 to Line 6 to reach your destination. However, it's important to know that Line 6 is currently undergoing work, meaning you won't be able to use it from the station directly in front of the building where you're staying. If you attempt this, you'll have to get off the metro at a certain stop and continue by bus. Instead, I recommend taking Line 8 and then transferring to Line 3

• J (9/5): Wonderful Stay at a Well-Located 1BHK Apartment - I had a great experience staying at this 1-bedroom apartment. The place was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the necessary amenities. The room, toilet, and bed were spotless and comfortable. The location is excellent—just a few steps from the metro station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The check-in process was seamless. The team contacted me well in advance to ensure I had all the details I needed, and their communication was very helpful and professional. Although everything went smoothly and I didn’t require much assistance during my stay, the staff still checked in to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located accommodation.
• Alejandra (3/5): Convenient location but lack of privacy if you travel with a small group. Terrible sofa bed. - When we arrived we called the number provided at the booking reservation several times and the host did not answer. We ended up getting a hold of him via WhatsApp after 30 minutes trying unsuccessfully. If that is how they like to be reached they should clearly include it in the details of the reservation. No one reached out to us in the meantime. There was no door to the bedroom, since there were three of us travelling it provided no privacy whatsoever. The sofa bed was more like a modular sofa extremely hard wood supports that make sleeping almost impossible. To make it a bit more inconvenient they did not leave the correct bedding for the sofa, not any kind of summer blankets for any of the beds. We waited and he provided bedding but with wholes.
• Cunningham (10/5): Cheap but has everything you need. Great! - It fine clean, tidy, aircon. All the facilities you need. Location for me personally was a slightly too far out but that’s complete preference. Still everything you need about!

• Sibilla (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and well furnished (hairdryer, dishwasher, laundry washer, and also a coffee machine with cofee pods) it's near the metro station and also some fast food restaurants if you want a quick meal near your accommodation. it's 20 minutes away from the center by metro and it's very easy to navigate the streets around it since it is well connected. The hosts are overall available to answer through text to any questions or requests. We were able to leave the luggage in the apartment before the check in once we notified the hosts upon our time of arrival. While the apartment is close to the city center it is a while away from the airport, but there are still plenty of ways to reach it from the accommodation. Initially the code for the service door didn't work and we had to wait to hear back from the hosts, but eventually everything went fine and we were able to get in.

• Paulo (8/5): We spent a good time in the apartment albeit it being a bit noisy during the night. - The best thing about it was the location. It's just outside the metro, and a 30-minute walk from Parque de El Retiro. It's a ground-level store converted into apartment. Given the poor noise insulation, at night it's easy to not rest well. This'll be the main inconvenience though.
• Olga (8/5): Cozy apartment, well equipped with everything needed - Location is good - metro is literally 10 steps away, buses stops everywhere around the building, green area with paths for walking nearby and a big shopping center 10 minutes away. The stuff was great, quick to help and answer any questions. the kitchen has all new appliances - the kettle, the stove, the oven, the toaster, the coffee machine. The bathroom is nice with a big shower and a huge mirror. In general the apartment is nice and cozy, the only problem for us was no soundproofing from the street (and yes, we did have earplugs for the night;-) The apartment looks bigger in the pictures. No outside view as the windows are blurred. It was a street shop before, so the windows and door go straight to the street - we could hear people talking on the street as if they were talking in our apartment. Soundproof is desperately needed. The beds are too soft, there were lower parts on the mattress where usually lays the sleeping person. General cleaning is good, but a little refreshment is needed for the stains on the walls. And couple more hooks in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt 😁

It has a stand out location which makes it so easy to get around. But the best thing without a doubt are the staff - they were so nice and helpful. Thank you Paula and Jorge. It’s not a criticism, just something to note. This apartment is a converted shopfront on the ground floor- it is at street level so you get a lot of noise from the street. We coped fine and the location and excellent staff offset any annoyance of the noise from the street.

• Yvonne (10/5): A great start to our vacation - It was clean, small and modern. The host thought of everything and was super responsive. They tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible (we felt right at home). Everything was really close by, the train station, the buses to take you to the center, the markets, the Reina Sofia art museum was about 20 minutes on foot, amazing cafes, and the park for a quick stroll. Everything was amazing! If you’re a light sleeper (I’m not), then know that the apartment is on the first floor, so the street noise might wake you.

• Karen (8/5): Great stay in Madrid! - The host met us at the property and followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Also they provided us with a metro pass that was preloaded to get us started with site seeing etc. The property was steps from the metro. There were a few minor things that were not there when we arrived but the host quickly provided it.
