Across from a supermarket and just down the street from a great soup restaurant. When in Romania…. The property amenities were as described, beds were comfy and the location was quiet at night.

• Caroline (8/5): Very good accomodation and would definitely recommend. - The location of the apartment was idea for visiting the city. The apartment was very well appointed, modern and clean and the kitchen equipment was outstanding. The bottle of wine, water and chocolate bars were a lovely touch. The host was very responsive to any inquiries. Would recommend to others. The only issue that we had was with the door key, getting the key from the keybox was easy and the instructions sent were very comprehensive. HOWEVER, the front door was very difficult to open, and we had to contact the host one night as we couldn't get in at all, fortunately another resident was coming out of the building and told us that if we used the 'toggle' on the key fob then it is much easier. It was indeed very easy after that, but that little bit of information would have been useful and saved us the stress of not being about to open the main front door.

Gazda a fost extrem de drăguță și receptivă ,de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie de ceva, a răspuns imediat și m-a ajutat cu mare promptitudine. Apartamentul a arătat exact ca în poze, chiar mai bine: impecabil de curat, amenajat cu bun gust și foarte confortabil. M-am simțit cu adevărat bine pe toată durata șederii, ca acasă. Recomand cu mare drag și cu siguranță aș reveni!
• Michael (8/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft und super sympathischer Host welcher uns alles erklärt hat - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral und alles war fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es gab ein kleines, nettes arrangement in Form einer Flasche Rotwein und ein paar Süßigkeiten und eines Magnetes. Die Küche war ebenfalls liebevoll eingedeckt. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und es gab einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Leider gab es im Flur und im Bad einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch welcher nach Abfluss gerochen hat und selbst mit dem Öffnen der Fenster nicht leicht zu entfernen war. Das war das einzige Manko des Apartments.

• Larisa (10/5): Not enough words to describe what a great experience I had! - I had such a great experience! I would like to thank the owner for such clear communication regarding the check-in and check-out instructions. I've always had negative experiences finding apartments during my work travels to Bucharest, but this time was very different. I always cook during my travels, and this apartment came equipped with everything needed for cooking. Not to mention, the apartment was extremely clean. The owner really thought of absolutely everything; there was even a sewing kit in the bathroom! One of the buttons on my shirt had fallen off before an important event, and I could not believe my luck. The Wi-Fi was great, and I had no issues at all with my meetings. The location was so close to every place I had to visit that it wasn't necessary to use Bolt or Uber. The balcony also comes with a lovely chair and table where I could drink my coffee in total silence in the mornings and write my manuscripts. I found the apartment to be incredibly peaceful; I was able to do all my work and sleep well. I've never had such a good experience in Bucharest until now. I will definitely return—there's no need to search for another place. I am very grateful and send many thanks to the owner for his help. His quick responses to all my questions were so helpful. If you need a great place to stay and want absolutely no hassle at all, please book this apartment!
• Stanislav (10/5): - I booked this place for two people for a week, and our stay was amazing! I would say that everything is just like in the description and the photos, but I'm not sure the photos do the place justice. It was spotless clean and tidy when we arrived, its very spacious and has a very elegant vibe to it! Check-in was very easy, and we were allowed to checkin earlier. The bathroom and the second toilet were loaded with all the necessities- toothbrushes, paste, soap, shampoos, and the olace just had everything we need - you only need to take care of food :D. The location was great to our needs - in walking distance to old town and to bus stations to reach everything else. The host was very friendly and communicated very clearly, and there was a welcoming gift for us, which just made us feel at home immediately! I recommend this 10/10

In più il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino dei dolcetti di ben venuto e un liquore,tipico. Check in automatico facile e altrettanto il check out.

Apartmán bol veľmi dobre vybavený, v kuchyni bolo všetko potrebné, dokonca nám pripravili plný kávovar kávy, čaje... plus majiteľ nám pripravil super darček na privítanie. Apartmán bol čistý, v tichej lokalite.

• Anastasia (9/5): - Красивая большая квартира, удобная мебель, удачное месторасположение, два санузла, отличные матрасы и подушки. Очень чисто. Нас встретил приятный сюрприз от хозяев. Хозяин приятный и отзывчивый, мы получили подробные инструкции, как получить ключ, а также хорошие советы, где провести время, поесть и т.д. В квартире были 4 пары новых тапочек. Все необходимое в наличии, новая техника, все работает. Апартаменты комфортные и удобные. Рекомендую. Единственное, температура в батареях выставлена на 21,5 градус, как нам объяснил хозяин. Если работает кондиционер, то тепло в батареи не идёт. Пытались увеличить температуру на термостате, но как-то не сработало. В принципе для комнат не критично, везде есть кондиционеры и они хорошо работают. Но в ванной перекрыты вентили батареи и поэтому было холодно. Когда принимаешь душ, в принципе от пара становится теплее, но хотелось бы,чтобы изначально было тепло.

Ben arredata e molto moderna, dotata di due camere con letto matrimoniale, una con balcone e l'altra con fino, un soggiorno con balcone, una cucina, due bagni, uno con la vasca e servizi igienici e l'altro solo con servizi igienici. Consiglio vivamente, ottimo rapporto col prezzo.

• Gemma (8/5): Great apartment - Great location, a 10 min walk from old town. Very well set up with plenty of space for 4 of us. Great instructions for accessing the property and lots of local information provided. Also appreciated the treats left - the Romanian we were visiting with was very happy to have tweeker! The property states 2 bathrooms and this is accurate - one is a full bathroom and the other has a loo and sink with the washing machine. Be aware the bathrooms do have a smell but the people we were with who have been in the area before made us aware it is the drains and nothing the property owner has control over. Everything was very clean and well kept. The building has a lift - again if you are after this for mobility issues then be aware you do have to walk up a few steps to get to it. Overall a brilliant stay and would stay there again as a comfortable, well appointed apartment in a great location.

• Giuseppe (9/5): Bell’appartamento in zona comoda - Appartamento molto carino e curato, situato nella zona universitaria a pochi minuti dalla metro e autobus, anche se li abbiamo usati poco visto che in 10/15 min a piedi puoi raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Due bagni, grande salotto e camere molto ampie. Situato all’8o piano con ascensore, checkin e check out completamente automatico. Alcune volte dal bagno si sente un cattivo odore di acqua stantia

• Raewyn Pope (8/5): Thoroughly recommend this place - a hidden gem. - Able to walk to alot of things in our area. Easily accessible. The rooms were quite warm and clean. Great wifi and the host left a left a welcome gift which was unexpected but much appreciated and we felt warmly welcomed. Need an option of smaller pillows. The second toilet is tight with the washing machine in there but having 2 toilets is a bonus.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum. Brak prywatnego parkingu ale nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca w sąsiedztwie. Wspaniały kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam Nie ma co napisać

Just outside of old town which means a 7min walk to the core, yet far enough you have a very quiet night and easy to find parking. Street parking just outside of the apartment, about 20lei/day. Across the street from 2 mini markets. Close to public transport. Amenities: AC in all rooms and hallway, 2 balconies, awesome views, comfy beds, extra extra clean! Kitchen is complete, AWESOME coffee maker, and complimentary wine and chocolates! Building has elevator. Communication: host is super communicative and was awesome. Nothing. Seriously. This place is perfect!

• Laura (8/5): Very good - The apartment was well located, a ten minute walk to the old town and the airport bus. The apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and bedding. There was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a nice touch, as was the welcome gift. Access to a washing machine, with detergent provided, was great too. The apartment was well equipped, however, in my opinion, not set up for comfort. If you intend to eat out, relax outside the apartment and solely sleep there it will serve you well. I'm not a fan of access via electronic keypads, much preferring a key, relying on a mobile phone with plenty of battery when travelling, can at times be a little tricky. We thought we were booking a two bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, this wasn't the case. There is one full bathroom and a separate toilet in the apartment. Unfortunately upon arrival it transpired the air conditioning unit in the hallway - cooling ALL communal parts of the apartment, was faulty. Dragos immediately arranged to come out and inspect the unit and soon realised that it would need completely replacing, which unfortunately he wasn't able to arrange until the end of our 3 night stay. In the end it didn't cause too much of an inconvenience, even with temperatures in Bucharest of 38 degrees, as the Aircon units were working in the bedrooms.
• Rajvinder (3/5): Think twice booking . - The location was good. The apartment was good and communication was very helpful with the owner, up until the last day . Myself and friend shared the small bedroom . It’s was at the end of the stay that both of us start to notice spots on our backs. When arrive back I got them checked and it from bed bugs . When showing pics and contacting the owner about this we heard nothing back. Such a shame . I would have given a much better review if it wasn’t for this .

• Kriv1 (9/5): Good apartment - The house is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes walk from the center on the 8th floor. It is a comfortable house, clean, renovated and equipped with the necessities. We had good communication with the host and he gave us all the information for check in. Parking on the street in the surrounding area is relatively easy. However, there are also private parking lots nearby. There are no closets in the rooms, only a small space to hang your clothes.

• Lisette (10/5): Perfect 2 double bedroom apartment. - Lovely comfortable cosy apartment, 10 minutes walk to the Old Town . A couple of small supermarkets within 20 metres. The beds were really comfortable, and the host was very good at communicating with us. The entry/check in information arrived in a timely manner and we always felt that we could ask questions. A little gem, would definitely stay there again.

• Munich (10/5): Better than Exceptional - Where to start? From communication with the wonderful Dragos to everything in the apartment this was a joyous experience. I'd safely say it's without doubt the best place I've ever stayed in and I've been in a lot of accommodations! There was a lovely welcoming tray with wine, vodka and chocolate there on arrival and we were blown away by the views from the 2 balconies. The place was spotless and all the facilities were perfect. Design throughout is very tasteful and the mod cons are the moddest cons you could get - even the kettle has a touch screen! Location is fantastic with mini market next door, another shop across the road and close to bus stops and Metro. 20 out of 10.

• Luciana-gabriela (10/5): Great Apartment, Looks amazing - The apartment looks amazing! Everything is new and nicely renovated, they probably used a room designer. Big balconies. Everything needed at the location. We were greeted by Romanian Wine and the famous Romanian Palinka on the house and some ROM chocholates. Great hosts! You can walk to City Center. I parked my car in the front of the building, it was free on Sunday. You can find spots to park There were some problems with the water. Probably it was a one time thing because of renewing pipes on the street, but it got fixed. Also, the building block is pretty old like all of the buildings in the center of Bucharest, but not as old as others, the building block is renovated.

• Joanne (5/5): Lovely apartment, comfortable, good communication, just a shame there was a problem with the water on our second day. Go - It was stylish, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately on the second day there was no water when we woke up so we weren’t able to shower, have tea or coffee, flush the toilet, clean our teeth, wash up, which affected our experience. Also the lack of water made the toilet smell and the smell of sewage filled the whole flat.
• Dimitria (10/5): Exceptional - The place is equipped with everything you might need even for a prolonged stay, it was very clean and well kept. The host is very polite and helpful. The location is perfect too- 10 minutes walking distance from the downtown area with restaurants, clubs, bars, etc. There is a mini market right next to the apartment building entrance, breakfast and brunch places are 3-5 minutes away; basically everything you need is around the corner. Zero complaints, totally recommend!
