• Radoslav (7/5): Good location, needs improvements - The apartment is conveniently located near the marina, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The apartment appears poorly maintained. There was mold in one of the bedrooms, and the bed sheets were stained. I also found hair on the pillows, beds, and even on the towels, which was very unpleasant. In the main bedroom, the ceiling fan could not be turned off using the remote control. The only way to stop it was by switching it off from the fuse box, which then activated the emergency lights. This left me with an uncomfortable choice—either sleep with the fan on in late April or sleep with the lights on.

• Claire (8/5): Perfect short break retreat in the sunshine 🌞 - Location and facilities were fab. Only complaint was that one of the single beds wasn't made up however this was quickly resolved. Communication with the host couldn't be faulted.
• CHRISTINE (7/5): Nice place at Marina - The cleanliness and amount of space. Immaculate and very modern. Very comfortable bed. Having two entrances being on ground floor. The gate to the property did not close tight.

• Nicola (10/5): Comfortable, clean, refreshing and fantastic location. - Very modern, was clean upon arrival and great location, right by the marina and easy access to shops to restaurants. The owner sent the check in details but the doors are not numbered, then when we got in the apartment the paperwork on the wall stated different to check in details so we wasn’t sure we was in the right apartment. I checked with the owner and told me the email was correct. Stayed in the apartment for the week.

• Alison (8/5): Winter Sun - Excellent location for the Marina surrounded by bars and restaurants, easy flat walk for Benalmadena and Torremelinos, large comfortable apartment, with everything you need, good communication with host, Small cleaning issues : dirty glasses in main bathroom, fridge/freezer needed a clean. No outdoor seating( maybe a couple of folding deckchairs could be provided)

• Ellie (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the property is great, the facilities within the property are great and of high standard. DAMP! Strong smell of damp and mould as soon as we entered. We were booked for a week and was only able to stay for one night. We were physically affected by the damp, coughing, swollen itchy eyes, wheezy breathing. The bottom 6 inches of the walls have all been painted, dark mould in second bedroom wardrobe and paint chipping off walls. Moisture collectors under bed and in wardrobes so hosts aware.

• Sonia (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio, pero falta mejorar la limpieza - La ubicación es fantástica, la decoración sencilla y moderna. Nada más llegar encontramos uno de los inodoros bastante sucio con bastante restos de caca, las sábanas estaban sucias y las paredes igual, en resumen la limpieza podría ser mejor

• Carmela (8/5): Very good - On our arrival we were met with a cockroach. Two female adults travelling and only one bed was made up . Apartment was with 3 beds. Had to sleep one night without bed linen on 2nd bed. Shower tray needs a good deep clean . 2nd bedroom has an exit door and window which is locked with no way of opening it. Not a good idea if there was a fire . Even though the apartment is clean there was a smell of damp going through it. It is a well equipped apartment ( apart from bed linen ) location is very good. A bed side lamp in second room is needed. A hairdryer might also be a suggestion .

• Hazel (5/5): We wouldn’t stay again ! - This apartment wasn’t for us Although first impressions was clean we found things grubby as we used them, crockery, needed cleaning before use, the shower area was not clean, the top covers and cushions on the beds were not clean! There was no outside seating, the second bedroom was dark, as it was February there should have been extra blankets, heating was temperamental!

• David (4/5): Ideal stay for a night but not any longer than that. Poor communication on and after arrival. - Cleanliness and comfort. After giving our pre-booked taxi driver the address we were dropped off at the wrong place. Luckily a local man helped us out as the owners when on the phone to them could not. We had trouble opening the lock-box and found out without any warning that the security code had changed. Owners were happy to help before we got in, but once inside they were not contactable nor did they help/reply to messages with 2 issues we had. No outside private space.

• Stefania (10/5): Comfortable apartment in a nice beach area - Very central location, 2 mins walk from the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Some loud music till 1am at night, busy area with lots of crowded bars. We stayed on a Friday during summer.
• Claire (7/5): Good - clean, smart and uncluttered. great location. the check-in instructions and directions to the exact apartment were very confusing and over-complicated. it took us over an hour to find the right door to the apartment. The instructions stated “Staircase I” and “Door 14” but none of the apartment doors were numbered! The “Reja” was obviously referring to the security gate? We were looking for some kind of grid! It would have been far easier to say, walk up the left side of the supermarket to the security gates, retrieve keys from key safe and through the gates the apartment is the first door on the right. Maybe someone can actually stick a number 14 on the door or tie a ribbon on the door knob so it can be easily recognized.
